We have been very happy with the entire process, service, and communication from start to finish that we received from Davis Roofing. Everything from our initial consultation to installation exceeded our expectations. We had our estimate back from our sales guy in a few days, we picked out our colors and got it all scheduled the next week and installed a few weeks later. Could not be happier and I highly recommend.

My rating has nothing to do with the quality of work, but rather the poor customer service. I submitted a request online to get a quote for roof replacement. Two days later (on a Wednesday) I was contacted by Robert by phone to schedule an appointment, which we set up for 9:00AM the following Monday. The technician Kevin McWilliams did not arrive at the scheduled 9:00 time, and at 11:00AM I called to see where he was.

He said he had an urgent customer issue to deal with (which I could understand) and asked if we could reschedule to 3:00, but he should have called way before then to let us know that he would be delayed. We agreed and he arrived at that time. We looked at the roof and I specified several things that I would like to have included. I asked if he needed to go up on the roof and he said that he already had aerial photos.

I expected him to take a couple of photos or look closer at the roof. We went in the house to wait for him to come back and let us know that he was done, or to discuss some specifics. I looked out the window 5 minutes later and his truck was gone. We spoke for maybe 10 minutes in total. I thought it was a very incomplete roof review. He had said that he would get the quote to us later that evening (Monday night).

That did not happen. As of this writing (Thursday), I still have not received the quote. As I had also lined up two other roofers for quotes (and received them, with follow up), I will be choosing one of them to complete my roof replacement. I chose Davis for a quote based on the overall satisfaction ratings on Google. They may very well be an excellent company that does great work, but I cannot attest to that since they will not be doing my home. I can only speak to the poor communication and lack of response in providing a quote for my roof.

They responded to our call right away. We made an appt and he was going to be 1/2 hour late and he called to let me know. They installed the roof on the day they said they would. Looks beautiful and they cleaned up everything. It's hard to find dependable companies these days. If you're needing to replace roof, please give them a call. Rob was our salesperson. He was very polite and professional.

Davis Roofing is atop notch operation that is fair priced, on time and does excellent work. I've used them to repair someone else's repair that failed to do the job correctly. I also called them when the ice from the melting snow pulled the gutter loose. They also fixed and repaired a failed skylight that was never installed correctly from the start. Each job I had to call them to do was done extremely well, timely and very fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

Outstanding service. Rich went way beyond what was asked of him. We have a leak in the roof. He took pictures and found out that it was coming from the chimney. They guarantee they're work for as long as you live there. So he wanted to make sure that it wouldn't effect the roof. I would definitely recommend Davis as one of the best contractors I've worked with.

Davis Roofing did a great job about 10 years ago installing our new roof. We had a slight leak recently and they came out and fixed the leak and checked the whole roof for loose shingles, without charging us! We were so pleased and would highly recommend them.
