Highly recommend this company and Robert. He serviced my home June 23, 2022 for air duct cleaning and A/C tune up. He is humble, respectful, and hardworking. I appreciate so many things he did, for example, trying to work with my budget, no mess and very clean, and answered all my questions because this was the first time I had this service. He is very knowledgeable. He will be my go-to tech for future services and my referral. Thank you Robert!

Naturally I was pulled into duct service with a coupon for $7.99 duct cleaning--everyone does that. Robert came out and took the time to show me what his inspection reviewed, the prior owners had never done anything. he gave me complete breakdown of options and was very respectful of the equipment use--i work from home so i had a couple calls--and shut it down a few times as i had to ask him to do. i have no problem offering a positive review for the work done

My AC went out this morning & I called Air Supply for help! They sent a technician only a few hours later. Ryan E. was very knowledge and helpful when it came to repairing my AC. 10/10 I would highly recommend this company they are honest, reliable & fairly priced. Thank you Air Supply!

It was pretty hot over the weekend; my tenant for my rental in Vegas called with a problem with the AC. I found Air Supply Inc. online and they responded within 2 hours on Saturday. Kevin right away found the problem and changed the thermostat as well as explained to my tenants how to work the new one. He's very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company and employees for AC issues this summer.

A few months ago, I would have said this was a great company to work with but not anymore. I had a new heating system installed and it worked great. I set up an appointment to have my air conditioning serviced on 5-20. But when I tried to turn on my air conditioner a few days ago and got nothing. It isn't even turning on. I checked the breaker box, no problem there.

I think the AC was disconnected when they installed the heater. So I called on Friday 5-11 and asked if they could move up the appointment, because I'm 71 years old and can't take this heat. The person on the line said the earliest she could do was Wednesday morning 5-18. It's 11:14 on 5-18 and no one is here, so I called again. Same woman tells me I had an appointment for Friday 5-11 and I canceled it. No, that's not true but she insists there are notes on file that say I'm wrong.

I tried once again to explain it's their fault, I need this fixed now. She offers me an appointment for tomorrow morning. By now, I'm furious I ask to speak to a manager. she says she's it and I'm being rude, Do I want the appointment or not. (speaking of rude) I said make the appointment and someone better be here and hung up.

This is serious. One of my cats had seizure yesterday from the heat. Once someone reconnects my AC, I'm done with Air Supply. Update: A supervisor came this morning and corrected the problem. The wires reconnecting the AC condenser were connected backwards. It should have been a priority on day one.

This is one top notch company! I've been doing business with them for years, having them come out every season for my AC and heater tune-ups, respectively. My original 15-year-old AC units have been on their last legs for years and I've been having Band-Aid fixes done on them. They were to the point where they both were extremely loud, constantly having breakdowns and were noticably not too cost effective anymore.

I knew they had become obsolete and were going to eventually need replacing, but I was dreading the cost and holding on as long as possible. Yesterday Ed, one of Air Supply's Senior Field Supervisors came out for my tune up. He's a great guy! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and very thorough. After he performed the tune-ups, he gave me some options and oh my goodness he gave me a great deal on replacements.

The price was right, so I made the jump and bought two new HVAC 22 ton units. Remarkably, Ed even had his crew come out to my house within the next hour and they expeditiously took out all of the old equipment and had my new equipment installed and running within a few hours. These new AC units are wonderful! I have forgotten what a quiet house was like when the AC was running. I highly recommend this outstanding company and the professionals who work there!

Robert W did a good job, but be aware, he try to charge double the price. I have a coupon to clean the vents for $7.99 each. Them he told me that he need to the return which was no cover in the coupon. The job that was supposed to be around $150, ended me paying $300. Robert explained me what he was going to do it, but I noticed that for he called the return he did did the same as for the vents, with the difference that for it it charged around $170.

