Blissful Waters Pool Care

This was an incredibly unprofessional service. They left my pool green for two weeks and then called out of the blue to say that they could no longer service my pool. They require payment in advance for the month's pool services, but then quit unexpectedly. I requested a refund and have not received one. I definitely would never recommend this company.

The company also just arbitrarily charged me for items that I did not ever request. The owner is quite rude. Overall the service was not worth the money, and definitely not worth having to put up with the lack of professionalism, and they leave your pool green.

Great Pool service haven't had an problem with the service and especially my pool tech Alex. He's great works fast always see him running around when I am at the house. Any repairs that I need is usually taken care off promptly. Services: Swimming pool summerization, Tile brushing, Water treatment, Wall brushing, Vacuuming, Leaf traps, Winterization, Filter cleaning, Netting

Yeah don't go to these people, They broke our equipment and then proceeded to say they weren't held responsible. They also constantly changed the pricing with no prior warning. Jason (owner) was rude to both me and the home owner when either of us spoke to him. The pool maintenance guy, Hector, was extremely flaky, he never actually maintained the pool he just let everything break.

For example we had to replace a hose and WE had to keep asking him about replacing it. It wasn't until we cancelled the service did they actually replace the hose. Our final straw was our filter being replaced, they INSTALLED the filter incorrectly years before we moved in, and when it finally broke they said they didn't instal it, but they were the only pool company that has dealt with this pool.

Overall don't waste your time with these people. This company is dishonest. Coming from a military background integrity is EVERYTHING and when you lie you can't be trusted. Simple as that this is a lesson learned.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Avoid this company at all cost. Broke my equipment when I told them not to do anything because it will void my warranty. Not only did they not listen they broke my pressure gauge and tried to cover it up. Owner is rude. Prices are high and cleaning was not great on top of that. New pool cleaner is better and cheaper.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Excellent service from start to finish. They worked around my schedule, were on time, dedicated and professional. They also use the best products providing an all around excellent service. I highly recommend Blissful Waters. The people there are super friendly and always spot on. I called a lot of pool companies and their price is very competitive. What I like is that they take a lot of pictures of the pool and send it to me every week. This way if I go on vacation I still know they have come and I still have the security of a clean pool. When things break if the technician has the part they fix it instantly. If not they set up a work order through their automated system. This is a very organized company

I had our pool completely redone April of 2019. It has never looked as bad as it looks now and we had the pool over 15 years. We tried to reach out to Blissfull Pools on several occasions to discuss the problem and never got a response until today when I got a hold of Jason Kirk the owner who was very rude and said "that's not my problem bud" after 15 years and using a total of 3 different pool service providers we have never had so much calcium deposit as we have now. And another thing they will raise the service charge on you without prior notice. So do not let them get your card information.

I have been there customers for over 5 years and Blissful Waters Pool Care have done an amazing job with my pool. Anytime, I have issues they contact me and fix those as soon as they can. Jason and his team has taken care of our pool really good. I recomend this pool company to anyone.

Our previous pool guy canceled without prior notice 3 different times in the past month. We had multiple issues including a leak in one of our valves that was causing us majors headaches and constant manual maintenance on our pool on a daily bases. We finally got sick of waiting on our pool guy to show up and called Jason at Blissful Waters Pool Care on a Friday and he showed up the following Monday!

He opened the gate and walked in and diagnosed our issue within two minutes of entering our gate. He spent a significant amount of time with us going over our issues and explaining all the valves, levers and functions of the pool plus he fixed the main issue on the spot and charged us less than $100 for the repair, replacement part and knowledge. He was extremely professional, obviously very knowledgeable and helpful.

He is sending out two more guys tomorrow to fix the other issues we have been trying to get repaired for the past couple of months by the other guy. Jason and Blissful Water Pools will be our go to pool company from now on!

Jason and his technicians have always done a great job in my pool. I have them as my pool company for about 7 years. I like knowing when they service my pool because they send me an email message about it after they service it every time they go. Their prices have always been fair and they are very professional and responsible. I will recommend Blissful Waters as a pool company.

Fantastic! Blissful is the best. Excellent service, VERY fair rates, our pool has never looked better. They put in a new pool light at 1/3 the cost of quotes we were getting. Our pool looks, feels, and runs better than it ever has.
