Antonio and Luis were as professional as any contractor we've seen in many years. Many complimentary adjectives are appropriate. Neat, clean, knowledgeable, multilingual and perfectly clear in English, precision installation, and quick follow-up on replacing a few minor manufacturing corrections. They earned our trust and friendship. We recommend Antonio and Luis.

In addition, the gentleman who first introduced us to Southwest Windows was Norman Harty, who is an experienced member of their sales team. He is one of the finest gentlemen we have met and a fellow dog lover. Near the end of installation of our new Southwest windows, Norm dropped by to check on progress and see if we had any questions or concerns. Everything was coming along perfectly and we were happy to have him drop by, which showed that he wanted happy customers.

Paul and Kyle did an amazing job! They cleaned as they installed. They were willing to work around my dogs and me time to move the to different rooms. We replaced the front entry door in an older home. Accent had an excellent selection of door styles, finishes, and quality for different budgets. We did have to wait 6 mo. for the door to come in and be installed. On install day I was nervous due to a bad experience we had with Anderson windows and doors. The door was exactly what we had ordered and of the quality we expected.

The installers (Antonio & Luis) did a fantastic job and the door works perfectly. The wait was worth getting what we paid for. I would not hesitate to use Accent for any future upgrades to our home.

I had four windows replaced with Accent Southwest. They made everything so easy. We met with Shelly to pick out the best windows for our needs. We had 13 of our windows in our home replaced by Accent SourthWest. I have only good things to say about this company, their product and most importantly the people that work there. We went into the showroom this past August looking to replace most of our windows. The people in the showroom were friendly, helpful and professional. The gentleman that came to measure and give an estimate was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

He showed us options and provided helpful suggestions to make sure we got the most out of the windows we chose. He also was very upfront and clear on the time frame from ordering the windows to when they would arrive. When the windows came in, we had an appointment set and a frame of reference as to how long the job would take. It was spot on, 3 days.

The installers arrived on time and helped us with the last minute details to clear the space for installing the windows. Rene and Nicko were amazing. They did the removal and installation without any problems. They made sure that they cleaned up everything when they finished for the day. Efficient, friendly and professional. It was a real pleasure having them work on our house.

The last day Rene and Nicko were at the house, the gentleman to do the stucco arrived. They started in on the completed windows and did a wonderful job. You would never know the windows had been changed. They finished the stucco in two days, then after letting it returned to do the last of the stuccoing, matching the color. It was spot on. They were so good and professional it was wonderful.

Their installers Antonio Chavez & Luiz Peraza installed two doors in my Daughter's townhouse and did excellent work beyond my expectations! They answered questions & concerns my Daughter had and she was pleased with the results; Excellent Craftsman that took pride in their work!

The 3 installers arrived and were pleasant and professional. Paul, Leon and Luis all worked quickly and efficiently. The install took about 5.5 hours for our old crank style windows to be removed and the beautiful replacements installed. Our home was transformed! The guys were amazing and cleaned up as they went. Even took my old blinds that I was taking to the trash and disposed of them for me. It has been a long time since I have seen that level of dedication and work ethic. We hired them to purchase windows and to do window installation. Great products and services. Friendly customer service. They are honest about their products and they stand by them. Price wise they are extremely reasonable compared to big companies like Renewal by Andersen and Champion. And they are a local company, which is always good to support these companies.

I am on my second phase of window installations, one more to go, and both times Leon, Paul and Alex came to remove and install my windows. I have a 1950's house, so removing the bucks was a big deal. These guys showed up on time, were very personable, paid attention to detail, and took great care with the installation and my home. The customer care and responsiveness from Shelley, their amazing sales representative, (who was not pushy at all and explained the pros and cons of specific windows) to Samantha in the office that took care of scheduling, they were all pleasant to work with. The salesman Jesse is great person and he is honest about the style and installation process. In this business trust is hard to find. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity. The company has been very professional from day one. The installation team Antonio and Luis called to say they were on the way and arrived when they said they would be at my home. They were professional, courteous, cleaned and vacuumed. I was shown how to use the in blind doors and how to use the locks for the patio door and windows. I would highly recommend this company.

Jesse, Leon and Paul were AMAZING and they will address all your windows replacement needs. The best quality windows offered by the best sales/installers team. The most qualified and knowledgeable team out of all the companies we interviewed (Home Depot, Window World, DreamStyle & Renewal by Anderson). Our windows were from 1948 (we believe) and this company did a wonderful job replacing them all in one day. Neat, clean and quite as well as great customer service.

From the beginning, our request was difficult. We wanted a new basement door, but one that opened out instead of in. At first the person doing our estimate wasn't sure they could do it at all, but he worked on it and a few days later was able to give us the good news. When the custom door and frame arrived, they made an appointment for. installation. Unfortunately, there was an emergency and they had to postpone our installation.

But they let us know as soon as they could and kept in touch with a new appointment. This morning Antonio and Luis came for the install. They encountered difficulties, but kept working through until we had a beautiful installation. Antonio and Luis went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend Accent Southwest (and Antonio and Luis) if you need any doors or windows replaced.

From the very point of contact with Shelly, a representative of the company, she was so thorough and detailed and provided excellent samples, much more than other companies. The company was easy to work with. scheduling was simple and easy and provided simple instructions as to prepare for the installation on the interior and exterior to ensure no delays for the install.

On the day of instalation, Antonio and Joaquin were present to do an excellent and quick job with the installation. They were respectful on entering the house and efficient to not disturb anything but related to the work at hand. We had two large windows installed quickly and with no difficulties. A job well done. They also cleaned up well and vacuumed the inside carpet flooring near the windows.

The glass is so crystal clear you could not tell there was a window there. Kudos for a great company with excellent team members. Keep up the excellent work, as it will build up a great reputation. Signed a very happy and satisfied home owner.

We are very pleased with the windows Accent Southwest Windows & Doors installed at the New Mexico Ronald McDonald House. The windows help keep the House and guestrooms cool, and with the flick of a lever, we can wash the outside of the windows from inside the House! The installers were very courteous and kept the job site clean throughout the process.

We called and scheduled an estimate the next day, was measured promptly and had our windows in about a month later. They did a great job and was done in one day. We couldn't be happier with the difference from our old windows.

We have had several large windows and sliding glass doors installed several years ago. They were a bit expensive seeming. Relative to other vinyl windows, the quality is excellent. Early on there were some small problems.
