Critical: Quality, Value The company didn't install proper ventilation for our roof and the roof already leak after only 5-6 years because the install wasn't done properly and they offer only 5 years warranty on the job. That's just bad for a roof. They left nails unsealed on roof and started to leak. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Service: Roof installation

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Scheduled for them to come out for an estimate while we are in attorney review for a house. They never showed up so called them and they said oh yah we aren't coming. No notice and just completely blew us off. When we talked to them, they just said yah we can't be there. Wouldn't recommend

I made an appointment to secure an estimate for repair/replacement of a roof. They were referred to me. On the appointment day, I waited and called to inquiry about arrival ETA. I was told that the appointment would need to be rescheduled from 10am to 2pm. After making accommodations to meet them at 2pm, I waited again and called. They never showed or called back. They are definitely not on my referral list. I understand schedule changes. However, it is always professional and good business to follow-up.

And all my calls to the office and emails were answered promptly by Mayra, and the best part was that the owner himself was on the roof working with his guys, no subcontractors at all with this company! The work was looking so good that people were driving up constantly asking for business cards! I truly recommend using Andres roofing company for your next roofing project! We chose this company to do our gutters and soffits. Not only did they leave a mess, but when 3 pieces of the soffit blew down they took many weeks to respond to our request for repair. Since it wasn't repaired correctly, the same 3 pieces blew down again. We have called them 3 times and they still have not come to do the necessary repairs again.

Hello I had some issues while they fixed my garage roof and fortunately this young man helped me understand the concept of the job that was being done on my roof. I highly recommend for anyone who is in the process of finding a professional to do there roof to personally call Sergio (believe to be the owner)or call Diego very helpful young man.

Andres did an excellent job on the repairs of my roof and chimney. The task required only 2 roofers. Total hours to complete the job was 4.5 hrs. Would recommend contacting the homeowner within 1-2 days to confirm scheduled work. This allows the homeowner to plan for the day versus a surprise visit. The crew performed work on a Sunday, which was fine.

No storm chasing from them to me. I actually called them. The owners nephew came by on two separate occassions and quoted me twice for free. Hector was very professional and knowledgeable. Once project was underway their crew along with the owner were on point! These guys did great work on my roof and siding. Fast service, no one was slacking around and the clean up afterwards was fair. Minimal pieces of old shingles here and there but they cleared and cleaned all visible debris. Great price, great service, happy customer. I plan on using them for my garage project next year!

I know a bit about construction and remodeling so I really appreciate that I was shown all the rotted wood that needed to be replaced once the old roof was removed. From the inside, it looked less than the actual damage. Wood was replaced and most of the roof was installed the first day. Running out of materials, they finished the job the next day WHILE it was raining!

After finally getting them to come out, I was satisfied with the findings for the leak in my family room. He resealed around some of the vents and cleaned my gutters that I believe some birds may have built nests. Anyway, I saw him pull a bunch of stuff from the gutter where he said the water had backed up. After he cleaned it, I could hear the water go down the gutter.

My experience with Andres Roofing was a very good one, When getting my estimate the person was very professional and getting the work done the workers came got the job done in2-3 days, and really did a good job. Would have given five stars but some paper work was delayed had to remind them several times to send.
