The most reliable! I had been calling around all day to hvac repair places and none of them were helpful at all. Thankfully, I called Arp's around 6 pm and he was there in less than 2 hours to fix my AC! He is seriously the best and had the AC back on in no time. 11/10 recommend! So grateful for Arp's! Arps was awesome and installed two HVACS for me at different houses. I think he's a great guy and I prefer supporting small business. Great customer service, but only until there were issues with his HVAC install. Once it stopped working a few weeks in, he came and added freon once, and then ghosted us. Calls/texts and no response. Gave up and called another HVAC company - who said the unit was installed incorrectly and leaking Freon.
They rewelded the bad area, and a year later another area is leaking. We're down an additional 1800 from an HVAC less than a year old. I still think he was always a nice guy. Hope he can change those habits and get back in it.

We have used Greg Arp for years and highly recommend. Greg is fair, honest, very responsive and does excellent work. I was a long time customer for many, many years. I would have recommended Greg to anyone and everyone but I cannot say that anymore. He left me without heat all winter last winter and has stood me up again this winter. He told me last winter he was going to order the parts I need but never returned and stopped taking my calls. He even hung up on me.
He promised this year that he would be here by the end of the week which was October 22nd. I have not heard from him since. He has become very unprofessional and lacks compassion. Most HVAC companies consider having no heat at all an emergency, but not Greg. I wish I could rate zero stars but you have to pick at least one in order to write a review.

Spoke with the owner and told him my tenant advised the furnace is having issues. He advised he could come out same day at 10pm or next day AM. My tenant said 10pm was ok. Owner asked me to text him the address and tenant info, which I did. 10pm came and went and I never received a phone call and he never showed up to the property. I called him the next morning and his phone went straight to VM. This is super unprofessional especially when it's 40 degree weather! Don't use this company.

Called Greg at 5:30pm with a busted AC unit, he walked me through it on the phone and committed to being over by 8pm and calling ahead of time. Greg called like he said we would, showed up early and walked me through the fix and his suggestions. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Good man, great customer service.

Short version - had another vendor come out and was provided a quote to fix issue plus suggestions to replace a fairly new unit. Called Arp at the recommendation of a friend. So glad I did. Work was done for half the original quote. He was a complete professional. Did a fantastic job. No up sell. No BS. Highly recommend!

I can't write enough about how great of a company this is! The service and pricing is the best in the area (I called 10 places and Arp was way below the others). In addition, he came on a Saturday 3 hours after I called him. Don't hesitate to call him with anything. He was fun and easy to talk to. Knowledgeable about the unit. He told me facts about what was happening and didn't make it seem like a business transaction. I knew I was in good hands and would highly recommend.

I called Greg late on a weekday evening, and he was more than happy to come get my AC unit up and running in the middle of a heat wave. Definitely my Heating and AC provider in the future!
