We are so appreciative to ABC Air Conditioning and Heating for replacing our two air handlers. After getting several quotes to replace the two air handlers, my husband called ABC Air Conditioning and Heating to get a quote after seeing their vehicle on the road. Eddie came to our home for the appointment. He provided an overview of what his company could do for us, answered all of our questions, and quoted us a price.

The quote was better than the others we received from other vendors. We were impressed by his experience and knowledge and asked for the first available appointment. In less than a week, the installers arrived promptly on the appointed morning and introduced themselves. They did a walk-through with me and explained the process. After doing so, they protected the areas where they would be working and began the replacement.

After replacing the two air handlers that day, the installers cleaned the areas where they had been working and did a final walk-through with me. I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of each member of the ABC Air Conditioning and Heating with whom I had contact---the installers and Eddie. We plan to use them to maintain our systems and are recommending their team to anyone who asks us for recommendations for HVAC professionals.

All I can say is WOW. I called them after another company told me I needed a whole new AC unit and tried to lease me one. ABC came the same day and fixed it with in 10 minutes of being here. From start to finish ABC did a fabulous job. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I chose the new a/c system for my home. The installers, Brandon and Jojo, worked tirelessly to make sure the system was put in correctly. They were diligent about explaining everything and cleaning up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for better service.

This company gets it right! I met Thomas Johnson on my street as he was doing work for my neighbor and had a quick chat with him about a possible repair. He explained to me how I can do the repair but the reality is the accumulator is the start of big issues and my unit is old so I should consider replacing the unit. I took his business card and spoke with his Fiance Nicole on Saturday at 6pm then he was there Sunday at 9 am quoting me.

He throughly explained everything, Rachel called me Monday morning and was great next thing Tuesday Morning Tripp and Ahmed were at my house installing a 3 ton Carrier Unit 16 Seer! They did a great job, answered all my questions and they did a professional job! Very clean and efficient! Tripp walked through everything with me at the end and explained what they did today. They had the best price on the market! I would highly recommend, I love family owned businesses that take care of their employees and customers and this place is it!

All and all, Nicole in sales, and admin, was great. Thomas, the technician was very knowledgeable and fantastic. All Hvac businesses do this, but I don't like the mark up on parts, when they are already listed as retail prices. In the end my Lennox Blower unit was replaced, and their discounts if you purchase their maintenance program was nice.

This company has done preventative maintenance on my elderly system since 2018. It finally died and I had no choice but to replace it. The two technicians who installed the new system (Brandon and Tripp) were right on time. They were extremely polite, efficient and completed the installation according to plan. As expected, my garage looked like a war zone when installation was complete, but they removed all old equipment, all trash and vacuumed all associated debris.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ABC or this particular team for any AC work. Additional, the preventive maintenance technicians that have serviced the AC over the years has been exceptional. I've never had to wait for repair service when the old system went out. I definitely give the technicians and the company five stars.

After hearing a weird noise coming from the outside AC unit, we arranged for ABC to come out and scope the situation. During the first visit, the noise was no longer there, and the specialist was unable to identify the issue. He said if it happened again, to call the company. About a week and a half later, it happened again, and this time, only hot air was coming out of the AC vents.

We called, and it was arranged for a different specialist to come out the very next day. Aaron was fabulous. He called ahead of time, gave an estimate of arrival time, and as he was walking toward the unit, could immediately notice the issue and knew exactly how to fix. He was so polite and professional. In fact, my mom stayed outside and chatted with him the entire time he was replacing the part.

She raved about how great he was for the rest of the evening. The air coming out of the vents now is the coldest it's ever been. Couldn't be happier with the service Aaron provided and we will be using this company 100% moving forward.

I had another company come in the morning, prices were extreme. I called ABC and they came out right away. Found out the other company was trying to replace parts that didn't need replacing. Thomas came in, replaced the motor, cleaned out the lines and motor fan; far more reasonable then American Air. I even bought the maintenance package from ABC.

Honest and reputable company, a company with integrity! I would highly recommend ABC and will use them to service my System from now on. Thank you ABC and Thomas for such great and kind service.

I finally found an AC company that knows what they are doing and doesn't overcharge you. The technician was professional and took the time to check everything while he was here. I appreciated that he took steps to NOT drag dirt in - and when he was done he made sure everything was cleaned up. I recommend this company. ABC was fantastic. I used them to replace all three ACs in my home. They came out the same day I called to inspect the system and provide me with a competitive quote. Their salesperson was upfront and honest about what level of system I actually needed rather than trying to upsell me (as many others did). Their installers were friendly and helpful, mindful of working with a mask on as my infant son was home, and took the extra time to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new system.

I got a new AC unit installed in November. I have a couple of issues with the system but ABC come promptly to resolve them at no charge. I'm very happy with my new unit.

I would give this company 5 stars for pricing and initial service for my unit 21 months ago. Fast forward to today and my unit stopped working. After talking to a technician we tested the capacitor and discovered it went bad. Just talked to the office and they won't swap it out for me because they want their $85 service fee and labor for a $30 part. I'll wait the extra day for my capacitor to come in and save myself $100+ dollars and the time it would cost for me to leave work to meet the technician. It's a shame companies don't want to help out their customers on a simple fix. If it was more than just the capacitor I would be willing to pay the money but this is just bad service.

Beware! This company is so crooked. Patrick Cheney part owner didn't pull permits on the ac job I pd him $2980.00 to do! He also didn't do what was on our agreed contract, he refused to give me his General liability insurance information. He never ever came back to finish! He abandoned the job, extremely poor workmanship. See the documents where he was fined by the Department of Business & Professional Regulation!

These guys are the best! Came out and gave a competitive estimate. Very professional and informative on what needed to be done. Pulled permit for full AC install. helped with finding electrical and also included drywall in estimate. Was the only one who could get tubes and trunk line into my very small attic space. Absolutely recommended for knowledgeable, professional and timely service. ABC (Patrick) came over to fix problems created by another service provider who replaced my old busted unit with a bigger unit, in the process messing up the airflow to the entire house and causing the whole system to function as if it was possessed by the devil or controlled by a prankster.

The guys who installed the unit of course were 'too busy' to come solve the problem they created. ABC scheduled and kept to their appointed date and time, Patrick spent a really long time investigating all the issues and even put in place a temporary solution so we could 'test drive' the recommendation before committing to the changes. Things worked exactly as he described and he came back to implement the final solution, again on time and with the utmost professionalism.

Very happy with the level of service provided. The technician (Al) came out within a couple of hours of my call, got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly, and got us cool and comfortable in a hurry.

My a/c stop working at midnite, I call ABC air conditioning believe or not, there was a service man at my door in 10 min, it just so happen he was around the corner helping some one else.got my a/c working fast and going to help another person.

Used twice, they showed up on time and charged a very reasonable fee and fixed problem quickly. They know what they are doing!
