Loved that from start to finish Dan was responsive and professional. Justin's template was amazing and his brother's layout was perfect. The install by Brian and Oscar could not have been better. Clear communication and reliable scheduled templating and install. Our finished kitchen counters (complete with a waterfall edge) came out GREAT! so pleased with the end result. Our GC for the kitchen renovation was impressed too :) (I'll try to remember to post photos when the rest of the kitchen renovation is complete for the full effect)

We researched many contractors for our new kitchen and laundry room counters and decided on Milan Stoneworks after a home site visit and estimate, which instilled confidence in their company immediately. After reviewing huge slabs of quartz at Daltile, Milan made a template, cut the slabs incredibly precise and professionally installed seven new counters.

We are 100% satisfied with every step of our recent kitchen counter top replacement from granite to quartz. We replaced a total of approximately 75 square feet. We made initial contact with Dan to determine our specific needs and formalize a Purchase Order. Only a week later Justin was at our condo laying out the fabrication templates, and then only 2 weeks after that Oscar, Brian & Ivan were on site installing our beautiful new quartz counter tops.
All of you at Milan should be proud of your work, and proud with how you treat your customers. We are extremely happy with Milan's price. We are also happy with the fact that their initially quoted price was also the final billed price (No Change Orders!). From start to finish. Milan Stoneworks were prompt, friendly, and professional. I was absolutely clueless to granite shopping, purchasing and installation. Milan helped guide me through the entire process. The purchasing of the granite, coming to my kitchen to create a layout, helping select the location of the cut, and installing. Each employee was a pleasure to meet. Because of Milan Stoneworks, my kitchen now looks jaw dropping instead of like a Smurf kitchen.

I was referred to Milan Stoneworks by a coworker and was so happy to find them! My husband and I were planning to order a 40 quartz countertop through Ikea along with our bathroom cabinets, but when we learned that Ikea only sells quartz countertops as full slabs and not in smaller sizes, we decided to look locally for a remnant that would be closer to the size we needed.
After a quick phone call describing what I needed, Dan searched his warehouse and called right back to let me know he didn't have the exact stone that I wanted, but did have something very close that he thought I would love - and I did! I came in to place the order, finalized a few measurements by email, picked it up a couple of weeks later, and BAM - perfect fit and looks absolutely gorgeous with our new cabinets and sink.
Overall great experience, high quality work, and very reasonable prices - I'd happily recommend Milan Stoneworks without hesitation. Kudos to Dan for excellent service and easy ordering, and to Stuart for a beautiful job cutting and polishing!

Great company to work with. Excellent communication and quick responses to emails. They said my slab of marble was in really rough shape but it turned out beautifully. They were also able to salvage enough "scrap" to cut the tops of the shower half walls, threshold and shampoo niche. When I had a few questions, they came back to check it out right away. Very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

I am very impressed with Milan Stoneworks, the quality of materials and the excellence they provide. We interviewed many fabricators and, quite frankly, it was all new to us. Justin answered every question with patience and assurance. They covered every detail - protecting the floors and cleaning up the minimal dust. I also have to say a good word about Stewart who cut the granite for us. Milan asks that we be a part of the process in laying out the templates on the granite. Stewart is an artist and saw the patterns in the granite to make a seamless connection between pieces for us. Dan was also great when we needed an extra piece of granite for another project. The job we hired them for was relatively small compared to some but they treated us like important customers and the outcome was better than we anticipated. From start to finish, Milan Sone works exceeded our expectations. Dan Ellis was our go-to Person and he would always respond to our phone calls and emails even on nights and on weekends. We picked out two slabs of granite, one at Intrepid Tile and Granite and one slab at Oregon Tile and Granite. When the product was delivered to Milan Stone, I made a special trip to be involved with the layout and design with Sawyer, Stew.
He was very helpful. On the day of installation, the installers were half an hour early. The installation was fast. efficient and done in a craftsman-like manner. Jesse and David are exceptional installers. Good clean-up at the end of the job. We got more than we payed for. Extra services were rendered at no additional cost.

From start to finish, working with Milan was fantastic. I got an estimate from several fabricators. Milan stood out because they asked the questions that made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and would be happy with the results. (Others were asking questions to make sure they simply got my business.) I had great communication at every step of the process.
If I had questions, Dan was able to respond to me the same day. Template and installation was scheduled and coordinated very efficiently. Final installation looks AWESOME! This was a wonderful experience all around.

We have never had a better experience with a vendor from start to finish. They gave us all our options, made insightful and savvy suggestions, went the extra mile to find exactly the counter top we wanted, took great care to demolish the old counter and install the new one perfectly, and returned three times to make sure the finish was just what we wanted. (It was.)
