Herring has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Today of all days, one of the hottest days of the summer, they were able to make it out to us and get us up and running. Brandon was awesome! Fast, efficient, and on time. He identified the problem quickly and explained the best most affordable option to fix. Herring maintained my old HVAC and then installed a brand new unit after a lightning strike. Because of their quick response with my maintenance records, and communication with my homeowners' insurance, the new unit was replaced at top dollar within two days. They are the best! AC stopped working one evening and my unit is only 6 years old. Called Herring next morning. They showed up in the afternoon and replaced the capacitor in a matter of minutes and the house was back to normal cool temperature. Really grateful that Herring is close by.
