We have been using Kendale A/C for at least 15 years for our 2 home air conditioning systems. They are honest, friendly, reliable, helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. They showed me how to flush my own drain lines to prevent them having to come repair something caused by a plug. They provide yearly service contracts and custom filters that are another cost saver. This is the company you want!

Thank goodness I've found Kendale Air Conditioning! It is so hard to find a company that is professional, straight to the point, and timely and Kendale Air Conditioning is all of those things. When they came to replace our old unit and install a new one, I'm pretty sure they left our home cleaner than they found it. They were not only on time for their scheduled appointment, they were a few minutes early! This will be the only A/C company I use for my family and recommend to my friends from now on.

Excellent service, courteous and professional. We had a very small freon leak that required freon service every three months. We decided to call Kendale AC after reading the reviews posted. We made the right decision. They found the leak in the evaporator and determined that since the equipment had a ten year warranty and was nine years old, they would ask for the corresponding warranty with Trade (the manufacturer) and was approved.

The techs were very knowledgeable and worked in a very clean fashion. I would most definitely recommend Kendale AC to anyone who needs the services of a honest and great quality oriented company

Very professional! Our A/C stopped cooling over the weekend. Kendale Air was recommended by our neighbor. I called Monday morning and they were at our house right on time as stated when I called. The system was old and needed to be fully replaced. We were give the quote and were scheduled for installation Tuesday morning at 9AM. Kendale Air was right on time as promised and took care of installing our new Trane system inside and out.

Excellent service and customer care. They came back a couple days later to confirm the system was setup properly because when it was installed we were having windows and doors replaced. Very happy cool customers. Thank you! John M.

Okay, so I had a major problem with my still under warranted A/C. I called Kendale Air Conditioning and yes they were very prompt and came out the same day to provide me with an estimate. By the way, they charge a flat $90 just to give you an estimate. The technician was very nice but here is where the problems start. My A/C was still under warranty.

After the tech checked out my unit he estimated that it would cost around $1,500 to repair just for labor. I though that was crazy considering the parts were under warranty. I contacted another company and they came out to check my A/C. They determined that two parts needed to be exchanged and that he would charge me $500 for the labor. So I asked him how much the part the Kendale Air was going to replace under warranty and he advised me that it was around $1,000 for the part alone. Therefore, Kendale Air wanted to charge me $1,500 for labor to replaced one part and I realized that they were charging me for the part as if I was buying it new. So I ended up getting two parts replaced under warranty for $500 when Kendale Air wanted $1,500 to replace one part under warranty.

Don't doubt the 5 star reviews for Kendale Air - they're as good as they come! Kendale A/C has been servicing my home A/C for over a decade. After 17 yrs of service, my A/C died. Kendale came on Saturday to give me the prognosis & installed my new Lennox system on Monday! The crew was extremely courteous and careful with my house. When they left, you couldn't tell they'd ever been here - except for the fact that the house was freezing;-

Absolute perfection! Had my complete Rheem system in my townhome replaced with a Trane system. Kendale Air's work is incredibly neat and precise. Their customer service is also quite impressive. Always available and willing to help. Best A/C company in South Florida! You will not find better.

After 2 years of having issues with my AC and several techs coming to try to fix the issue, i decided to call Kendale They came out and after running some troubleshooting were able to locate that the error was my Nest thermostat. They quickly were able to rewire and fix the issue i was having. Their industry knowledge they have was able to resolve it in only 20 minutes of them arriving. I highly recommend them as a first option for any AC issues.

I've been doing business with Kendale Air Conditioning for more than 20 years. They come out whenever I need them, and they're always helpful on the phone when I have questions. When my old air conditioner finally quit, they came out and installed a new one and did just a beautiful job. Who else would you call?

I wish I had done this sooner but better late than never. I recently bought an Ecobee3 Smart Thermostat and tried to install it myself, mind you I'm pretty tech savvy and can do most things by myself. HVAC apparently falls under one of my weaknesses. During my installation I realized I needed a 5th wire for my thermostat, often referred to as the common wire.

I called several AC repair companies all of which wanted to come and quoted by way too much. I continued to call several AC repair man until I ran into Jay. Jay was one of the most honest and upfront repairman that I've ever met. He saved me hundreds of dollars, came to my house on time, installed my thermostat and made sure everything worked properly before he left.

I never write reviews but Jay really deserves one, he cares about providing great customer service to everyone and goes out of his way to help people. Got my ac unit replaced. Came at 8am and left around 2:30. They did a really good job. Happy with the service.
