This company lives up to their name. They provided great service and charged exactly what they said they'd charge - no hidden fees or surprises. The technician did excellent work, solved the electrical issues we had, but he caused some minor damage on the wall (we have old, stubborn outlet covers that are hard to remove). Jerry, the owner, came out the next day and fixed it. All good. I highly recommend this company and definitely would use them again.

We had a problem with an outside junction box that pulled away from the side of the house and started sparking with smoke during a rainy evening. We contacted Integrity at the recommendation of another single person business electrician who was tied up for a couple of weeks. I spoke with Craig at Integrity early the next morning. All of their electricians had gone out on their assignments but they were concerned about the sparking and got the first available person to come later the same day. Adrian was the electrician.

He evaluated the problem and made the repairs promptly. He explained what he was doing and why. It was effective and efficient in solving the problem. The entire experience with Integrity was excellent. I recommend them highly. They have a large enough group of electricians so that they can provide expedited service when needed.

I installed two bathroom exhaust fans but ran into some trouble with wiring. I called a number of different electricians who either didn't work where I live or were too backed up to come by within a reasonable timeframe. I then called Integrity who made a great effort in fit me in their schedule. Sean showed up right on time, reviewed the wiring in the fans and it was quickly apparent he knew exactly what to do.

He worked efficiently, professionally, and was a pleasure to deal with. Integrity and Sean solved my problem and our fans have been working perfectly ever since. I will be calling Integrity again when I need electrical help. Thank you for your help and excellent service.

This crew is sweet, adorable (Liliana included), efficient, timely, professional, helpful (we snuck in some personal questions, as we work at a veterinary hospital), and overall fun to be around. I would highly recommend and don't take it personally if Liliana doesn't take your dog treat, she is apparently quite picky. - Thanks, guys!

We decided to host a company party in my home and needed lighting installed in our backyard and patio seating area. Jerry provided us with the best quote we could find and the most professional experience I have ever had! I'm very pleased with the speed, reliability and quality of work that Jerry Thompson and his Integrity Electric team performed. They installed a dedicated 50AMP circuit on my rooftop and connected to my panel with minimal disruption to my interior walls. Jerry was an effective problem solver and successfully navigated the Tiburon planning process to ensure the install was permitted and passed inspection. I would recommend using Integrity for future electrical work.

Written estimate came in $200 higher than verbal estimate. We let that go because we thought we would get good work. And then on the day that the installation was supposed to occur, the workers decided that they did not want to work past 2 PM and left. I had to take time off from work to come home and call their supervisor who had no idea they had left.

After wasting lots of my own time, they came back and finish the job in less than an hour. We did not know if they had finished it as they just left without telling us anything. I called Allen to complain about the poor behavior of his employees. He told me that I could have a $25 discount. Seems like the typical Marin greedy Contractor, would not recommend

Alex came to fix a blown circuit. Personable and businesslike, did not make a big deal out of it, but fixed it with no problem. I would have him again.

I had them do two jobs- should have stopped at one. They put in electrical for an electric car. Took a few days and back and fourth about placement but in the end- I have a plug. Then I asked for electric to be brought to a hot tub in the back. The did half the job and said they'd do the last mile when the hot tub arrived. Fine. So hot tub arrives and they come out telling me they can't do it because there is concrete there. uhmm there was concrete before!?!

So they cut the concrete and pick ax the ground breaking a pipe. Concrete, plastic, mud everywhere. Then they tell me I'm going to have to call a Plummer to fix the pipe. What!?!?!? They hook up the spa but I'm left with chunks of concrete, mud, rocks, and a broken pipe! I reach out to Jerry who was nice enough and stated they'd come fix it later.

A few weeks go by and a man shows up to Jerry-rig a pipe system (no pun intended;) and then covers it with dirt. Leaves the concrete, the broken pieces, the mess there! What a disaster of an experience. The work was completed but they have yet to get the city to come out and it's been done since Oct! Our electrical flickers often now and even the microwave stops sometimes. I'm not sure if its the fuse box or the electric input or what but clearly massive issues and little resolved. I can't recommend using this company to anyone even if they provide you a lower cost- it WILL cost you more in the long run.

