Very disappointed in the work that still is not completed in my home. The work started on December 6th. It is December 31st and I haven't heard back from anyone. Very poor customer service. Sloppy work in some areas. Very unprofessional! Please complete the work that I paid you for! It has been a huge inconvenience for my family. I expect compensation for this.

Because no one called us we left the message and we left our number at the front desk and they said we'll get back to you because the salesman was not there It's been 5 days Sad

If you are on any sort of time crunch or just care in general about a company that follows through with their work, I'd steer clear of Rays Flooring. I received bids from a few different companies but went with Rays because the salesman, Will, sold us on the fact that everything would be done in 3-4 days. I have an infant at home so getting someone in and out quickly was important to me.

The initial flooring was done in 2 days (great!), but the flooring for the stairs wasn't done for another 2 weeks and the trim didn't arrive until even after that. They had to come to my house multiple times outside the originally quoted 3-4 days to get the job done (which was exactly what I was trying to avoid from the get go). Half the battle was getting anyone on the phone or receiving a call back.

When we could finally get ahold of someone, there were frequent excuses. Anyone you talk to throws blame at the others in the company for the shortfalls that occurred. Seems to be major drama within the company and it spills over to their customer service. The one star is for the installers themselves who did a great job, but next time I'd rather hire them directly and leave the drama out.

Ray's Flooring just finished a beautiful job at my house. Highly recommend. They were prompt, did nice work, cleaned up after the job and were helpful in the entire process.

My new floors are amazing. Install was quick and efficient. Installation crew was professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Went to Ray's and talked to a rep about carpeting. The Rep said to take a sample board home and then decide and then call for a appointment for measurements. Called and got Reps voicemail. Left message with a pertinent information. Never got a call back. Phoned again.nothin'. a week goes by, brought the sample board back (should have tossed it) and went elsewhere. Glad I didn't give them my money before I found out how irresponsible they were. Why are you making it so hard for me to give you my money?

After waiting months for Ray's Flooring Specialists to get back to me about an insurance claim for replacing my carpets, I've decided to go elsewhere. My rental house flooded in April, insurance got back to me right away with a check to replace the carpet. I've called and called Ray's Flooring whom my insurance company chose for me to replace the carpet and provide the estimate.

It's been crickets. I've tried scheduling a replacement, calling the person who came and did the estimate, and just have gotten nowhere with the company. I'm going to see if another company in town will take the quote Ray's provided my insurance and match it. My poor tenant has had damaged carpets from a water heater leak since April and this company is making me look like a slum lord instead of a responsible landlord who sought to replace the carpets in the same week the damages happened. I wouldn't recommend this company and have sent a complaint to my insurance company as well.

Unfortunately Ray's Flooring has been the most difficult and uncommunicative company I have ever worked with. I was constantly needing to follow up on a very simple floor job, over the course of 5 months. They do not have quality control of their work, I had to call them in to go over the finishing touches. They do not follow through. As a costumer, I had to call and email repeatedly to get simple things scheduled and complete. Choose wisely and go with another flooring company.

This will provide individualized services that bridge the gap for families and children with special needs to reach their full potential by giving them the same opportunities as children who are typically developing.

Both Gabe Smith and Joe Duran were very professional. They took the time to talk about flooring options-both wood and tile and gave us a number of things to consider. Ultimately we went with tile, and Joe worked with us all the way through scheduling. Larry did the installation, and I don't know that I've ever seen better work.

Gabe and Mario replaced cheap, ugly carpet and vinyl with beautiful wood and tile floors. They started on time and completed a little early. They worked with us every step of the way and kept us apprised of pertinent information.

Yea! Our carpet was installed today, and it looks terrific. The installers were on time and efficient, and managed to have just enough new carpet after the rooms and stairs to install new carpet in the under -the-stairs closet - so we didn't use the old carpet (there was not enough padding, so they just replaced the carpet over the old pad - but we planned to do that anyway).
