Alejandro/Alex was extremely helpful. We were left with winter damage, and we had no where to turn, let alone know what to do because we had never come across these problems. This is where Alejandro rolled in with his thoroughness, precision to get the job right and even helping with the insurance. OMG first of all Alex is the best, my water line under my kitchen sink leaked & flooded my entire kitchen. Alex was able to save all of my brand new cabinets & had the place dry in 5 days! Really had a bad situation, had my sewer back up through half of my house. This company was fast to respond and very detailed oriented, made sure very step was taken to sure my house was properly sanitized and dried out, even after the adjuster was saying that it really wasn't a BIG DEAL and we didn't to take all these steps. Alex met the adjuster and showed him with thermal imaging camera the extent of the damage and educated him on the health risk and liability if he didn't allow the proper steps to be taken. I am so grateful I had him on my side.

Just want to take the time to acknowledge the great work ethic of Sammy and his crew, very professional and mindful of all my health concerns. On the suggestion of my friends, they highly recommend Complete Clean Water Extraction. We called Eric, and he gave us a great quote regarding his services. We gave him a try, and it was well worth his service. They came on a Wednesday and were able to do the whole house within the same day. When my wife came back from his business trips, she thought that I had replaced the carpet with brand new carpet. She couldn't believe that it was the same carpet.

Eric and team were able to restore my whole house. They cleaned the tile, and carpet which hasn't been cleaned since we bought the house in 1992. They were full of dirt, dust, and completely brown. After the complete restoration my whole house looks brand new. We will be using their service on a yearly basis.

I would highly recommend Eric & Complete Clean! My doggies left calling cards on my carpet. Eric responded promptly to my call for service, his price was very reasonable, and he did an amazing & professional job! The stains are all gone, the odor is all gone and my carpet looks brand new! He really saved me from those do-it-yourself machines.

My house is almost totally tile. Eric cleaned our grout which started out as a taupe color and had turned very dark over time. After cleaning, it looked brand new!