This was by FAR the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I called three times, and left 3 voicemails regarding a simple rewiring job at my apartment complex in Sausalito. (No response from IE after three (3) attempts to contact them). After two weeks of calling and leaving voicemails, I finally reach a live representative. I explained my situation, and what the job would entail.

The woman I was speaking with seemed to have trouble understanding my current issue. The job was simple, I was doing construction on my family's apartment building, and during construction electrical wires were cut. We needed to have these wires replaced (i.e cable, etc.) I'm no electrician, but I do not believe my order was overly complicated for ANYONE in the industry.

After listening to my request, she puts me on hold for a few minutes, she gets back on the phone and says to me "we are busy for at least a month, but I can refer you to another electrician." If this was my initial call, and I hadn't repeatedly called with no response for over 2 weeks, I would have been fine with her response. If she would have told me promptly on the call that they were booked for a month, I would have been slightly disappointed, but understood.

Instead she bluntly told me AFTER 10 minutes of conversation, we can't do the job you're asking for (after putting me on hold for 5 minutes).! I asked her, "why couldn't you have told me this 2 weeks ago?" She promptly, hangs up on me! I call back, and she picks up again. I reintroduce myself, and ask stunned, "why did you just hang up on me?" Her response, "uggg what do you want?!".

Now I'm very stunned. What do I want? I want what I've described in 3 voicemails, and a live conversation. A bid on a wiring job to hook up cable and other electrical wires. She proceeds to tell me "I don't like the way you're talking to me, please don't ever call this number again", and then hangs up. I AM NOT MAKING ANY OF THIS UP.

This employee lacks any resemblance of professionalism. I then call divine electric who I've never used before. I can't discuss the quality of their work since they haven't started the work yet. What I can comment on is the fact that they PICKED up the phone, will come to the property in 2 days, and will start the work in exactly 1 week.

My bar isn't that high. As someone whose used and referred clients to Integrity Electric in the past, I'll say this, Jerry and Scott provide quality work. Period. The woman who works at the front desk (I don't know her name) is the most incompetent, unprofessional, clueless employee I've ever come across. Having the name "Integrity" and having her as the person answering the phones is mind boggling.

As someone whose profession is in sales (commercial real estate), and works with actual INTEGRITY when representing/helping clients, I would expect much more from a "diamond certified company". The work they produce is great (Thank you Jerry!) This individual has ruined any relationship I previously had with Integrity Electric. I will be sending an email blast to all my clients detailing my unfortunate experience. I've referred a good number of clients to integrity electric in the past, but will never refer ANYONE to them again. The type of behavior displayed by this individual is unacceptable, and I do not want other people to not go through the repulsive experience I went through.

I got a proposal from Integrity to swap out my kitchen fluorescents for LEDs and run a circuit from the box to my master bedroom. I decided to hold off on the circuit work and only went ahead with the swap out of the kitchen lights. What a disaster. Integrity Electric charges top dollar but is organized like a third world country. It took almost six months to get a pretty simple job completed.

First off, they didn't seem to understand the need to keep the lighting qualified under Title 24 (it is code). And then they schedule the job without making sure the parts are available and then leave you with only partial lighting. They eventually came back and installed more temporary lighting when they realized the necessary parts were on back order.

All in all it took over six appointments (plus a no show) to get 8 cans of lights switched out. If they had properly spec'd the job up front and ordered the parts before starting the job, most of this could have been avoided. But the worst part was they were sending me invoices marked as Past Due for work that had not been performed or had already been paid for.

I contacted them several times asking for an invoice that reflected the work they performed and that it was paid in full. And they were rude when I asked why I was receiving invoices for work that I was not having done. Anyway, they have yet to provide an accurate invoice. If you want to pay a lot and get driven crazy by the lack of attention to detail, use Integrity.

