Needed an emergency pipe fix outdoors and I called and immediately the next day was contacted by Jesse who was extremely nice and helpful. First, Cutler Bay Plumbing is highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs. In my case living in Cutler Bay my house had cast iron type of plumbing and they needed to be replaced after causing clogging and flooding problems. I called Cutler Bay plumbing and spoke to Bernie who explained the best way to replace the plumbing with minimum damage to the floor.

The work was excellent, fast and very creative, leaving the bathrooms ready to be renovated. The bathrooms were renovated by Freddy who is highly recommended also and very professional focused on every detail to finish his work perfect and beautiful. I'm glad I called them to do the job, I trust them and I'm very happy with everything they fixed and recommended.

Additional work done was replacing the water heater, this was an upgrade, and they installed a tankless gas heater that looks and works great. Thank you, Bernie, Freddy and the rest of the crew for the great job. God bless you and bring you lots of jobs.

I had a septic tank situation that needed fixing fast, but the companies I called that came recommended either did not call me back or could not be bothered to really fix the problem. I noticed the large number of positive reviews for Cutler Bay Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Sure am happy I did. Yeniss answered the call right away and very professionally.

She sized up the problem and told me the plumber in my area would be calling me to set up an inspection. Bernardo called me within 20 minutes to give me his initial impression and offered a next day free estimate, apologizing for not being able to go out same day (like who ever does that anyway without doubling the price?). He called me prior to arriving at the property to say when he would arrive.

He called me several times during the job and sent photos of the work and the problem because he knew I could not be on-site at that time. When I had other suggestions from other plumbers of replacing the entire drain field ($$$$), he never tried to go there, instead telling me not to worry, that in his experience this situation with the drain field was likely repairable. Bernardo was clearly experienced and very knowledgeable and advised me along the way what was happening and how he was taking care of it. Started work immediately after giving me the estimate, and finished the job within hours.

Would not take a deposit (maybe nobody does, but he still refused my offer) and did all the work on faith that good service would result in fast payment and a recommendation to my friends - which I am happily doing right now. With all the questionable, fly-by-night companies in Miami, Cutler Bay Plumbing was such a pleasant surprise! They also speak fluent English, which made everything a little smoother for me. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend this company as one to trust and rely on to get the job done right and tell you the truth about what you need done.

We had an outdoor pipe break. While this was not an emergency, Bernardo was still here within the hour to help us out. My parents recommended them when I called to share our trouble. I called and immediately saw why. He made it all very convenient, he was even able to quote the repair via text. He was here within the hour and fixed the issue as promised. He followed COVID safety guideline which we also very much appreciated. Would recommend Bernando without hesitation!

Today was a great ending to a scary morning. I had a septic nightmare that resulted in sewage backup in my tub. I called at 8:30a and Bernardo was there by 10a to diagnose the problem. Where other companies would have tried to upsell me to have a complete drain field created, he was honest and showed me how a fix could be done. His cost was affordable and within an hour he was back with his team to get me up and running. They were personable and had a great manner. I would absolutely recommend again. I am grateful for the friend that recommended them in the first place.

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further and don't hesitate to call Cutler Bay Plumbing. They truly are a 24/7 plumber. Called them on Thursday night around 8:30 p.m. and was surprised when Bernard answered the phone after calling other so called 24/7 plumbers and having to leave a message or e-mail and not hear from them for days. My 15 year old gas tank water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced.

I decided I wanted to change it out for a tankless unit. Bernard was very nice and answered all my questions and was the friendliest guy to talk to. I sent some pictures and was given a quote right away. let me tell you CB, plumping is not your ordinary plumber that charges an arm and a leg and your first born child for there services. You will not find a better down to earth price then with CB plumbing. George called the next morning and he explained and answered any other questions I had.

He is also very easy to talk to. I said yes to his quote and he said he would order the tank from his supplier and that it would be here in three days. That was it! No deposit, nothing, just a good old fashion man to man agreement. Four days later and I have a brand new gas tankless water heater. Not just any water heater, but one of the best on the market, AO Smith rebranded "Takagi" nature gas tankless water heater.

Just a note to anyone thinking of converting a gas tank to tankless water heater. These are essentially a luxury, and that being said comes with a price. But thanks to CB Plumbing that price is more than reasonable or about half the cost of all the other quotes that I got. A lot is involved with the conversion, but George has you covered. He will get a licensed electrician, which is part of the quote, do the gas line work, move the water pipes to the exterior of the house, and even patch up the hole with concrete when finished.

I am so pleased with Cutler Bay Plumbing that I can't say enough good things about them. God bless them for there service to the everyday working person. They deserve 10 STARS. Thank you George and Bernard you guys are the best!

I had the privilege of having Bernie and George come over and replace the whole shower system in my guest bathroom. There price was extremely fair, and the work is of great quality. This is the working mans plumbing company, with the results of a high end corporation. This was my first time using Cutler Bay, and for me will be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Where do I even start? Bernardo and his team are awesome! I swapped from cast iron to brand new PVC sewer and water lines and they finished the job quickly and efficiently, I found them after searching for a plumbing company in my area and they did not disappoint. Cutler bay plumbing is fantastic! I called them and explained I needed to have a toilet replaced. I told them I was going to purchase a new one from home depot and they met me there, shopped with me and loaded the toilet into their van and followed me to my house.
