Central Ohio Bug Extermination

I had Justin and team treat my 12 unit apartment complex for bedbugs, rodents, roaches, spiders, wasps and ants. The situation was dire, but they were able to turn it around with multiple treatments and for a very fair price compared to other exterminators I've used in the past. I had gotten multiple bids on the project and I felt Justin was the most candid and was not trying to up sell. He also gave me some valuable tips to maintain in order to prevent futures pest issues. You guys are the best!

Justin and his team have been incredible to work with. We had them treat a property for bed bugs a few years ago. Communication was excellent. Scheduling was hassle free. The quality of their work was top notch. Their work eliminated a problem we had been trying to get rid of for over a year. When another property had bed bugs, we did not hesitate to reach out. Again, the process was a breeze and resolved our issue. They have even offered to inspect other properties to give us peace of mind that our issues are a thing of the past. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called this company in a panic when I had wasps coming into my home. I am terrified of bees. Justin assured me on the phone he could get rid of them today if I paid him $399! When he got to my home, he then said it would take several days to get rid of them. I asked him to spray my attic and he refused. I think for $400, he should spray whatever I ask him to spray.

He was awful to me and condescending. He suggested he leave and I agreed. He then demanded that I pay him $40 for gas money. I then called another company the same day and they got rid of them in one day for $129 AND came back 3 days later to spray again just to make sure they got them all.for free! Central Ohio Bug is ridiculous and overpriced.stay away from this company!

Just moved into a new home and noticed massive spiders around the exterior of our home. Reached out to Central Ohio Bug Extermination due to their amazing reviews. They were so accommodating to my schedule and was able to fit me in as soon as possible, I really felt like a first priority. They were in and out very quickly which was very accomodating and very thorough in what they were doing. Would definitely recommend and would have them back again without a doubt.

When yellow jackets invaded our second story eaves we tried treating the problem ourselves. Total fail! On the weekend we called a few companies and left messages. Justin was the first to call us back. He was very knowledgeable and professional and his price was reasonable, so we asked him to come as soon as he could. He came about two days later and sprayed, and within two days we stopped seeing any bees! We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend this company!

Critical: Value Want to over pay for someone to come spray around your house! They are easily 3X's higher than what you are quoted from any other company. Don't fall for it, ask them for a quote before they come! Service: Ants

I didn't end up going with central Ohio Bug extermination for the full process due to a contract with our apartment complex, but in my interactions with them they were incredibly professional and polite. They were very flexible and willing to show up immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for these services.

Justin Brown provided The Best Customer Care and services I could have hoped for. He responded back to me promply after my initial call. He was very professional, yet very friendly and caring. I trusted him and the advice he provided. At 65 I have found To many service providers try to take advantage of seniors. However he exhibited a man of high integrity and character. I spoke to Justin, the owner. He was very kind and professional, thoroughly answered my questions, and was available at 2 in the morning. In speaking with him, I trust that I'll get a bang for my buck and that my ant infestation will be resolved. I'm even more impressed that he said most pests he tries to relocate (instead of kill) when he can. Honestly, I'm just super relieved to have talked to him.

Discovered bite all over my legs and arms! Called this company to come out and they found it to be BED BUGS! I have no idea where I got these from. They gave me a great deal and the service was excellent!
