This was our second time using Kraftwork Design. they are THAT great! I recommend them to anyone that mentions they need new windows or siding! James and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. We first used this company 7 years ago for a full home window replacement and we were so pleased that we knew exactly who to call this go around!

We still got another quote from a different company just to be smart buyers, but price and quality doesn't compare to Kraftwork Design. We had Simenon windows installed in our last home, Anlin in our new home - both are fantastic products with great features. The team works quickly and efficiently - they even pointed out a few issues with my siding and gutters that I would have never noticed. Their service went above and beyond! Thanks again to James, Greg and the team! You guys are amazing!

We used Kraftwork to replace a few windows a couple of years ago, and they were quick friendly and knowledgeable. They had our new windows installed at a good price and timely. We just completed install of four more windows with them this week, and that has not changed. Their install crew is respectful and helpful, answering questions and providing quality installation of their windows.

Some of the windows were attached to an insurance claim and some were out of pocket, but Kraftwork simplified that process quite a bit on their end. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have new windows installed in their home.

Really terrific! Mr. James was fast in responding to my email and sent his workforce to my location at the exact time frame. Bids were quite reasonable as compared to the other roofing consultants. They were hard working in replacing all the curled or damaged shingles with the proper new one. Also checked gutters and downspouts at the end. What else can I demand? Overall, I am very happy with Mr. James and his workforce for doing wonderful work on my roof.

I had James @ Kraftwork Design install new siding on my home last summer (2019). I had received several quotes before meeting James. Right off he impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. A couple of days later I had James' quote. He wasn't the least expensive, but his pricing was very competitive and my comfort level was (and is) 100%.

The job started within 2 weeks. Rocky was the was the chief installer and did an excellent job overall. My home looks great and and I'm very happy. Now, fast forward one year. We have had a lot of strong winds where I live in Centennial, lately reaching into the 45mph+ range. One recent weekend, my neighbor noticed that the cap, Kraftwork installed on my Chimney, was peeling-off!

It was just a matter of time, before it went sailing to the four winds.oh no! At any rate, I'm soon to be 68 and I'm not getting on that roof, no way. I called James, he fit me into his (Covid) schedule, came over (with Mask), and screwed it back down. That my friends, is how business should be conducted, and that's the only way James does it.

I always get between 3-6 quotes depending on the job description. But, once I find a contractor like James Saylor & Kraftwork Design, I never look elsewhere and I refer when asked. As a consumer and an MBA, I recommend you save yourself considerable time and call James at Kraftwork Design, he'll take care of the whole job, down to the smallest detail. L.Kelly

Whenever there is a heavy rain, I notice water damage issues on the ceiling. Urgently, Called James about this concern. He came to my residence right away and quickly inspected the problem. Then he told me that the rain gutter system wasn't working properly and for that, I need an instant replacement. It was a great conversation and their team members' fixes out the gutter very fast. I couldn't be happier with Kraftwork services.

Wonderful company! He worked with our busy schedule to get the work done. Windows and sliding glass door are perfect! Had them come out again to replace the rest of our windows! Excellent job again!

I somehow got pushed into the task of hiring a company to re-do the roof and siding our our complex (10 units). The roof had damage from last may's hail storm, another company did some repairs in Nov and did a very poor job, ignoring small hail damage spots. Needles to say, come winter there were several units with lots of water damage. I chatted with 4 companies total and some quotes were comparable and some were WAY higher than Krafworks.

After chatting with James and Gary several times I was confident that they had the best product and could get the job done to our needs and budget. Our building has a flat roof so we choose the Gaco product and so far so good.no more leaky roofs! We did have a few issues with the actual crew that did the roof install but James was very receptive to feedback. We enjoyed working with him and will be looking into using Kraftworks to redo the buildings siding.

I turned to Kraftwork Design after the first siding contractor I was working with following the spring hailstorm vanished on me right as we were negotiating the contract. I had been frustrated by the first contractor's evasiveness in answering my questions, and as we negotiated the work he was going to do to repair my hail-damaged siding, the list of things to be fixed was shrinking, or getting shortcutted, even as the price kept going up without explanation.

I moved on and got additional estimates, and in the end, Kraftwork was the clear choice for me. James did my estimate himself, and answered all my questions honestly and straightforwardly, giving me cost breakdowns for each part of the residing work. He was a huge help confirming my color selections, and even found a way to save me some money by suggesting a less expensive option for my soffits.

My contract had everything spelled out in plain English, and the price he quoted me originally was the final price on the contract. James' siding crew was absolutely wonderful, and did a terrific job with the installation. Every piece of siding and trim was expertly cut and mounted. There are no crooked lines or jagged edges, as there were on my original 20 year old siding, and almost no seams.

After removing the original siding and insulation, the team discovered that my front door, installed 21 years ago, was never even nailed into the framework of the house, and had been held in place all those years by the wood frame and the siding on it! They fixed it for me at no charge. The whole team worked hard the entire 5 days, were personable, and answered all my questions. James frequently called or stopped by to make sure that things were on schedule and that I was happy with the work.