I called the company and explained the situation and they sent me a check for $100. Please do not believe on those coupons. Robert, you did good, but you overcharged me. Please do not do that to customers, I was fine with your job, I even typed $20

And I'm done with this company. Last year I arranged with them to inspect my heaters. While the tech was fine the operators were rude and miscommunicated what was supposed to happen (one simply hung up on me). But I decided to give them one more try. So I made an appointment for them to inspect and service my two A/C units. The day prior I called and confirmed my appointment.

This morning at O dark hundred I got an email cancelling the appointment. Maybe if they hadn't been jerks the last time I may give them another chance, but nah. There are approximately 400 HVAC companies in Vegas, many with 5-star average reviews.

Had them out for seasonal checkup and filter changes. The tech, Moses, was excellent.

This company does NOT do a great job in accordance with City regulations! An inspection was done if my attic and I was made aware the installation done in the attic does not meet city code standard and I have to have it corrected! I was now forced to go into debt to have the work done in my attic by Air Supply corrected. While they may have corrected their original poor install job, (or so i thought), I am unable to get on a ladder to inspect what they did.

When I was having something done and the house was inspected, it was brought to my attention of the code violation. This simply is disgusting! Their work operates but excess energy is used from leaking and poor work and safety issue is a concern. I strongly recommend to make sure a company you use for air conditioning installation is one you can trust.

This is what I got from my Dryer Vent after David told me he cleaned it. I should have been more suspicious when the two times I checked on him he was on his phone with the vacuum running not vacuuming anything. I wonder what my HVAC vents look like. They got me for $1200 for nothing.

They did a terrific job, and the service and response was prompt. Michael and Josh were so helpful and pleasant and informative, and the installers Jose, Hanson and Victor were all so professional and thorough and great to work with. the installation was so efficient. they were meticulous as far as making sure that the equipment was appropriate and properly installed. the cleanup was perfect, and the entire project from duct cleaning to brand new AC units being installed took lees than 8 hours. We are extremely pleased with the conscientiousness and professionalism of the whole team!

I've used Air Supply once in the past, when my AC stopped working in the summer. They were fast same day service, and I was happy with the service - was just a bad capacitor they were able to change quickly and I was back up and running. Last two days my furnace wasn't running, so I called them again. They were able to get a technician to my house within 1-1.5 hours.

Very acceptable! The technician (Ed), looked at my furnace, and said "this is too new for me, I can't work on this", and basically threw in the towel on my service. I told him what I had tried the day before, which did get the furnace running (temporarily), he tried it, and it worked. He was like 'Well, I got it working, but I don't know what it was".

I was kind of upset with him, cause no, you didn't get it working, you did what I told you I did the day before that temporarily solved the problem. The furnace didn't run again the next day, so there is a problem, you didn't solve the problem. However, Ed did call back to the office, and said it wasn't something he could do, and needed a different technician at my house.

The office called me back the second Ed walked out my door, and said another technician was on the way. Kevin, the second technician showed up at my house within the next hour. He was very competent in my system, took the time to examine and pay attention to my system, found the fault, and addressed it. It was a simple switch that got stuck open and prevented my furnace from starting up - as a safety check. Didn't even need to replace a part - but he did inform me if it happens again, the part will need to be changed. Kevin definitely took his time to look at my system, explain to me how my system, and dampers/zoning, how these valves and other things were working within my system.

He really went above and beyond taking care of my system, explaining things, even taking pictures to show me, and draw schematics out on paper to better explain things. Excellent, excellent service from Kevin. Would highly suggest, and I will probably personally request him for service in the future. Four star rating overall. Happy with their promptness, and service, Kevin alone gets a five star rating! Docked one star cause I shouldn't have to go through two technicians to check my residential system. I think this means the first technician needs more training.

Robert W did a great job and provided good customer service. Appreciate the care to not banging up the walls. Different options available and no hard sell on upgrades.

About 2 years ago, had 3 new units put in. They did a good job. Timely. Reasonable prices. We recently had a small issue, they came, we're prompt, and took care of the issue. Would recommend them.

