We have been verey pleased with the Builder Design team> From the very beginning they were very helpful in designing the basement remodeling project. Due to a death in the family we had to put a hold on the project and again they were very understanding. o work the finished project is far beyond our imagined expectations. All staff was understanding and wiling to work with our needs. Again we would recommend them very highly!

Our former three season sun room is now a four season sun room. We hired Greg Kearns to do the job. The frame, windows and sliding glass doors were already in place. The ceiling was torn out and insulation and recessed lighting installed. We at first were going to install sky lights but decided against it.

Greg did an excellent job on our entire master bathroom suite. He built a walk-in tile shower area, reconstructed the closet area to maximize space and re-built the toilet area to make a highly funtional and beautiful area. We have lived in the bathroom area for 2 plus years with no problems. The only issue we had was how long it took to complete.