My house looks absolutely AMAZING, and I've received so many positive comments about it from friends and neighbors. Working with Kraftwork Design was a completely positive experience from start to finish. I recommend them without reservation as a local business who do fantastic work with integrity and commitment.

We sat through a year's worth of terrible sales pitches and absurd estimates for replacement vinyl windows before we found Kraftwork. James had fair quote, was responsive, and did everything he said he would. His crew swarmed and did the whole house in a single day -- they were clean, respectful, and quick. We had a scheduling snag that was resolved quickly and without fuss. Bottom Line: Finding a good, reliable, and honest contractor in CO right now is near impossible, but Kraftwork is one. Hats off to James and his crew for a nicely done job.

I hired Kraftwork Design to replace all the old aluminum windows in my home in Golden, Co with vinyl storm windows. I received three bids and though Kraftworks was not the lowest bid, I went with them. James was professional, clear and extremely easy to work with. The windows were installed about three weeks ago. They look great and they work great. They installation was very smooth and very clean. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It's really difficult to find a good roofing contractor, especially since I do not live in Colorado. I was very lucky to find James here. His company just finished repairing the hail damage on my rental house. James is honest, easygoing, easy to work with, and keeps his promises. His crew works fast, efficiently, cleanly, and friendly. My rental house looks gorgeous now. I would definitely recommend him to all the Denver friends, and friends like me who are out of state.

James and crew were wonderful. Very fast, professional and did 100% of what they promised. I needed a very fast turn time due to listing our home for sale and James beat the next fastest turn time by 3 weeks, with an estimate that was about the same or less expensive than all other bids. Not only that, James assured me he would contact my insurance company and try to get them to give me more money for my windows and he also came through with that.

Really fantastic! I had four "5 star" places (from Yelp) come out and give me quotes for putting in all new windows in our home (we still had the originals from 1964). James was by far the friendliest (even our cats loved him), and also came it with a very affordable quote. His team was efficient (they finished 2 hours ahead of schedule), friendly, and did an amazing job. Our heating and cooling bills have dropped, the windows look gorgeous, and the whole company was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

I requested an estimate about 2 weeks ago for 2 hail claim windows and 3 other windows plus a sliding glass door which I also wanted to replace on my home. Kara took measurements, said they worked with hail claims but did not know what RCV or ACV amounts were. Told me Kraftwork Design could provide me with quality products and services at very good rates and to expect a estimate within a couple days. Haven't heard anything from them since. Even if they felt they couldn't help me, the professional courtesy of a follow up contact was expected and would have been appreciated.

Excellent, responsive, professional work--and at a very good and competitive price! Their windows are great quality and have really made the difference in our home. James is prompt and courteous, and their turnaround time is much better than many companies, especially the big ones.

We had siding installed by James and his crew last November. James courteous, professional, and extremely patient with our questions. James was easy to get a hold of leading up to and during the installation process. And, James and his crew had our house completed in the promised time frame. We were very satisfied with James and his crew. Following the heavy hail storm we had at the end of June, we had some minor damage to our siding.

I called James the next day and he came out, assessed the damage and sent me an estimate. We've already scheduled a time to fix the siding and will have it completed less than a month from the time of the initial damage. My wife and I felt very reassured knowing James was this responsive. I got several estimates for window replacement, and Krakftwork was fair and honest with no pressure. James, the owner, checked all the work, and he was involved in the project--he didn't disappear. He showed up to check the work after it was done, and they cleaned up well. The quality of work has held up over several months so far. They also did some work to my front porch, and that was also well done. I would definitely recommend Kraftwork if you want a pleasant experience with no runaround.

James and the crew at Kraftwork Design knocked it out of the park with our new deck. We absolutely love it and are on it just about every night. James (the owner) was very helpful and accommodating, and the guys on his crew were great. They were very respectful of our home, very polite, and cleaned up every night. The composite deck material they used worked perfectly and the colors go perfect with the house. The deck turned out great and we couldn't be more pleased. In an industry filled with high-priced mediocrity, and worse, it's a relief to know there are still some honest contractors out there. People who do what they say, when they say will, for a price that's fair and reasonable. Kraftwork is just such a business. I have a property that needed new windows. The job was a custom job. I called Kraftwork and James, the owner, came out that very day.

Kraftwork Design did a great job with replacing 4 windows in my house. James went out of his way to come to our house on two occasions and demonstrate the window. The order was ready quickly. The installers rearranged their schedule to fit us in, and although they did arrive a couple hours later than planned, they were quick, tidy, and respectful of our property. The windows look great! I will call them again when we replace the windows on the other side of the house.

These guys did a siding, deck and window project for my rental property in Nebraska and the price was good without compromising quality. I will probably be having them do more work for one of my homes in the near future.
