After a pipe burst in my basement I called 4-5 different companies to get someone out to clean the water, most didnt answer, some said they would be available the next day or several hours later, and my insurance company said they would send someone to take a look. I decided to keep looking arou d and called project x and worked with Sam. Sam got a team out faster than most of the others took to reply.

The team communicated when they would be here (showed up right on time), let me know what needed to be done, and how long it would take. They evaluated the damage giving me a quote right then and there. I gave the go ahead and the team didn't waste a moment before they started moving the furniture and handling everything. Project x came out, handled it, and left before the company my insurance sent over arrived. I am very impressed with how fast, efficient, and effective this company is. Highly recommended!

Run, don't walk to any other company. They are terrible. They are messy, untimely and over charge. They took twice as long to complete a simple flooring installation. They did not communicate clearly at all. They lied about flooring costs. The furniture and personal items in the house were thrown in a pile. I am still trying to find my personal items. This is a terrible company. If i could give zero stars i would. Stay away! The other reviews are from family members and friends, not actual customers.

We had a major sewage backup into our medical clinic and Project X did an amazing job cleaning up and removing the smell! They were very reliable and came out the same day for an estimate. 2 hours later, the cleanup crew came in and took care of everything. The cleaning staff and the office staff are very professional and responsive! We would highly recommend Project X Restoration to rescue your business from disaster!

We had some water damage to our hardwood floors 2 weeks ago due to a faulty fridge automatically dispensing water on a house we recently purchased but are not living in yet due to a post occupancy agreement. I called project x restoration and they had Danny come out within 2 hours of my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't push his services on me.

In fact, he recommended that it would make more sense to not spend the money on him since the damage had occurred 2 weeks ago and paying for a dehumidifier was not likely going to provide a whole lot of benefit. Instead, he recommended that we use our hardwood flooring contractor to remove the damaged wood panels and replace them with new ones and that he'd gladly come back out to assess for mold once the panels were removed. Would highly recommend Project X Restoration.

I was referred to these guys after my neighbor's fire almost burned down my adjacent townhome. Project X got the job done and worked seamlessly with my insurance company (State Farm). I had no idea a house could be this clean. It's unbelievable. The communication is top notch as well. I highly recommend these folks. Almost losing my home and being unable to live in it for a time is stressful enough. Luckily this company did not add to that stress. 100% A+ Company in my opinion.

I had a terrible fire sprinkler leak that basically destroyed my kitchen. It was a long process mainly because of my HOA but Rick's crew did an amazing job. Rick was very thorough and kept in contact with me the whole time. At the end of the process I ended up with a beautiful, brand new dream kitchen. I called Project X for some water damage that occurred at my rental property in the middle of the night and they did an amazing job. Danny and Dave came at 1 am to clean up the mess and save our carpet. Lisa in the office was very helpful and explaining all the billing and charges. Rick the project manager who oversaw everything answered all my questions and provided great referral partners to help get my place back in shape. Project X made our renovations/clean up process run so smoothly! I am incredibly happy with everything Sam did to get our trailer updated and ready for move in! Sam was efficient, fast and knew our price limitations and worked with us along the way. When I first reached out to get an estimate, he met me at the property that next day, received a couple different estimates on costs within 24 hours after that, and once we found the right one to fit the price point, he was already prepared to start. Project X is the real deal. I had a pipe break in my home recently that soaked the downstairs entirely. It was on a Saturday, and my insurance company referred Project X. They called me immediately, gave me suggestions to lessen my damage, and were out within a couple hours. Sam, the project manager communicated everything they were going to do, and what to expect, and it actually went exactly as he said it would. The office staff was very helpful with my question about my insurance, and it was all around a very positive experience. I would recommend them over and over.

We had a crawl space that needed to be cleaned out and sealed with a vapor barrier. My phone inquiry was handled in a prompt and friendly manner. I was passed to David (project manager) who came out the next day to take a look at my crawl space.

Project X responded to our flooded basement emergency quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. They told us what they were going to do in advance and then did exactly that. They removed the thoroughly soaked pad and carpet and got it out of the house quickly.
