We have used Breazeway HVAC for over 5 years, since we have been back in Smyrna. They do our maintenance and repairs. Our air went out yesterday morning and we realized it in the afternoon. I called customer service and they had our favorite technician, Tyler Thorndike, out by 9 am the next morning. The motor had blown. Tyler checked and there was only two left in the state. Thank God, one was in Marietta. Tyler left immediately and within two hours we are back up and running. Tyler and Breazeway continue to go above and beyond. Happy 4th.

Breezeway has been servicing our units since 2013 and also installed a new HVAC system (AC, air handler, duct work, etc.) while we were finishing our basement several years ago. This company not only has a repsectful tech, their office personnel are very friendly. This company is filled with great customer service personnel and reasonable prices. Synopsis: Breezeway was unresponsive and lacks customer service. After having them come look at our AC and telling me it needed to be repaired, after nearly two weeks of multiple calls to them on my part, they did not send the necessary information to the home warranty company to replace the broken AC unit. Long story: On August 8, Breezeway was assigned to inspect our AC unit by our home warranty company.

They came to inspect our AC and recharged it with freon saying it was low. A couple weeks later, the AC went out again. On August 31, Breezeway come out to inspect our AC unit for the second time and determined there was a leak in the unit and told me that it needed to be replaced. Three days later Breezeway had not yet sent the diagnosis to the home warranty company so I called Breezeway to ask for an update.

The woman who answered the phone told me that it was the other secretary who handled our account and she was out that afternoon. I asked if she could help me out and look up the information, and she just said no. She told me I had to call back the next morning and ask for the other woman. Didn't even bother to say she'd leave a note for this woman to call me back.

I had the warranty company reach out to them that day and was told they'd have the info by the end of the day. The next day, still not information from Breezeway so i called them again. They said they'd send it out right away. Didn't happen. Four days later, both the home warranty company and I called Breezeway another time and the sent the initial diagnosis.

This was 8 days after the service visit. The information they sent to the home warranty company was incomplete so I called again two days later asking them to send the necessary information. They informed me they would send it right away. They did not. I called yet again the next day, 11 days after the service visit, and they again promised to have the technician send out the necessary information.

It is now 12 days after the initial visit, and after over a half dozen phone calls from me and multiple phone calls from the home warranty company, Breezeway still has as of yet to send over the necessary information. I have finally convinced the home warranty company to assign a new company and technician to the issue because Breezeway has not been proactive in sending out the needed information despite nearly two weeks time and multiple points of contact and reminders to send the needed information. I cannot strongly enough encourage people to NOT contact Breezeway for any speedy service.

This is my second great experience with Breezeway. The first one was a new AC unit for one of my rentals and the price was very responsible ( I got a couple other estimates ), the guys were there when they said they would be and finished on time. There was a minor issue and the Breezeway came right back out and fixed the problem. This second unit was for my house and the customer service was outstanding. Breezeway installed an upscale Bryant unit (again they edged out the competition on price ), Michael the owner was easy to deal with and didn't try to hard sell me on a more expensive unit, he just answered all my questions. I can recommend this company without reservation.

One of my A/C units stopped working on a brutally hot day. I contacted Breezeway and explained the situation. I was going out of town and I needed the unit to be repaired. Michael came right out and replaced a faulty capacitor. The unit came right back on. I took out a maintenance agreement for both my units with Breezeway and today one of their techs serviced both. The tech came on time, was very professional, and nice. I am very happy with Breezeway and feel fortunate to be one of their clients.

Good manners get the job done and they always there to help out the elderly and people who have kids well they try to help people out who need air or heat. They will try work something out. Like Good Samaritans

Got a new unit last year. Haven't big issues again this summer so we called in for a second opinion. The return was installed backwards, it was 50% low on Freon when we paid more and the sensor for the drip pan was never hooked up. So glad I have to spend another $1000 to fix the issue your company caused last summer.

I highly recommend this company. they were able to fit me in within a hour and half. Damien is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, explains what he is doing when he is working to build the trust I had lost with other companies. I chose this company because of the great job they did for my daughter. She had a warrantee for the appliances and was getting the run-around from different companies trying to fix her AC. Breezeway came in and cleared everything up and guaranteed their work. Works great. I hired them because they were very reasonable for yearly checkups and repairs.

Michael was awesome! It was a very hot week and our upstairs air conditioning was not working. Michael diagnosed the problem right away, coordinated with our insurance, ordered the part and installed it as soon as it came in. Michael is an outstanding professional, expert technician and shows care and concern for his customers. He even volunteered his time to come out on a holiday.

I recently had to replace my A/C unit & enlisted the services of Breezeway. Michael, Nate & Moss were my crew for the day. They were awesome.very courteous and professional. We had an issue with our upstairs air unit so we had it replaced a few weeks ago. However after getting it replaced, it was still not working properly. Gavyn and Nate from Breezeway came by and were able to diagnose the problem. They were able to order the necessary parts and get back to us quickly during this Georgia heat.

Scheduled our service on Monday morning and Damien arrived promptly at 9 AM on Tuesday. After a few minutes of diagnosing our problem he went about the repair followed by checking the system for other possible problem areas. Completed work efficiently and with knowledge of the Bryant system. Even got a phone call on Wednesday. Will call on Breezeway when service is needed in the future.
