Amazing experience. Had a tenant call me saying water/sewage was backing up in the basement. I called this company at like 645pm on a Tuesday evening, they were at the property within like 40 minutes or so, cleaned the drain and fixed it all up. I was amazed how quickly they responded and the price was very reasonable. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Joe and neighborhood plumbing were great and were able to help me with a big problem. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and I felt very confident he was giving me the best information to make an informed decision on how to fix a sewer issue. The price was fair and competitive.

I have been living with a costly and stressful plumbing situation for months, and had already had bad experiences with 2 other local plumbing companies. As such I was very skeptical about calling someone else. I decided to call Mr. Rooter on the recommendation of 2 of my friends as my problem was now beyond just "living with it." The lady who took my order and sent out the plumber was not only courteous, but very attentive and made sure that they kept me informed as to when I would have a plumber at my home.

She did this by keeping in contact throughout my wait by phone. I was not used to such attentive service, and it was greatly appreciated. When Mr. Orlando Knuckle did finally arrive, he was courteous, pleasant and very professional. I had several problems which were spread over a few days. Not only did he help solve my plumbing problems, but he did so with pride in his work, while at the same time making me feel like a valued customer, even though we had only just met.

My experience overall with the Mr. Rooter company was timely, and very much needed. The jobs were also priced fairly and the staff and Mr. Knuckle were HONEST. This has not always been a given when hiring someone to come into my home to do a home repair like this. This company and Orlando now have a new and most likely lifetime customer, or for at least as long as I still live in this area. I simply cannot thank or recommend the company, and especially Mr. Knuckle enough.

Used them for my rental property in Pittsburgh for leak detection and repair. Their technician showed up on time and were able to locate the leak quickly and fix it for good. Never had any leak issue since then. Great reliable plumbers to hire in Pittsburgh.
