This will be the company I use from now on. I had a problem with my unit and originally had another company that came out, the result was a quote for 7,000 for a new unit after I just spent 1,500 with them last year. Thankfully I got a referral for Service Tech Inc. this company is amazing! They came out and assessed the situation, the other company had something wired up wrong.
Service tech recognized the issue and got me running. I do believe that this company's honesty is outstanding. I paid more for the other (Holland) company to come out wire up something wrong and give me a 7,000 dollar quote, then I did for Service Tech Inc charge me to actually fix my unit. I finally feel like I found a company I can trust, that will not take advantage of me. Thank you Service Tech Inc.

The fuse was blown. I had not opened the unit and did not know I needed to lift off the panel. I was very pleased with Von. Very helpful, professional and showed me where to put the fuse. I have 6 units. Brandon went above and beyond to clean and service each unit. He also did a very thorough inspection of the attic, all ducts, etc. Two units needed parts and he and Kenny again went above and beyond to fit me in their very full schedule to make sure they were running ASAP, which for a second day had Brandon working well beyond a "workday".
They explain in layman's terms every detail to make sure you understand the problem and what it entails to be corrected. I highly recommend getting on their service/maintenance schedule. Your units will probably live 10 years longer with them maintaining them.

Our service tech came out on a Saturday on one of our coldest days. Tony was very knowledgeable about our equipment and was able to find the problem. He installed a new thermostat and spent time with me to help me understand how to operate. I am a long time customer and they have always responded to my needs in a very timely manner. I called Service tech late on a Friday afternoon and they had a technician at my house in 15 minutes. I had a Freon leak which three other companies had never been able to find. They found mine, a small valve on the condensing unit. They were very honest. An additional tech came out to help find it. Von was so thorough and Mr. Terry did a great job resealing my coil to the blower of the furnace.
He assured me my coil was fine. These guys were so honest abd I really appreciated that after three other companies had made repairs but never found the leak. I would recommend Service Tech to anyone who wants honest, quality workmanship or installation.

I highly suggest you call another company. This one is dishonest and will not take ownership of issues that come up. For example, I purchased a voucher advertised here on Yelp which they claim they knew nothing about. I'm inclined to believe that such offers don't just appear on Yelp randomly; the business owner would either need to create it OR they would get some kind of notification that it was created or that people are buying the vouchers.
These crooks claim they have no idea what I bought and that I need to ask Yelp to refund it. But in the meantime, they would be happy to send someone out for $90/hr (with a 1hr minimum) + $30 trip charge to diagnose the problem I am having. Seriously? You want me to spend $120 which is the regular (inflated) price plus handle the issue with Yelp with absolutely no help from you?
The least you could do, is honor the terms of the voucher I bought or make some other arrangements to rectify the situation I found myself in. Instead, it looks like this company takes advantage of the false advertising, denies it knew anything about it, and tries to convert the customers who got duped into buying the voucher into full-price paying customers. Great for them, terrible for you. Stay away!

Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the season thus far. Service Tech came out on a Sunday to assess the situation. They let us know the estimate for the part and labor needed to fix it, and ultimately we decided to replace the unit, as it was 20 years old. The guys installed it the very next day for the exact price they quoted us. We had a great experience with them!

Having a chance to make a small contribution to exposing crooks like this is one of the key reasons I like contributing to Yelp. We've been their customer on multiple occasions (3 to be specific). The first two, were acceptable, but apparently those technicians don't even work with the company anymore. On the last incident, we literally got charged more than double here to get the same work done elsewhere.
Let me be more specific, I think this is worth hearing for anyone considering this company. They charged over $300 to refill one pound of freon! Johnny, one of the main technicians still working for the company, randomly decided to add in several hours of labor to the bill because the he slacked around to rack up extra time (=money) and ended up charging us for several hours of work for something that normally takes 10 min.
On top of that, he charged for the time to drive to the house. When I inquired about it, they tried to make it sound like a standard business practice. Absolutely not. Anyways, this company is not an honest business. On a recent occasion, we used another company to get the same exact work done for half the price. Several others quoted me around the same range, so ServiceTech's charges are out of the ballpark.
