We bought an older home with lots of flower beds and shrubbery three years ago, so lots of bugs. Karl, the owner, didn't do just extermination. He educated me on what to do to prevent the bugs from coming back, pointing out things that would attract them. He's very knowledgeable, professional and cares. I rarely see bugs in the house now. About two days before my daughter's first birthday party my husband and I decided to give it up on the DIY pest control and call a professional. We had been having problems with carpenter bees for a few weeks and the problem was just getting worse no matter our best efforts.

Absolutely fantastic service. Bed bugs turned up in my building, and they took care of the problem immediately. On the first day they treated my apartment and set up traps where my bedframe met the floor. Envirocare returned two days later to do a followup treatment. The progress even between those first couple of days was amazing. Only four bugs were caught in the trap trying to reach my bed because all others had been eliminated.

They scheduled a final treatment for 4 weeks later. In the intervening time, I saw absolutely no sign of bed bugs at all and no more were caught in the traps. They more or less crushed the infestation on the first go around. The process was so simple! Envirocare is top notch - really friendly, super helpful. I could not recommend them more.
