Bo Jiffy Heating and Air came out to my house, still dressed in his Sunday church attire, to check my A/C unit. I could not have been more appreciative. Great, caring person, of which I highly recommend. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

We had 2 units serviced and one needed a repair. Quality service, great communication and outstanding price.

They have been amazing. We have unfortunately had to deal with quite a few AC companies recently, and BoJiffy has been outstanding. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and have explained everything in an easy to understand and no nonsense manner. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT use this company! They were sent out through our home warranty 4 different times due to our unit never being fixed, it would work for a day or two then stop again and be 88-94 degrees in our home. Now, we have water damage as well and he poured the WRONG FREON and also overloaded it. We are now having to buy an entire new system out of pocket due to our home warranty sending companies like this out and fix water damage out of our pocket! Also, they are completely unprofessional.

For example, the owner of this branch was the technician as well that came out and he proceeded to take his shirt off and "work" while there was only a young woman in the house! He was not the fittest either, very disturbing. Also, he new we have a small child too and he wouldn't come out until it was convenient for him and complained about it every time we had to call to set up an appointment AGAIN because he lived 45 minutes away. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! (I don't want to give them a star but it wouldn't let me post this unless I did.)

Bo personally called when the warranty company said it would be the next day or the day after and had Robert out that evening. Robert recommended a new unit and got us up and going until the new unit could be ordered and put in. They were very professional and answered quickly to get us back up and going in this summer heat. 10/10 recommend and will use them for any other heating and air issues!

Great guys to work with. Installed units on 2 separate occasions. Followed up and made sure all was in proper order. Knowledgeable, honest, competitive; what else can be said. Will continue to use them and recommend them. Jimmie

We had a couple issues with our AC, Bo came out the same day I called got my ac back up & running great and did not drain my wallet. Great guy that truly cares about his customers.

Home Warranty company contacted them to repair our heat on a Thursday. As of Sunday, no response. After several calls, texts and messages left, they have not contacted us. Our area is under a freeze warning. Very disappointed in this company.

Robert came out as part of service call through a home warranty company that I will soon be taking my business elsewhere from shortly. He was professional and did a good job. The warranty company denied the claim which is an issue for another day, meaning Robert didn't get compensated. The unit had a problem to reoccur and Robert came back out and fixed the problem without charging me.

He even recommended another warranty company for me to use. I definitely would recommend this company plus Robert returnrr my calls or texts at his earliest convenience. Additionally he's former military.

Prompt, honest, knowledgeable, pleasant, fair. What else do you need from an AC service provider? I have used BOJIFFY twice and have been delighted with the service and results. Highly recommended.

BOJIFFY gets a five star rating from my husband and me! Our heating and air conditioning unit died after many years at a terrible time.just as summer arrived. They were prompt, fair, reasonable, and efficient! They were so trustworthy that they installed our new unit while we were out of town on vacation.

I will have to give BOJIFFY Heating & Air a 5-star rating. My air conditioner went out over the weekend and I called BOJIFFY around 1:00 on Monday and Bo was here in about 20 minutes. He found the problem and went about fixing it, even calling an electrician to make sure he was handling everything correctly.

My AC unit had been performing quite poorly in recent weeks, and after looking into various service providers around Birmingham, I decided to call BoJIFFY. I could not be more satisfied with the service Bo provided! Bo answered my phone call after only 2 rings at 7:30 AM, and was able to diagnose the issue with near certainty.

I was very pleased with the quick response to my request for a quote. The price was very fair and the work was done quickly and professionally. The new heating system heats the house evenly whereas the old one did not. The family and I are very happy with the work that was done and our dealings with BoJiffy.

Big thanks to Bo Flanders yet again for being so awesome. My Heat was blowing cold air and making weird noises. And as always he knew exactly what to do! My girls and I were going to camp out in the living room tonight to stay warm by the fire place but there's no need now. Even though My girls still think it would be cool to camp out in front of the fire place!

Let me start off by saying: I don't write many reviews online. Furthermore, it bothers me that most people only post about bad experiences. I have decided to make a point to post reviews of excellent experiences. I must say that the quality and professionalism of BoJiffy has compelled me to write this review and share it to the best of my ability.

I honestly could not have asked for a better experience re: to my A/C repair. BoJiffy was at my home less than 45 min after I first contacted them on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, and completed the repair just in time for me to enjoy the Sunday Night NFL game. A++++. I really cannot give enough praise to BoJiffy for their work. I would highly recommend Bojiffy for any heating or cooling issues one might have. Simply the best in the Birmingham area, hands down.