I used a flyer I received in the mail to have my air ducts cleaned out. The tech (Robert W) was extremely professional and very clear on explaining what work he was performing. Robert did an outstanding job and I will ask for him directly next time I have this service done.

Saw an ad for air duct cleaning and contacted agency, they sent Robert W. He was polite and professional and gave a quote. It was a list of several services and we eventually chose the deep cleaning which included the coils, etc. It was expensive, however, the work was very thorough and Robert W. is definitely an extremely hard worker and did a fantastic job!

My mom booked an air duct service for her home and my home. When Michael showed up at my home he walked around and looked at my Vents and stated I did not need a air duct cleaning! I was so thankful that he was so honest and didn't rip us off. They did an amazing job on my mothers house and there customer service is exceptional! It's very rare to find a honest company with great customer service. I will use them in the future!

I called them after seeing their ad in the newspaper for $6.99 per air duct.they told me The only additional charge would be for the main register. When they arrived I was informed that 6.99 is their basic price where they don't remove the register covers so I upgraded and they did do a great job vacuuming out every air duct and cleaning the registers and it still was a reasonable price 240.00 for 9 ducts & the main one. They did not have a tall enough ladder to reach the one that is in a two-story living room on the ceiling so that one did not get done.

I was out of town and my Mom called to tell me her AC was out. Obviously, in Vegas, you must have AC in the summer. My Mom got two quotes before we called Air Supply - one for $11k, another for $15k. Air Supply was thousands less than both quotes. Air Supply sent a tech named Kevin that not only made my Mom feel comfortable but Kevin also followed up with me after the install to make sure everything was okay. The AC unit was installed and working great in less than 48 hours. We are extremely satisfied with Air Supply and highly recommend their services.

Air Supply installed an AC system last year. Called for an annual service of my system and overall duct cleaning of our vents. The gentleman who performed these measures, Mr. Robert W., was thorough and clear on his tasks. Explain the cleaning fees on the air ducts and went to work Immediately. Started upstairs and continued downstairs cleaning each air duct along the way. Engaged in conversation with Mr. Robert W., but he kept working as we chat.

I eventually realize this easily could be a two man job, but he confidently handled this sizable task alone. I know next year, when calling Air Supply for my annual service of my AC units, ask for Mr. Robert W. Thank you for your hard work young man.

Kevin from Air Supply saved the day! We had initially called another HVAC company, but did not feel comfortable as they were quoting us a job they had just previously fixed. So we decided to call Air Supply, when Kevin came out he was straight forward and honest. We ended up getting a new and energy efficient unit. The installers came and knocked out the jobs in a few hours and now our house is back to a cooler temperature. Thank you! I recommend requesting Kevin for your HVAC services.

I can't say enough about how great Ryan is with Air Supply! The company is honest and friendly, and Ryan is a great representative! Both times I've had to call for help, Ryan has been here in record time and fixes my issues quickly and CORRECTLY! I would highly recommend this company and especially Ryan!

More than a bad review:! So I had Kevin ( a tech) come out regarding no upstairs a/c airflow. Fan was blowing, coolant line on the a/c unit was frozen. I was at work and could only communicate via phone updates. He claimed to have tested the high and low pressures at the a/c. Told me that the high side was TO HIGH. Then went in the attic. Said that I had a severe Rat infestation.

That the blower was shot and the mother board fried. Said the ducts were also compromised. 39.00 service call. Next day I had Summit Air conditioning come out. Tim was very professional. Right away said: how did the guy yesterday even hook up his meter and test equipment? There was no ground points for the equipment. He had to pull away insulation on the tubes to ground.

Then he said, your high pressure and low pressures are normal. If anything the high side is a little low. He suspected low coolant but had to have the system thaw 1st. We went upstairs in the attic. He said, yes you do have some mouse droppings but it's like 30 pellets. FAR from an infestation. Also everything looks in wonderful condition. He turned on the fan which had a 3 minute duty delay cycle. (assuming the other tech didn't know this and assumed the fan was toast).

