I could not be happier with my experience with 1-800-water damage. Geoff and Don and their entire team was immediately responsive and professional from the initial cleanup to the redesign and reconstruction. Honestly, it looks better than it did before the water leak. I would recommend them every time!

We finally came to a close of our water damage due to a dishwasher leak that started end of September. The process working with our insurance was slow (3.5 months slow), but 1-800 worked with us and advocated on our behalf. They worked fast in dry out and remediation. They worked hard to keep navigating vendors off our shoulders and hired wonderful flooring, and electrical.

They also gave us unbiased options when it came to selecting new flooring. The journey was not without challenges, but I always felt supported. Very happy with the end result.

I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage, Indianapolis Indiana, because they do everything to help the customer get back to normal following a disaster. They inspect, document, mitigate, rebuild and work directly with the insurance company. Called 1-800 Water Damage and Ricardo came the next day. He documented the damage with lots of photos and came-up with a plan on what needed to be done in the crawlspace and main floor. Rafael and his crew arrived cleaned-up water and mold in crawl space and removed wet flooring in closets, pantry and hall ways.

They set-up blowers and heppa filters in closets, pantry and hall ways to dry out the flooring and returned every day for a week to check moisture content of wet flooring. Ricardo provided photos and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim. Simultaneously, Geoffery was developing a plan on what needed replaced. It was very detailed plan divided into closets, pantry, hall ways with costs for demolition, reconstruction, painting and cleaning for each area. Levi took the plan and scheduled all contractors to do the work. Geoffery provided the plan and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim.

I can't say enough good things about the team at 1-800-WATERDAMAGE. Geoff has been so patient and transparent with me; I started out from a place of distrust and being overwhelmed with significant water damage from rain seeping through my ceilings while my roof was being replaced and a pop-up shower hit. Geoff came out the next morning after I called (even though it was a weekend) and has been consistently available even and kept up great communication about progress, timing and what to expect.

I felt after meeting him that everything would be okay. Ricardo was equally kind, responsive and professional for the water mitigation portion of the project. We had water leakage from a faulty bathroom commode into the subflooring and down through to another bathroom ceiling downstairs. 1-800 Water Damage was here in no time to assess and effectively mitigate the damage, prevent mold and to dry things out. The 1-800 Water Damage repair team then worked with my insurance company and began to have the damage fixed as soon as the insurance adjustor approved the work. They brought in skilled contractors who did an excellent job of quickly restoring both bathrooms to their initial condition. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought a house not knowing of water damage before closing. I called 1800 Water Damage. They were the most professional quote I received so I hired them. It is a call I wish I didn't have to make but I don't regret it at all. The entire crew were great and the work they performed was extremely thorough. The 1-800 Water Damage Team is a tremendous resource for any homeowner dealing with water damage to their home. Everyone who worked on our project was professional, timely and genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. From the remediation team to the painters, I was kept aware of the timeline and scheduling of the team who was in and out of our home for nearly six weeks. Levi and his reconstruction team are super. I live on the second floor of a Condominium Complex and had water damage this past Friday night that started on my kitchen and it greatly affected my neighbor's unit on the first floor. My insurance Company provided my information to 1-800 Water Damage Company and Justin called me within 15 minutes and scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning.

He started the mitigation process right away, found the busted pipe, contacted the Plumbing Company that was also great and did not overcharge me for calling them on a Saturday. Then on Sunday, Justin returned with Ricardo and removed the damage floors and walls from both places and started the drying process. Justin, Ricardo and Noah were so qualified and amazing to us during the entire process that took five days.

Our place is ready for reconstruction and 1-800 Water Damage will get it done for us once the insurance approves the claim. However, we are already so thankful that because of their quick response, the damage is not too excessive, and we can still live in our homes. We highly recommend this Company.

Geoff Edwards & the reconstruction team did a wonderful job sealing & painting my bathroom walls & ceiling. The painter was very friendly. He even went out of his way to repair some small holes in the walls and to replace the shower curtain rod when he was finished. I think I told Geoff I would like to have the job done on a Friday, and they arrived Wednesday morning at 8:00 & finished the job that day. Cleaned up afterward & made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I would highly recommend them!
