Affordable Clean

I made an appointment for 12pm and no one showed up till 2:30pm. I called and texted to see what was going on and no one answer my calls or texts.i work by appointment too so I understand how valuable the customer time is. When someone finally showed up I had to go to work I come back after a long day hoping to see a clean carpet and the carpet still looks dirty they said because of the years of use, I understand that but that's something a 30years company should let you know what and what cannot be done.

I have a portable ac and and laundry basket only items in the room by the way and I ask if they needed me to take everything out(they told me no) since I did expect for the whole carpet to be washed at least.they just went around those items those spots where dried. if they would've told empty the room completely I would've. i did mention it was master bedroom and the guy told me this room is bigger then regulars?

And then proceed to charge me $30 more because he needed to use a longer hose, why wasn't told this when I made the appointment. I wanted a clean carpet to get my deposit back, i chose this company because it says 30 years experience I never write reviews but this experience wasn't nothing compared to the good review they have. I think all this would've been avoid if someone would've pick up my call when they where already late. Oh and it's been 3 days now and room still smells like wet dog.

Can't say enough about STEVE! We were in a situation with a water leak, soaked our carpet in two rooms. couldn't find any Extraction equipment to rent because of COVID! Took a chance and called Steve. he was here within an hour! Great person professional and did an absolute wonderful job! Thanks so much Steve! We definitely will be calling for more services!

This was our first time using their services. Juan, who I will say is extremely kind, respectful, and on task did the cleaning. We had our living area, hallways, sectional sofa, and ottoman cleaned. They did an amazing job the carpets looked brand new like we just moved in! It smelled great in the house the only thing I can say is that there is a stagnant smell from the enzyme treatment after a couple days. but it's not terrible and I wouldn't discourage others from using them, I just have a sensitive nose to it.

Affordable did an awesome job getting our carpets cleaned. They showed up right before the scheduled time. Steve explained the prices right up front and also showed us how he was going to remove the stains that our sweet little dog left us. We tried to get those stains up before with a small steam cleaner but they still showed. We were worried that the stains were permanent but Steve got every stain out and our carpets look great! I was able to book an appointment within days. Steven, the owner of the company, was the one that steam cleaned my furniture and other upholstery. He did a fantastic job- using extra chemicals to remove some tough stains for no extra charge. He was punctual, friendly, courteous, accommodating, and determined to get all the stains removed. Plus, he gave me a great price. I absolutely recommend this company and will use them again.

Steve and his assistant were on time (actually a little bit early) and very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and what it was going to cost, very reasonable i thought, with no hidden charges. He took care of it in a little over hour, two rooms and a stair case, and my carpet was squeaky clean and the place is smelling fresh. he also explained the other services he does.

These guys are great! They did such a great job on our carpets. We are landlords for a house rental in San Diego, and were only in the area for a few days. I called them once we completed a final walk-through with our tenants. The carpets were filthy, but look amazing now! We got a fast response from them after calling a few other carpet cleaning services. They were very friendly, professional and on time. We will definitely use them again!

Steve not only arrived on time, but a little early, which was great due to my work schedule. He was professional and friendly. He graciously answered all my questions about the carpet steam cleaning process. He was very efficient. I loved that he used corner protectors to keep the cleaning hoses away from my furniture and walls. There was no extra cost for removing a few of the spots he found. With the steam cleaning, there was no residual dampness, as I had experienced with other cleaning services. Two thumbs up!

Steve is here at our house now. He is very friendly, affable and professional. The work he is doing is outstanding. He even made arrangements to work around me and my girlfriend who both work at home. We definitely needed a good carpet cleaning because our house is 90% carpet floors. What is also great about affordable carpet cleaning is Steve includes the pre spray, rinse and disinfectant (so that it kills germs) for no additional cost.

He has cleaned our house for the past 3 years. The entire experience was first rate. This company is Better Business Bureau rated as A+ and it is deserving of this high mark. We received an estimate for service, scheduled the appointment and Steve arrived on time. He did a thorough job of cleaning all the carpets and even removed some difficult stained areas without using any chemicals. There is no smell to this process because he rinses and disinfects the carpets well.

There are no hidden charges and the quote was honored as given. Steve also explained carpet care and spot cleaning tips. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Great job. They took extra care to make sure the couches were throughly cleaned. The carpet also looks wonderful. The 2 workers were very pleasant and did a great job explaining how things were going to be done.

Absolutely love them! I just returned home from deployment and got my stuff out of storage and they needed to be cleaned badly!
