We recently hired Neil and company to clean our Travertine Stone floors. I had tried to clean the floors and the grout multiple times but just could never get all the haze off the floors. After Neil performed a professional cleaning, the floors look great. No more haze and we are very happy with the results. Fast, effective floor cleaning service, is just what we needed! I would recommend them to anyone. I have a baby, a toddler and two cats. Believe me. I have a lot of stains on my carpets. They were able to get all the stains out and I'm completely satisfied with the results. They were very patient and polite. There's nothing better than a clean carpet.

From the timing of arrival, to the hard work he put in in removing the dirt and hair from my animals I had back home. Called on a Saturday, they sent out Fernando that afternoon /evening. Fernando recommended that carpet replacement was a better option. He was upfront and honest and didn't try to scam extra money performing a cleaning that might not work. We will definitely be using Royal Carpet Cleaning in the future with the new carpet in our rental home!

Great work and GREAT service! Our new puppy made a mess in our house and we were hoping for (but not necessarily expecting) same day service. Neil and his crew provide fantastic service. They stuck to their estimates, they showed up when they said they would, called to confirm that everything looked great, and were an all around joy to work with. They cleaned all of the light colored grout, and all of the carpet at the home I had lived in for four years, and it all looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Let me start off by stating I have not reviewed a company online before but I was so impressed with the level of service, I could not let this go unnoticed without an outstanding review! Neil really saved the day and performed the best carpet cleaning with the utmost in professionalism! Neil's company is a lucky find! I called Neil after my old carpet cleaning company, after ten years, merged with another local company in the Albuquerque area and sent two individuals (looked like criminals casing my house) to clean my carpet, they wanted sell me services that they could perform that I did not want or need and attempted to double the price!

I asked they call the owner, and after ten years we parted ways. I am glad we parted ways as it opened the door to a level of service with Royal Carpet Cleaning that is seldom seen in today's world. Neil called ahead, showed on time, explained the process, no bait and switch, and cleaned the carpet better than I have had any carpets ever cleaned before!

The pricing was upfront, same as on the website. Next time I will try the tile cleaning as I was so impressed with how he cleaned the carpet with, pre-treatment, agitation, and steam extraction. I was so impressed, I asked for some of his cards so I could pass them on to friends, family and co-workers. Neil even followed through with a thank you card to me for the "privilege of cleaning" my home! Royal Carpet Cleaning and Neil King, exemplify an excellent service company and I will not only recommend his service, but I hope to have a long term relationship with the company as I would trust no others. Our carpet was, frankly, a disaster due to our cats and it needed a major cleaning intervention. Neil arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and was ready to get to work. An hour and a half later, the carpet is clean and looks almost new again. I am so pleased with his workmanship and the four step cleaning process he developed to achieve cleaning results that have me totally delighted. I'm also delighted with his reasonable pricing.
