Vince Marino Plumbing

We reached out to Vince after our water heater stopped working and begin leaking everywhere. We are SO thankful that we did, he is a master at his work! He was able to diagnose our problem and what we needed through pictures that we sent him before even coming on-site to our condo! When Vince came to install our new water heater he found that in fact the entire building's water supply was completely against code, he installed our heater and told us that until the management company/HOA fixed the problem that it would only damage the water heater and that he would be happy to come back to finish the install when it was taken care of.

He even fixed a small leak he found under our kitchen sink which had nothing to do with the heater! If you want someone who is a true plumbing professional and someone who really cares about their customers, call Vince!

Just called based on the recommendation from the Plumbing Inspector for Pittsburgh. I need a gas line tested per Peoples who was at my home today and he hung up and said he doesn't work with "people like me" i guess that was because he asked what my business was and i said "Real Estate Investment Firm" for your information I own and run the 4th largest residential real estate firm in the US.

I had a boiler replaced in a house that I had under contract so it had to be done quickly and I couldn't of asked for a better job to be done. Vince completed the installation in an efficient and timely fashion.

Received "I'll be there tomorrow" 3 times. Maybe my job was too small. Never called me on that day to say cant make it. Called me at work to debate not deserving 2 stars. Vince, the point is having the courtesy to call and say I cant make it today.

Called after our sump pump stopped working. Came out the next day and inspected the old pump, determined it needed to be replaced and took care of installing the new pump. Very nice, efficient and reasonably priced. I can't recommend Vince enough.

We experienced a clogged sewer line and our first quote from a different plumber was a few thousand dollars. We received a second independent quote from Vince Marino Plumbing, who fixed the clogged sewer for much less, saving us thousands of dollars! He was upfront and honest about his assessment, even pointing out all the unnecessary work other plumbers were insisting needed to be done.

He was able to respond to our request for quote the same day (some other plumbers never responded) and provide service to our sewer line promptly within 48 hours (it wasn't an emergency). Vince responded very quickly and took care of a potential basement flooding with ease. He was in, took care of the job, and was out.
