Needed my roof replaced after a hail storm and the inspection went really well, and then they came and installed a new roof in less than a day! Ronnie and Mike were great to work with and were very responsive. The roofing crew accidentally damaged a portion of my siding, but once again, Mike and Ronnie were responsive and very helpful in making things right and repairing the mistake they made. Would totally use them again.

In 2014 I worked with Mike from this company to install a new roof. Fast forward to this spring when I noticed eave damage in two areas, one at the front of the house and the worst one was at the back door (shown in photos). I contacted Mike and even though this was well outside of the warranty period, he and Ronnie came out to take a look. Ronnie got up on the roof and did a thorough inspection.

He said it was clear that one of their roofers had cut some corners in those two areas, causing some leakage under a few of the shingles. Over time, it had resulted in damage to the eaves, and that they would make it right. They sent out a crew a couple weeks later and replaced numerous shingles, installed a lot of new wood to replace the damaged eaves and repainted to match.

They even repainted all the stacks on the roof which had weathered over time. I was so impressed with the integrity that this represents, and which is so rare these days. I highly recommend this company, especially as long as Ronnie and Mike are with them, because ultimately it was their decision to do the right thing.

After dealing with 4 other roofers that wanted to take my money and control the narrative, I was happy to meet Mike who allowed me to share my thoughts on the process and made me feel like I was in the driver's seat and not simply being taken for a ride. I was one of the homes that was nailed (PUN intended) by the Tornado and I've never had to deal with a roof issue before. Mike was very knowledgeable and patient with me.

He and Ronnie are not salespeople, these are real human beings with integrity and professionalism. The work turned out great and the price was the best out of the other 3. I'm very picky and I just wanted to give them a well deserved 5 star rating. No need to go anywhere else folks.

Austin Pro Siding, Windows, and Roofing replaced my roof, siding, and gutters. What a transformation - in fact, when I saw the finished siding, I almost cried tears of joy. The company is knowledgeable, honest, and conscientious. Their workmanship is excellent. My neighbors have complimented the improvements and I can hardly believe how beautiful my house is.

I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend the company. Danny, the gutter installer, went to extra lengths to get the green gutters. Miguel worked in the bitter wind and cold of February to fix an asap leak. All of the crews were hard working and took pride in their work (Angel was foreman on the siding & paint). Ronnie and Mike, in charge of the roofing, couldn't have been nicer.

The company was more than willing to address any concerns I had. Also, when the work was finished, Kevin - one of the owners - noticed I still had one porch light to put up. I explained that, since it was going on the brick, my son and I planned to put it up ourselves. Kevin kindly told me to call the company if we had any trouble with that task and he would send their wonderfully detailed punch-out guy (Cameron) to do the task. Truly, nice people.

I recently had to my Mom get estimates for a new roof. She had gotten one from a guy that was going door to door. She was left with the impression that the roof could collapse at any time and that it was going to be expensive. I got multiple bids and I am very fortunate that Austin Pro Roofing was one of them. Mike and Ronnie are a great team. Mike did the estimate and explained each issue and made suggestions that would address the problems.

He detailed the price point for each option and offered his advice. I was left informed and confident that i could explain every detail to my mother. That was the easy part. The tough part was getting mom to sign the contract. Thats where Ronnie stepped in. Mom is a retired contract analyst and a stroke survivor. Ronnie is a man of patience. All of her concerns were put to rest.

I was really impressed with the execution of the job. Mike was there the whole time and and walked us through the details. At the end of the day the roof looked great and the sight was spotless. Mom was impressed and felt heard and the two of us couldnt be happier. Five Stars for customer and service five stars for execution.

Excellent Service Ronnie & Mike with Austin Pro are two of the nicest and most honest and trustworthy people that I have ever met. They came out to talk with me about replacing my roof and gutters after hail damage. They were honest, telling me exactly what work needed to be done without over-inflating the actual work needed. They quoted me a fair price and stuck to that price despite supply chain challenges that were faced on their end.

They even noticed that my insurance company left out some damaged area and worked with them to get those items covered and fixed. I would highly recommend Ronnie & Mike with Austin Pro if you are looking for honest, dependable, & quality work.

From the quote down to completion of the work, I've enjoyed working with Austin Pro at every step. They're quick, knowledgeable, and take care of every aspect through the whole project. We had new doors and Windows with siding installed earlier in the year and then hail allowed us to replace the roof as well. We've been able to completely renovate the entire exterior of our home. I can't recommend Austin Pro Siding and Windows enough! We hired them to install new siding and windows a couple of weeks after closing on our new home.