Ouch. Awful. Run away. I had no sense of any "integrity." I made an appointment for a specific time (at a house we just purchased, so I do not live there yet). I waited over an hour. no-show. So I called and the phone agent said they were "really busy" and she'd check with the technician, and call me right back. No call. And by the way. could someone have called me instead of not showing up?

Apparently they couldn't be bothered. I decided to give it another try, and sent an email suggesting a new date and time. No response. So I didn't go to the house, because I didn't think we had an appointment (i.e. no confirmation). Guess what, the guy shows up, and lets himself into our yard without me being there and without my permission.

I call that trespassing. He called me from there. I told him that I don't want the work done without me being there. We made an appointment for today between 1pm and 3pm. He said that works, and he'd go back to the office and send me a confirmation. Nothing was sent. So I went to the house today and. waited. No-show. I called again, and the same agent said I am NOT on the schedule.

This is TERRIBLE customer service, and EVEN WORSE communications. I will never hire them, and I will tell my real estate agent to not refer them to other clients. Who has the time or patience for this kind of treatment?

Integrity Electric installed an outdoor lighting system for us a few years ago. Recently, we hired them to temporarily disconnect/remove the electrical boxes while we were replacing some backyard fencing, and then to hook the boxes back up once the fencing work was done. When Integrity put the boxes back, we noticed some lights weren't working. Integrity came back for another visit, and at no extra charge helped us diagnose and fix the problem, and explained everything to us clearly.

They even gave us (at no charge) some new light bulbs to use with some of the fixtures. We were very happy with this service, and when we need to add some additional lights to the system, we will definitely call them again!

These guys must be under new ownership that changed the name to "Lack of Integrity Electric." I hired them to fix a flickering light and install an irrigation controller - they were "unable" to do either, didn't recommend how I could get them fixed/installed, left after about 20min and charged me $240 for the privilege of their company. Next time I'll save the cash and ask my Labrador to do the job - at least he's better about not tracking mud into the house!

Installation of a Tesla receptacle was done professionally and communication was timely. I had to request a recap of the work at the end and the team assigned to my job were ready to charge me for the full estimate even though we had agreed upon a significantly reduced amount of work at the start of the job. I was cordial but firm in challenging the cost and, in the end, was granted a slight reduction and the reasons provided for the final cost were not sufficiently substantiated. It seems Integrity has plenty of work and, if you're willing to pay a premium, they are ready to execute the job.

Pleasant. Arrived promptly for an emergency. No identification. Proceeded to exam each socket in each room of the house. His report stated that no plug ins should be used. He talked about polarity in the house. The electricity in this house is Single Phase. He used scare language and stated bog us facts - and thoroughly upset the plumber. Alexi promised an emailed report. None arrived. Affable in suggesting rewiring of entire house. Seemed in disagreement with PG&E reports.

We had low-voltage lights out from a wiring issue on our outdoor stairs. Also, after 26 years of use, the heat lamp fixture in the master bath had given out. Integrity was able to fix the wiring problem on the outdoor lights within a short time and recommended getting either replacement sockets or a replacement fixture for the master bath. The electrician took a photo of the part number of the fixture. Then, by looking up the part number and manufacturer name of the original fixture, Dan was able to locate the company who had acquired the original manufacturer of the lamp. Lo and behold, the new company was selling an updated but essentially identical fixture on Amazon.

Two days later I had the fixture and Shaun from Integrity came out and removed the sockets & fan from the fixture and inserted them in the metal housing of the old fixture so we didn't have to do any sheetrock repair. He then popped on the new lamp fixture cover and voila, brand new heat lamp with a working fan -- all in record time. Another great job by Integrity.

I own a condo unit that needed installment of an electric charger in the car post area. Integrity Electric performed the job on time and in a very professional manner. Communication was easy and the job was done on time and to specs. Great Job. Will use again for sure.

Fred came over to take a look at a few items - the major issue being flickering lights. He provided excellence service, was very knowledgeable and solved the elusive problem in short time (a couple bad light switches). The other non-critical bigger ticket items were estimated, but will have to wait for another appointment. I will definitely be calling Integrity Electric again to do the work.
