Poor rating due to lack of communication and incorrect install from what was originally approved. I contacted Ark to install gutters on a two story duplex that I own. The sales guy inspected the property and provided a quote. He showed 5 downspouts on his drawing. I discussed the installation with him and scheduled them to do the job. The installation crew could not complete the work during their first visit since they did not have a ladder.

They came back the following week to complete the work after which I was promptly invoiced. The next day the install crew (unannounced) came back and installed another downspout right next to the entry door. Looks horrible! When I called to find out what happened the install manager said the sales guy was wrong. I was not notified of this nor provided with alternatives during or after the install.

When assessing alternatives on my own the only suitable work around would be a rain diverter which would impact my roof warranty so I am forced to live with the unsightly installation. I was also threatened with collections if I did not pay immediately for the work that was incorrectly completed. I would not recommend Ark.

I hired this company for new gutters and downspouts. They have been to my home twice( once for install, another time to fix the issue that still exists). Rain pours over my front steps instead of running along the gutter to the downspout. Just looking at it with my eyes, I can see it is not pitched correctly and I'm not a gutter guy. That is what is so frustrating, I thought I was hiring professionals. Maybe next time I should hire Buba off of Craigslist to get better quality workmanship.

What a disappointment! Truly, the first day the team arrived they were minimally communicative, left at their own accord not stating when they were leaving or if they were coming back and left our entire yard covered in 7 inch screws among other components, such as sheet metal. Luckily before our children found them. After calling and escalating a manager said he would try and stop by over the weekend - guess what he was a no show.

He then stated he would be at the home to monitor the crew (that trashed our yard). Surprise surprise - no manager. When we escalated even further the owner of the company knocked off 5% from the total bill - so. well. thanks for that. They returned back to finish the job a few days later; unsupervised by the manager and at the end of the day (when we were supposed to be first thing).

The manager did show up later on in the evening to review and inspect when we found that they had not even added the additional downspout that was requested. The worst part is he tried to deny we even asked for it when it was drawn up in the invoice. Complete trash of an organization - please don't be deceived by their higher rating in google because obviously their project management skills are lackluster.

Me experience with Ark was fantastic. There had been a misunderstanding about color and the two men that came out to do the job were so kind and understanding about it all and it was all worked out quickly. The gutters look so great and the downspouts matched the house perfectly. I really couldn't be happier with the result. I had Only the back portion of my house done because of a newly installed patio but will definitely be looking into getting the rest of the house done at a later date.

Installer tried to hide damage to our home, and just over a year later, the pitch is off, and water is standing in one section. Quoted $425 to re-adjust the pitch. We had Ark Gutters install over 200 feet of gutter. During the install a ladder was dropped and damaged the stucco on our home. The installer tried to fix it with silicone, and never mentioned it.

After seeing the damage, and reviewing our security camera's, we called to complain. They sent someone to fix it correctly, with stucco patch. We have noticed during heavy rains, water flowing over the end, opposite of the downspout, on one section of gutter. We thought it may just be due to heavy Florida rains. After getting on the roof, several months later, to inspect our pool cage, we found standing water in the gutter.

We called Ark and were quoted $425 to repair, because we did not have leaf guards installed. There are no leaves in the gutter, so that shouldn't matter. I guess they just assume that's what caused it. Granted, it has been over a year since installed, I would have expected it to remain pitched longer, unless they were never pitched correctly to begin with. Lastly, the installers bent and notched the drip edge, from our new roof, to slide the gutter up behind it. Doesn't look the prettiest, but its not visible from ground level. I just hope no water is splashing back up and rotting the wood fascia.

This was the first job I have ever gone to that I felt as an asset and not a number or just there to clock in and clock out and fill a seat. The company it's self is one of the best in central Florida. The quality of materials used and pride taken in the installation of gutters as well as repairs makes this company one in a million. From the owner Max to Office Manager Jasmine everyone is involved in the everyday functions of the company.

This is a family own business that's been around for a long time and that's because of their dynamics beliefs and passions. They take every client as an individual and take the time to offers the best customer service and product. The job; fast paced and exciting. Always in contact with people from contractors to homeowners etc. While the job can be a bit overwhelming some moments, they never last long and there is ALWAYS someone you are able to reach out to for an answer.

The crew at ark gutters made me enjoy coming to work everyday! The environment the care for each other as well a genuine care for employees and others that's what makes them stand a part from the rest! If I didn't have to relocate out of Florida I would have never left them! The schedule was great for a family and the environment was never dull.

We had Ark Gutters install our gutters about 7 months ago. The gutters match perfectly and function great. After having a gutter buckle, Ark came back out and replaced the gutter free of charge because it was determined to be an installation issue. Its refreshing to know that some companies still have integrity and will stand behind their work.

Mel came when he said he would at initial contact and gave a fair written estimate. The installation was done as arranged, when arranged and for the amount arranged less the 10% discount for Angie's List members. A pleasure.

It was the service that I went with. My husband called express seamless gutters. They came out and gave him a code. We then went with them because they were quick. They did the work within 2 days. My husband asked if I noticed it because they did it when I was at work. They ended it beautifully and just in time for all the rain that we have been having.
