This company is a joke. I have been calling for 3 weeks. They finally send out a technician and the guy steals our money. All he did was look at the unit call the company and say that the unit needs to be repaired that he needs authorization to do the job. I have been calling back and keep getting the run around and no one has fixed the problem. So if this company offers to install an AC unit and offer the Contract (DONT TAKE IT). They are friendly to sell and when it comes to fix the unit they take forever or just don't answer.

Our A/C suddenly stopped cooling our house as well as it usually did, and I put out a request for help on Google. Universal HVAC Corp - Heating & Cooling Repair Hialeah was the fastest to respond and schedule an appointment, matching with my schedule perfectly. The technician who came out, Yohan, was a huge help. He was professional and friendly the entire time, found the issue quickly, had the necessary part on hand, and got it repaired in no time. ***UPDATE*** After finding a direct number on my original install receipt, I was able to leave a message and have Jeffery return my call. Spoke with Jeffery and explained my issue, he was able to get a tech to my house that afternoon (4/4/22). The tech diagnosed that the compressor and capacitor needed to be replaced in my system. They were able to locate the parts for my York system in Pompano.
The tech came back the following morning and had my system back up and running. They don't get 5-stars because I believe the 1-800 answering service is horrible, and I should not had to have mad 5 phone calls before getting a call back.

We needed our yearly check up for our AC/heater. When I called, I spoke to Gorge and made an appointment. He was very friendly and helpful! He was able to schedule us in very promptly. When the technician, named Alfonso, came out to help us he was clean, wearing a mask, checked the whole unit and acted very professionally. It was also nice that he asked me if I had any questions and answered any I had. I would highly recommend this service!

I noticed I was having issues with my AC and chose Universal HVAC Corp - Heating & Cooling Repair Hialeah because of the Google reviews. After contacting them they scheduled my appointment the very next day. Gorge came out and clearly explained the issue I was having with my unit and quickly fixed it. Not only was it a pleasant experience I would recommend them again. Also, when I was unsure about my appointment window the owner gave me his cell phone number to contact him directly if there was any mix up. Great service and great people.

When we first moved into to our place, the AC was more than 20 years old. We were in need of a new one when the summer started to heat up. Yohan was very accommodating. I was having my roof replaced at the same time as the furnace, and he was able to schedule my furnace installation on short notice and in time for the roofers to seal up the flashing for the new flue pipe. He also came back the day after the installation to address some follow-up questions I had. Our 14-year-old furnace needed 2 motors replaced. They installed a new furnace, saving over a huge amount compared to another large HVAC company with personalized service and honesty without trying to sell us an unnecessarily larger unit. I will definitely use them again for maintenance and whenever our 14-year-old A/C gives up. I highly recommend them.

We had a heater replaced a couple of days ago. Gorge helped with the quote and Alfonso, and crew, did the installation. Of all the places I called Universal HVAC Corp - Heating & Cooling Repair Hialeah was honestly the best - incredibly responsive and fair value from the get go. I decided to change my very old AC unit with a new one and Universal HVAC was the first company I called to get an estimate. I spoke with Jorge and he provided an onsite estimate the very same day. The price seemed reasonable and Jorge was so professional and courteous that I gave him the go ahead without getting competitive estimates. After the AC unit was replaced, friends asked on what it cost me as a few had their AC units replaced in the past year or two.
