Response time so fast. I was confused as how to start and they directed me how to get this from just a water leak to an insurance claim. Their prompt response was astonishing and they were very clean putting down cardboard protection and drop cloths. Managers were very professional helpful and knowledgeable. Field staff were very well trained at performing their job they were also knowledgeable, funny, and very personable.
The repairs process was as quick and as painless as it can be the project manager really helped me understand this process and helped with a couple decisions the wife was indecisive on. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Dear Brice, I know this year has been difficult for everyone. As you know it has hit my family very hard. Calling my husband the "cancer" of your company was completely unacceptable. I've wanted to discuss this with you since you did it. You see cancer is VERY serious and VERY real. Unknown to you I find out on the 8th of this month if I have cancer.
Its the final test to confirm it and you saying that to him put him in a very dark place. I've been so sick everything has been on him EVERYTHING! Especially with me being pregnant we could loose the baby. I'm sorry but I feel you owe him a huge apology.

It took 7 days to clean, which was expected. My mother is in poor health so they were very cognizant of her needs. Stephanie kept me posted all the way through the cleaning. I believe that Tina was our specific cleaner and mom really liked her. I think that Tina cleaned things that hadn't been touched in years-she was very thorough - books, dishes, toys, closets, etc. She was very thorough and you should feel blessed to have her on your team! ServiceMaster by FES helped me when my sink broke. It was after midnight and they responded fast. With in a few days they had dried everything out and replaced the damaged floor. Keeping me informed along the way was a tremendous relief and kept me from stressing out to much. The guys were friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

We had a minor complication with the moisture in my ceiling/wall and your company went above and beyond what was called for. I could tell the guys respected that I didn't want to tear up my living room and they didn't push for the quick or easy way to get to the bottom of things.
