Cannot recommend Ranger enough! Very happy with the work they've done for us! We had a heat pump and furnace installed with them, and they went over every detail with us every step of the way! We were impressed with every one of their employees from design planning to installation to maintenance now! We have used them now for another home, and I recommend them to my real estate clients and coworkers!

We hired them to install HVAC system in our previous home and we're impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They were and are very courteous and professional. Jarred was awesome and did an amazing job, detailing our system and fixing the deficiencies that were impacting our system. He was on-time, professional and very polite. The technician gave me all the information I needed including telling me the correct way to install my filter. He did a great service on my furnace. We had an issue that popped up right at Friday night. Luckily we had a backup source of heat and Ranger was able to set up Monday AM for an appointment. The tech, Roy, came out and found the issues and was able to get everything settled fast. Very happy with Ranger service since I got the unit from them and would recommend them for any HVAC needs. Ranger heating and cooling were very professional. They were on time and did a great job in installing our new furnace. They also did some repairs to our heating ducts. The techs were very friendly and efficient. They did a good job of cleaning up. They explained the system very well. The inspector from the city said they did a much better job of installing than most companies. So far we are very pleased-- this summer will be the real test. An outstanding experience. It started with the meeting with the estimator Joe. He spent about an hour and a half with me working out the details of the system based on the configuration of the house and generating the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and easily answered a variety of my technical questions. It continued with the follow-up with the office staff and the install scheduling.

The installers (Ryan and Daniel) arrived on time with all the parts and equipment. They installed a new ductless min-split system, one heat pump and two wall units. The line set route for the second wall unit was a little challenging. They worked a good part of the day and did an outstanding job. They were polite, knowledgeable, obviously very experienced, and they did not stop working until the job was complete. It was a very clean and well done installation. The system is working as planned. I will use Ranger in the future for any HVAC service or install. Thank you!

Fantastic service! Ryan deserves a raise for exemplary customer service. When I saw the unit and realized the size I was disappointed with the original placement. He went above and beyond to locate a more suitable location that really saved the overall aesthetic of my yard. He and his partner, Dominic, were extremely polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

I appreciated the care they took in installing my unit and explaining to me how everything works. Dominic took great care in assembling the air handler including creating a plenum that looks highly professional. I will always rely on ranger for my needs after today's great service!

Two sets of twins (7 & 2 years old both with chickenpox & a little irritable) A/C unit goes out Monday evening & team Ranger squeezes us in next morning, fixes problem in an hour (as my two year old follows tech Jared around the entire time).

Is it weird to feel warm and fuzzies for an HVAC company? Seriously these guys are amazing. They have proven every step of the way that they completely stand behind their product. I have complete confidence in our decision to go with Ranger Heating and Cooling!
