My furnace quit on me on one of the coldest days of teh year. A Custom Services came out that same day, assessed my situation and was back 1 day later to install a new high efficiency furnace. The professionals who installed my new furnace were polite, competent, answered all my questions and cleaned up so that I didnlt even know they had been there. Great company.

My experience with A Customer was excellent! From the initial phone call inquiry about needing a new Central Air conditioning unit, through the consult appointment and final work, I was impressed with the professionalism. I have used A Custom Services for many years for annual maintenance. Due to ice damage a few months ago on my AC condenser, I needed to get my whole HVAC system replaced, particularly in light of it being very old. Steve did a great job of explaining what I needed and worked with me to coordinate with my insurance company while still getting the job done as quickly as possible. Alfredo and Tommy did the installation work.
They were so neat and quiet! Since we are working from home these days, we appreciated Alfredo and Tommy's careful, professional work. They got the job done with minimal disruption to everything else going on in the house. Would definitely recommend A Custom.

Tom was recommended to us by our home inspector when we purchased our new home. Tom was very knowledgeable and provided an honest and thorough estimate, even returning several times to make sure he understood the extent of the problem so that he was able to give us a thoughtful recommendation and price quotes. He was able to replace our water heater and vent it via a duct on the side of the house rather than our chimney, which we noticed had some condensation. Tom's team was respectful and experienced.

I had a great experience with A Custom. My home inspector recommended Tom for being honest and good at what he does. I took my home inspector's advice and reached out to Tom and the entire process was seamless! We went from having a consultation one week, to getting quotes and options the next week, and the entire installation done by the end of that week.

Tom is awesome! A contractor working next door damaged my AC unit this morning. The AC is for a unit I Airbnb with guests checking in this afternoon. He was able to get Alfredo to come service my AC unit and verify it is operating properly before the guests arrived. I will definitely use Tom and refer him to others - outstanding response time, great service!

A neighbor told me about A Custom Heating & Air Conditioning. I have 2 furnaces and a air conditioning unit. One of the heating units went out and they did a good job at making the repairs. They are prompt and they come out when they say they are. The technicians also do what they say they are going to do. I also appreciate how they don't try to sell me anything in the process.

A Custom Heating & Air Conditioning did a really good job for me recently and I could not be happier. The guy that they sent out to look at my unit was very professional and really knew what he was doing. I really liked that he answered all of my questions regarding what he was doing too. He fixed up my unit without any problems and I have had no issues with it since.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and fast. Repair bill cost $342. I asked for ballpark quote on a new high-end energy-saving furnace. Technician explained price differences between models, brands, and level of energy efficiency. He was honest by telling me I did not yet need to replace my furnace. Since it's 15 years old and noisy, I wanted an estimate on a new model.

Many years ago I met a stranger and he told me about A Custom Heating & Air Conditioning. Back then I had a furnace that stopped working and they replaced the unit for me. Just recently, My furnace needed some repairs and I contacted them again to make the repairs. The technicians are friendly, clean and polite. This is a company that never fails their customers.
