Rich Miller and his associates helped install a full home irrigation system for the yard and one for the edible food garden.

Rich Miller does it all. He retrofitted our 1980's sprinkler system and brought it up to the latest standard equipment with a water conservation mindset. He was wonderfully flexible working in and around our landscape designers such that the end result was exactly what we were hoping for. I should add.we also had Rich do some lighting at the same time.which transformed our lawn into something you'd see on a magazine cover.

The service didn't stop at the end of that project. We've had Rich come back on a few occasions to adjust due to our needs changing (adding a dog run). Rich always has a smile, and does quality work.even when we ask him to change something he finished only a month ago. Rich had a passion for water conservation and takes the time to tell you what he's suggesting and why.end results have been phenominal.

Rich installed landscape lighting in both my front and back yard. It is just beautiful. I've had people drive by and stop and comment on how great it looks. Really adds beauty to the home. Rich was very professional, spent 3 full days on the rather extensive lighting and wiring and everything works perfectly. He also did a great and thorough job of cleanup to where I hardly could tell where the trenches for electrical had been dug. His lighting fixtures and equipment he installed were top notch and very high quality LED. While pricey, it was well worth it for what I received.

As part of the redesign of my backyard Rich reconfigured the existing Rain Bird irrigation system, which was good amount of hard work. Since I'm having garden beds built he also ran a special line so I don't have to drag a long hose from the house to have suitable water for vegetables (since the reclaimed water from the irrigation system shouldn't be used).

I appreciated that very much. He also installed a rain sensor so I no longer have to manually turn off the system when rainfall is forecast and avoid the automation running unnecessarily. I am happy with the results so far, and will be calling on Rich again for the front and side yard redesign coming up next.

Rich Miller Landscape Service installed a new Rain Bird control, a unique manifold, valves, In ground valve boxes with covers, rain sensor, new lines, and sprinkler heads for our home. He also installed extra lines for our future plans in the remodel of our back yard. He communicated well and submitted to our request. We are happy Rich installed the rain sensor so we don't unnecessarily overwater when mother nature takes care of the lawn. Note: The Rain bird module for a smart phone app is also a great feature for a traveler to modify watering schedules while away, but cost a few bucks extra. Overall, Rich did a fine job for us and our residence. I believe Mr. Miller is in the business to make a positive difference in our surroundings. Thank you for your professional service Rich.

Rich did a great job helping us get our old sprinkler system up and running. We had bought our house knowing it did not work but not sure how long it had been inoperable. He did a thorough evaluation of the system and his estimates for what needed to be fixed were fair and reasonable. We appreciated his communication - he showed up when he said he was going to be here and did what he said he was going to do.

If any issues arose he made us aware of them and provided timely estimates. Even though he could have easily come in and said this system is old and all needs to be replaced - he didn't he worked with what we had and replaced what needed to be replaced we appreciated his honesty and willingness to work with us. Our property is an acre so it would have been very costly to start over.

He has followed up with us to make sure that the system continues to work properly - we would definitely recommend Rich if you are looking for a professional and reliable person. We would have him back again to do more work.

Clear communication and installed a new sprinkler pump without any issues. High quality work at a fair price. He even went out of his way to dispose of my old sprinkler pump (which is not something we originally contracted to have completed). He took the time to follow up after the work was complete to ensure everything was still working properly. Rich gave us a fair estimate to have additional low voltage lighting installed. He had great ideas for the additional lighting that we needed. He came as soon as the lights were delivered and got them all installed in one day. He made three trips back to our home to make sure the lighting was correct. He not only did an amazing job on the installation, but when all was said and done the final bill came in under the dollar amount that he originally quoted us.

He was very professional, quick, and he left no mess for us to have to clean up. We will use him again in the future. We would highly recommend him to anyone that wants professional and quick installation of lighting projects. We couldn't have asked for any better service.

I found myself in a rental home with a large yard that was badly overgrown and in need of management. The task was overwhelming to me and on the advice of a neighbor I contacted Rich and his company. The response was prompt and the estimate was reasonable. In days, his crew had the trees pruned and the yard recognizable.

Two years ago when I moved into my Gresham home, there were many things that needed to be done. The irrigation system did not cover the lawn, and Rich repaired and changed some of the sprinkler heads to improve the coverage. Later, one of the valves quit working, and Rich did a work around to keep the system functioning.

We live on a hill in Damascus and have a very very very bad water problem. All the water will flow towards our house from behind the house down through the foundation out to the garage and down to the front of the house.
