Wow, a real person who is easy to talk to and who listens too! No drama, just get what you need. John was very helpful and kept it simple for me as someone new to pool chemistry. I enjoyed visiting his store. He tested our little pool's water which made me feel better about water chemistry and my son being in pool water. Some stores I called made me feel like they couldn't be bothered with a smaller frame pool.
Owner was really helpful and honest and sold us the most helpful product in the most sensible size for our purposes. You helped save our summer during this over 100 degree heat wave. Thank you!

Wow! I've had a pool for about a year and five months with no prior knowledge on how to properly care for a pool, so I did what most newbies probably do. I trusted a chain pool store that rhymes with Wesley's. I had nothing but problems and just kept spending money believing their instructions and advice. I finally noticed 365 Pool & Spa while driving by and decided to stop by.

We were introduced to John 3 years ago by the Texas Pool man and it is the worst experience you could imagine. He is a front for the manufacturer and his chemicals are expensive and not at all superior. His advice has been worthless. When he tried to charge us $700 for a filter previously quoted for $500 we fired him. We bought the filter on line for $269.
His advice turned our pool into an Alge pond. Thanks to Leslie's and a couple local honest professionals our pool is clear again. He doesn't care about you he is an opportunist. Run away and save money elsewhere. His tactics will cause you grief in the long run. Since we switched we've saved a fortune.

I came to 365 Pool & Spa as we recently purchased a pool over a year ago. The service that I received from John was not from the aspect of a customer but as a helpful friend. John has kindly guided me with my pool and has shared with me the experiences that he has had in the past with managing pools in South Texas. I've had nothing but a great experience listening to him share his pool stories with me. Pro-tip, during the summer 365 Pool & Spa can at times stay open late. So do not hesitate to call the store to see if John is there.

I came here because Leslie's didn't have a gasket that I needed and told me to check 365. I did and they had the gasket. I had a lot of work to do starting the pool back up after being down for a couple of years. John was very helpful, knew his stuff and gave me options between buying the best or buy economy.when there was a choice. I did not use him for services but I did take my multiport valve to the shop and he gave me detailed instruction on how to fix it which I was able to do myself.

I moved into a house more than 10 years ago with a 20,000 gallon in-ground pool.