The fan came on and we left it on for 5 hrs. it never shut off. never got hot and it was used to thaw the lines. Sean came out after 5 hrs and checked everything AGAIN. No trouble what so ever. The culprit was the two upper level ceiling filters. I changed them a few days prior and they were horrible, causing poor air flow. That was enough to start the icing process and the wife never shut down the ac long enough for it to properly thaw.

The Air Supply tech quoted me at 8400.00 ( YOU READ THAT RIGHT)for a new unit PLUS a duct pressure check and the 39.00 service call. Summit charged me 90.00 service call ONLY!@! So yeah, this is a NEGATIVE REVIEW TO SAY THE LEAST! BEWARE PEOPLE!

About 4 years ago Air Supply installed a new heater and air conditioner in my home. Last Tuesday (07/09/21) I had them come to my house to install a new thermostat because I thought the old one (which was digital-and I did not know how to program it). The new one is great and seems to be simple enough for me to understand and use. However, it didn't really solve the problem.

When this heat waive began the air conditioner just wasn't doing the job. I have the thermostat set on 77 and around 3 AM it is 77 in my house. In the morning around 8 AM it is 77, around 2 PM it is already 80 degrees in my house, at 4 PM it is 82 and stays that way until 3 in the morning. I know it is extremely hot outside but checking with several of my neighbors with the same house I have they are maintaining their houses at 77 or 78.

Something is wrong and Air Supply will not come to check unless my house is 96 degrees stating industry standard. At this point I would not recommend them. They are not standing behind their service. The air conditioner is running 24 hours a day. They still refuse to come out. I guess for warranty work but I am not sure. My electric bill is projected to be over $335 this month. That is the highest I have ever paid. I have to call another company to get this problem solved.

I had Air Supply come and check my air conditioning system as it had been several years since it was tuned up. The service was scheduled and I received a call they the technician was on his way before he arrived. Kevin the leas tech was polite and courteous and explained what he was going to do and how the system worked. He showed me my system was a bit low in Freon and added some. I appreciated his knowledge and his concern for carefully explaining everything. I would highly recommend Air Supply. Thanks Kevin.

I had an issue with my AC unit today. Even though I am in Reno, I was able to call them up and they were able to get someone out to my place in about 2 hours. They also worked quickly and got it fixed, being really nice, my brother (which was there to let them in) said. I mean this was an under warranty fix and most other businesses put you at the end of the list for those, but they knew it was an emergency in this town on a hot day and got their right away. I will never use anyone else for my air and heating needs.

On a hot Las Vegas day 114 degrees, my air conditioner just shut off! 3 of of took out our phones and called every air Conditioner service in town and the only one that answered the phone at 6:40 pm on a Friday was Danielle at Air Supply! I know she was very busy but she took the time to help me, showed empathy and got me in as soon as she could. I would highly recommend this company because when you need them the most they are there for you!

I had service yesterday. The gentlemen that came were professional and caring. They cleaned any debris and were fast at their job. I would recommend this company fully.

Miguel came out to see if the repairs to my ducts could be done when he came to install our new A/C. Everything was done that afternoon. I had bids from 5 other companies and this company gave an excellent price and expedited the work.

First time having my air ducts cleaned since i moved into my home a few years ago and was hesitant at first but glad i did it. Father and son team, Michael and Joshua, were great. they came gave a very reasonable estimate and did the job immediately. friendly, courteous and efficient. with so many companies out there, its hard to pick the right one but i am definitely satisfied, ask for Michael and Joshua.

Air Supply does it again! I always get at least 3 quotes on any job that might be over $100. Aside from Air Supply beating competitors every time, their promptness and attention to detail is gratifying to observe. In 2018 they sold me a Carrier 3.5 ton a/c & heat which runs great and cools my upstairs much better than the prior old York unit. Ryan has been to my home since then for a few minor things and ALWAYS treated me right.

On 2/22/2021 they replaced by downstairs York system with an Amana 3.5 ton 16 Seer system. Eduardo, Miguel and Cisco were fun to watch and got the entire job done in less than 2 hours! P.S. I am a Consumer Advocate which means I write good & bad reviews in the hopes of helping others.

