We recently had an issue with several wasp nests developing around the house and needed them removed. An online search lead us to DM Pest Control, and I am so glad it did! They arrived at the house on time and quickly took care of the problem. They even dealt with some fire ants that were setting up shop near our shed. A week later, and there are no signs of renewed pest activity.

Very congenial process from start to finish. Rick was very thorough and answered all our rookie questions. Best if all, they don't lure. You into signing a monthly service. They really care about their customers and payment is required at the end of service and to customers satisfaction. Would use them again moving forward. D.M. Pest Control provides fantastic service. Jefrey is very communicative, and professional. His crew treated my house for bed bugs. Anyone that's every had them will agree that they are the worst. After too much time trying to handle it myself, with the sprays and the bug bombs, I got some quotes. The national companies didn't use heat, and only guaranteed for 6 months after the initial service. D.M. uses heat, chemicals, and offered us a one year guarantee that starts AFTER the last treatment. On top of that, it was at a surprisingly great price. I would absolutely recommend D.M. to anyone that is looking for a good pest control company.

Quick to respond. We called them for ant treatment in our garden. They used something that was safe around my vegetables. Haven't seen ants since and it's been a month later. Great prices. We will use them again!

Very Reliable, Prompt, and Quality work at a reasonable and affordable price. We have been using DM pest Control for almost 4 years and will continue to do so for years to come. We got to keep up with the schedule and call them when service is needed. This might be an issue for a few. Still, Jeffrey is very accommodating in providing the service or rolling over a service even if it is beyond the contract period. Negligible inconvenience compared to a lot of perks we get working with a local business. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. He gives proper advice on what is needed and what is good to have. He is very accommodating, works around our schedule, and is always available on very short notice.

I contacted DM Pest Control because they have an organic solution to pests. I have a dog, a cat, and three grandkids. Rick showed up a few minutes early and explained the the extracts they use and got right to work. Rick was very polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I do believe I've found my new bug company. I switched over from Bulwark if anyone is interested.

We had an unfortunate experience with bed bugs when we put a new mattress in our master bedroom. Jefrey and his helper were extremely accommodating, thorough and courteous. They came for an early morning treatment the day after I called because we were going on vacation. We have had no problems since!

My property management company hired DM Pest Control to get rid of our roof rat problem. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Mike is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. He was nearly 3 hours late to our 1st appointment, with no courtesy call/text. He never showed up for our second appointment when he was supposed to check the rat traps.

Once again no call or text. Finally, he just showed up at my door at 6pm today (unannounced) to check the traps. He didn't even tell me the outcome, he left without saying anything. He does not know how to run a business and he obviously doesn't care about his customers.

Joeffry actually did an excellent job! We just moved to this new home 2 months ago and since then it was a nightmare! It was infested with bedbugs and my kids and all my family were suffering. Jeffry did his inspection in no time and treatment as well may be 2 days only later ( which you can't find with most companies).he was so understanding and very well experienced.

I found Jeffrey to be a man of his word. I cannot give a higher compliment to a businessman.

Jefry and I didn't see things the same way, but in the end he was an honest man and handled the ordeal with integrity. Things don't always go as we plan them, and we don't always agree with everyone we meet in our travels, but he exemplified what it is to be an honest person and made everything right by making great concession in my favor.

My favorite, they call me every 6 months, they honor their warranty, nothing bad to say what so ever.

Don't waste your time or money. They seemed super legitimate at first and I was confident they would help me with my problem. After the first treatment and still getting bed bug bites I called and one of the technicians all but called me crazy and recommended going to the er to identify what I was experiencing. They came out a second time and still receiving bites.

Their third visit I wasn't home but my roommate said they stayed less than 10 minutes and nothing was moved. I am still getting bit and finding actual bugs. I called Jefry and he said he would come out himself but not until a week later. Shouldn't all of his technicians be qualified? I paid them 300 dollars for nothing. Do your self a favor. Buy food grade diatomaceous earth and a puffer and doit yourself. It's much cheaper and actually effective.

Jeffry has comes out about once per year for us, he does a great job and we don't usually need him again for another year. When we did have a problem with tiny sugar ants, he came back a couple times until they were gone. I'd highly recommend him.
