The owner came to our home today and was very friendly and honest. He explained that his designers would need to make the plans and that we weren't really a good fit for his company based on our designs and ideas we already had in mind. I'm guessing our budget didn't meet the companies expectations as he also said he was "the most expensive" if our project was in the 100k area we might have made the cut do do business with them.
