I am 110% satisfied with the final results of my finished basement by Blue Sky Remodeling. Adam Rossi was very easy to work with and provided a detailed design and project plan that laid out the entire project start to finish. He was also very patient and flexible with several changes that I made throughout the process and made sure that the final result was perfect and what I wanted.

The only change to the original budgeted number was due to my additions to the project. The project manager, Adam Krentz, was also great to work with. He kept me in the loop on all phases of the project and the scheduling of the various workers. If I had any questions or concerns, he was easily accessible and always answered very quickly. The various workers and sub-contractors were always respectful of my space and did an excellent job on all aspects of the project.

I know that I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my basement and everyone who has seen it has been amazed by the space - especially the fireplace. I recommend Blue Sky Remodeling without reservation to anyone needing remodeling or a basement build-out. They are a top-notch company.

Hiring Blue Sky to build our custom home was the worst mistake we've ever made! They were constantly behind schedule, continually blamed everyone else for all their mistakes, the owners Adam and Julie Rossi were almost completely absent during the entire build process, they couldn't have cared less that the build process was going so poorly as long as they got paid. Run as far away as you can in the opposite direction!

Several years ago, Adam and Blue Sky finished our basement. They did a fantastic job then and as a result we hired them again to extend our deck and add another room to our basement. Again, they did a terrific job. The deck is built like a tank and looks great. Adam was key in helping us sort out the design and complete the project. The additional room which is a combination bonus/bedroom with custom furniture and a wall bed looks terrific and the utility of the room is just what we wanted. Adam was key in helping with the design. Blue Sky is a local contractor, they have excellent employees and a staff of excellent project managers. Their a great choice.

After speaking with several candidate contractors, we selected Blue Sky to finish our basement in Broomfield. One candidate tried to upsell us into a much more elegant and expensive design than we had in mind. One ended discussions saying the project was too small, another backed away saying the project was too big. One stopped answering their phone and another did not seem physically capable of doing the job.

One quote multiplied the area by their price per square foot without describing what they would do. By comparison, Blue Sky listened to our needs, reviewed our first draft design, and quickly produced a detailed drawing and itemized quote responsive to our requirements. Blue Sky's people and sub-contractors are pleasant and respectful. Having a sequence of crews working and raising dust in our personal living space might have felt like an invasion of privacy.

Instead there was a spirit of camaraderie seeking the common goal of beautifying our space. Of course we changed our minds about some details as construction progressed, and Blue Sky's change orders accommodated us at a fair price. My wife was especially pleased with the clean-up crew that arrived at the end of the project. The result was completed on time and on budget. We are pleased with the aesthetics and quality of workmanship. Blue Sky converted a drab concrete cave into living space we will enjoy for years.

I contracted Blue Sky Remodeling and had a good experience with them remodeling my basement. They were professional and stayed within my budget. The job took longer than anticipated as their project manager left the company un-expectantly during construction but Julie from Blue Sky took personal responsibility to see the job through to completion. I appreciated the ownership taken to get the job finished. The quality of the workmanship was good and their sub-contractors were dependable.

Blue Sky Basements finished our basement in our new home in Broomfiied CO. in 2018. They did an excellent job from the proposal all the way through the finished construction. We have been enjoying our new basement for a couple of months now thanks to Blue Sky. All of Blue Sky personnel, as well as the sub-contractors, did an excellent job with no problems.
