Daniel, DDog, did an excellent job cleaning out my crawl, treating for potential mold, repairing anything above and beyond and replacing a vapor barrier. He also was friendly and kind and provided suggestions for future homeowner preventative maintenance. Daniel explained everything he was doing each step of the way and provided pictures of before and after. I'm feel confident the crawl space is in excellent condition. He actually dropped everything he was doing to help me move a couple pieces of furniture.

We referred to Indiana Residential who uses Mold Dogs for our crawl space mold remediation. They were very thorough and showed me pictures of the completed project. It looks so much better down there! In addition, we just moved in the house and we were having trouble finding the septic clean out. I asked if while they were down there if they could keep an eye out and take a picture for me of the clean out if they found it. The person I spoke with happily helped me out! Mold Dogs were SUPER helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone needing mold remediation!

Very disappointed with Indiana Residential, especially Brian Alexander in particular. They don't seem to be able or willing to work per IHPC guidelines, which is unfortunate given the number of homes around here within historic districts. We asked them to quote siding and trim replacement plus painting. We were told we'd receive a quote "on Friday, Monday at the latest." We didn't receive a quote until the following Thursday after we contacted Brian to follow up.

We immediately sent follow-up questions and once again, did not receive a response after several calls, voicemails, and emails. We only received a response 12 days later when I submitted another request for quote on their website. Brian's response, in my opinion unprofessional, was "I will not be quoting installation of sheathing at the property. With the limitation of saving existing trim material around windows, We will not be able to address any sheathing installation as the trim would end up recessed behind the siding. Thank you for your understanding, best of luck finding a contractor to address your repairs." Overall, disappointed that we wasted our time with Indiana Residential.

I have had a bunch of contractors and repairmen come perform repairs and would not recommend any of them to even my worse enemy. I called Indiana Residential who my realtor refered to come quote final repairs needed on my house before putting back on the market. Brian Alexander from Indiana Residential came to my house to quote repairs on my house that I needed completed before I can sell my house. Brian showed up on time and was very knowledgable about the repair process I needed done. Brian sent me a quote for repairs and I signed the quote. Repairs were scheduled and every single person who performed repairs on my house was very knowledgable and performed fantastic repairs!

I would like to single out a few people who really went above and beyond just performing their job. Brian, Julio, Clint, Austin, and your electrician whom I forgot his name, sorry I am old. We hired Indiana Residential when we bought our new home as there were a multitude of different repairs that we needed done (plumbing, electrical, drywall work, gutters, misc repairs). They were easy to interact with, most of our communication was via email. The estimate they provided was the final bill (no surprise costs or fees). Additionally, the employees that perform their services are friendly, respectful, and followed all COVID guidelines.

We were buying a house that had a long list of inspection repairs that needed to be done. We collected quotes from all over Indy. Indiana Residential wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive (by far) and they were the only ones who listed in detail all the work to be done (roofing repairs and crawl space mold remediation). Scheduling was a breeze and they were super easy to get a hold of with questions. The work itself was done well and the man working on the crawl was exceptional (he cleaned the snow off my car for me!). We were super impressed.

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!

We recently bought a home in Avon, IN - during the real estate transaction, we ordered an inspection that revealed a number of age and weather related repair issues such as loose rooftop shingles, rotten fiberboard trim, leaking windows, broken outside electrical outlets, interior water damage, and other issues - after contacting Indiana Residential and receiving an acceptable quote we were advised to wait for a few weeks until the weather warms up in order to make outside repairs more lasting - over the past few days Indiana Residential dispatched 4 repair technicians - each day they were on time, worked all day, took only a short break for lunch, they kept every work area well protected, and after each project was finished, they cleaned the area as if it was a hospital operating room, each project was executed flawlessly - the quality of their work is beyond approach - we couldn't be happier and I would, without hesitation, recommend Indiana Residential to friends, family and neighbors - We are very impressed!

Mike, Kelly, and their team helped me with the repairs on my town house downtown Indianapolis in Lockerbie during the sales process. They assisted with mold repairs, a new water heater, and 12 new windows. In addition to some small plumbing repairs and painting. The work was completed on time and was totally seamless for me, as I do not live there anymore. One phone call and they took care of everything, it saved me a flight up to Indy!