We hired them for Air Duct Cleaning. The technicians were courteous and did a nice job. However, their newspaper advertising is somewhat misleading. It states $6.99 per air duct and that was correct. But it did not include return duct cleaning which cost us an additional $220 for 2 return ducts plus the $140 to clean the 16 vents. If we wanted the 2 air blowers cleaned plus disinfectant the total was $750.

We opted for the $360 program. In the ad it says free deodorizing and free dryer vent cleaning neither which were done. Overall we're satisfied but just expect to pay more then you think.

I have been using Air Supply for years now - always prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. This time was no different. Lance was awesome! I have had several units (between 2 homes) installed/worked on. They always stand by their work. Thanks guys! Jennifer

Great service! Came out this morning to give us a quote and were able to do the whole house on the spot. They were so neat and careful around the house laying tarps where they worked and we didn't have to do anything different. They were in and out in about an hour. Also, all of them were very polite and friendly making sure to greet us and they went through the house. Thanks guys! Glad to see the dust gone from the vents!

Kishy and Ezra cleaned out the air ducts in our Henderson home today and did an expert job, very professional. Our house smells a lot better and was well worth the money we paid to have it done. Everything was explained well by Air Supply's friendly staff from the time I placed the order to the time they left. I highly recommend this company and the services they provide.

This review is an update from my one a few days ago given poor rating. The Owner, Isaac, telephoned me to resolve my the issue and assured me a Technician would be at my home on time to inspect my a/c unit. Lance arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and as I was told last year by another company, my capacitor needed replacing. I was on a time crunch and had Lance replace it. I will continue to use Air Supply. Thank you for making things right.

The nice lady who answered the phone was polite & professional & set me up for a free estimate today. David came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning vents, registers & returns. He was very friendly as well and we were happy with the estimate so we went ahead with the cleaning at that moment. We'll definitely call them again for future cleaning & maintenance.

Today. I asked other company and recommend to replace the whole unit for 8K. I called Air Supply and checked my unit all they do is replaced a bad motor for $360. David and Robert a very courteous and honest on what they do. Thank you again for another excellent work. 10 months ago. I am so glad that I found Air Supply. The tech are very professional and knows how to do their job.

Called today to schedule an appointment and technician came same day to diagnose the problem with air conditioning. Gave me a quote to repair the ac or replace. I said to fix today. The ac is working perfectly now, even though it's really old. I hope I will manage to keep it alive at least a few more months, until I can get a new unit.

With the weather getting hotter my air-conditioning was not cooling enough to keep my home at a decent temperature so I called Air Supply Inc Aracely was the rep. on the phone she was so helpful and professional. They came out within a couple hours of me calling and found that there were some minor problems. They fixed them right away at a very reasonable cost. Now I can have peace of mind knowing when it gets really hot my air conditioning is working good. Thank you Air Sypply Inc for your great service.

Just wanted to thank Mary for calling me back in the wee hours of the morning to make an appointment on a Sunday and Lance the tech for coming out and repairing our AC unit. He did an awesome job and was very informative. Super nice guy. Was kinda pricy for a Sunday but understandable and we needed the AC repaired. Thanks again for an awesome job! And I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Air Supply installed our central air conditioning in our property in Las Vegas 3 years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. The service guy has always been wonderful and answers all our questions regarding the maintenance. I very much recommend him to anyone who needs central air service.

Had air conditioning AC issues and called to have the air conditioning repaired the asap. I am very happy I called them. They were very honest an took the necessary time in order to fix my AC problem. The last air conditioning company I used really was not willing to properly fix my unit and insisted I buy a new one.

Affordable AC repair. I was looking for a service nearby, so I looked them up yesterday morning on the mobile. I called them and we scheduled the service for the afternoon. The technician was quick and thankfully, the problem was not very serious. He could fix it in 30 min. The ac unit is up and running now.
