Good experience with kitchen upgrade a few years back but most recently also impressed with level of continuous customer support on two items. 1. Had a concern about potential discoloration that developed on the sink a few years later and Kim was very helpful with diagnosing the issue and provided me with a product at no cost to solve the problem. 2. Had to remove a few tiles from the kitchen remodel to install a new microwave and could not find anyone that offered walk-in service to cut the tiles - including Home Depot and Lowes. Called Kim to ask for alternatives and she referred me to their tile guy who was working on a local job and simply had me take the tiles to the job site and was done on the spot at no cost. Saved me the hassle of renting a tile cutter to cut six tiles or pay a $200 service call quoted by a different company.

Thirteen years ago, Kim and Frank created a beautiful new kitchen for our family. They also opened up our living space to create a warm and welcoming area. We loved working with them in the design and installation phases. They were incredibly timely and detail-oriented. Now we have entrusted them with an update to our kitchen-can't wait to see our beautiful space with a fresh update!

After interviewing several kitchen remodelers, I chose Kim at Kitchen Creations. She gave me detailed information for budgeting purposes, helped me narrow down my design choices, and was always quick to respond, never high pressured, and great at keeping me focused. Al at Tivoli remodeling did all the construction work. His crew was professional, on time, and very pleasant to work with. I'd use Kim and Al again without any hesitation.

We love our new kitchen remodel thanks to Kitchen Creations! Kim made the design process so easy and gave us ideas that we would have never thought of, but now love and couldn't live without! The two-tone kitchen cabinets are a great way to get all the warmth of wood tones but not too dark in a small space. The personal touch of working with a small business made the chaos of a remodel much less stressful. I can't wait to work with them on our next remodel project.

Kim and Frank with Kitchen Creations helped and guided our family through the entire kitchen remodeling process with the kind of support and care that seems lost today. We walked in to meet them not knowing anything about the process. I can honestly say that not only is our kitchen more beautiful and functional than we ever imagined, it was done flawlessly and with professionalism that is unmatched in this line of work.

I worked with Kitchen Creations in 2018. I loved working with Kim. She took the time to get to know me, my style, and my home. Her design ideas made the most of my existing space. She helped me select colors, countertops, backsplash styles, sinks, faucets, and made lighting suggestions. She ordered for me and personally oversaw the countertop installation, and delivered the sinks, etc to my home. Kim checked in regularly during installation and helped in any way possible. I give Kitchen Creations my highest recommendation.

Kim and Frank at Kitchen Creations were great to work with. We developed a great relationship throughout our project. They were on time and did what needed to be done. Many design meetings to get things just right. We are enjoying our kitchen. Our first night back in the house, they even came over with pizza and wine and just hung out with us. Not sure they do this with every client, but it made us feel special.

Over the last 10 years, Kim and Frank at Kitchen Creations have remodeled our kitchen, a powder room, living room, laundry, and 3 bathrooms - each project was handled quickly, professionally and beautifully. On our kitchen project, Frank provided insightful designs we would never have thought of ourselves and the changes worked out wonderfully. Kim, a few years later, remodeled our living room, and 3 bathrooms and they are gorgeous! The projects came out even better than we could have imagined.

Kitchen Creations and Tivoli Renovations are a joy to work with! Taking out the small corner pantry and putting in soft close shelves has tripled the storage space. The soft close doors and drawers are really cool. The sink is also a fabulous upgrade, I can fit a 9 X 13 pan flat. We are really enjoying it.

They worked with me for several months while I hemmed and hawed over cabinets, design, price, etc. I don't think I finalized our contract until August - that says a lot about a contractor. There was no pressure, no hard sells, no jerk moves. Just good service.

Being a perfectionist, picky homeowner. Frank & Kim anticipated my wants and exceeded my expectations of features and design. I just kept saying to myself we wouldn't have this level of service if we ordered from a big-box store. Thanks for helping us realize a dream kitchen.

I can't believe we lived like this (in the before kitchen) for so long. Thanks for all your help Kim and Frank! You are a great team and we are so glad that we chose to partner with you on this huge project. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

My designer at Kitchen Creations created a beautiful AND functional kitchen. They remodelled our kitchen and powder room with just a few weeks between tear down and installation. They helped me with custom cabinet selection, recommended great appliances and beautiful granite countertops - the whole process couldn't have been easier and the design could not have been better.
