I hired them with very high expectations but was not told they would only communicate with you via EMAIL. Odd for 2021. Needless to say they never scheduled any appointments after the initial visit because I didn't see the emails. I asked repeatedly for a text or call in advance as I don't work from home but they never did that but I was still charged

I love this company. The owner is very thorough, listens to my concerns and he is really personable. Pricing is great, they have a great system for sending out service reminders and they make it really easy to pay for service. I had a little problem at our very first treatment but they were very responsive and made it right. I've been using them for a couple of years now and it's been smooth sailing. I highly recommend.

I just wanted to share because I am thrilled with the result. We have spent a few hundred dollars on different things to get rid of the mosquitos around our home and nothing seemed to help. We couldn't so much as check the mail without getting bitten. I despise bug spray but was forced to douse my family and I in it when we were going to go outside.

I found a Groupon for a killer deal. They came two days ago. I worked outside well into the evening yesterday and didn't so much as see a mosquito! TexBestPest was well worth it. Best $39 I've ever spent! LeeRay was the incredible gentleman that came out. Can't say enough about him and what he has done for my family! They have given us our outdoor life back!

Get the Groupon before they sell out. Can you imagine how wonderful it would be to take a walk through your neighborhood and not have to worry about getting eaten alive?! THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH, LEERAY! We will be using you all again!

Professional, responsive, and communicative. The guys are friendly and helpful, and pricing is great. They also pay attention to other things going on in your house and life and make sure they remember that to line up their services around parties or if they spot something that needs attention, they let you know. As long as I'm in the area, I will use these guys.

I love supporting local businesses. Texpest is a locally owned pest company and my entire family uses them. Prices are fair and they show up when needed. Most of the other guys I have used have a call center somewhere, not Texpest. And if you have a problem you can get an owner on the phone to solve it. Great company.
