From the moment we met Lloyd and his project manager, Bryan, we instantly knew this was the right choice for us to help us with our remodeling project. They are thoughtful, kind, have a wealth of knowledge and provide quality craftsmanship. The project manager was on site every day over the course of the project to oversee and be the point person for the subcontractors. Lloyd completely remodeled the basement and kitchen of our newly purchased old home. He created a newer home that maintains all of the old home character, yet has all of the features of a newer home that we envisioned. The kitchen is exquisite, comfortable and perfectly constructed in every way. Lloyd completely re-made a partially finished basement into a beautiful living space, with a master bedroom and sitting room, another large living area and a lovely bathroom.

The attention to detail is astonishing, the design is perfect, and the quality is outstanding in every way. Our home is now not only beautiful, but it is also comfortable. I hired Lloyd for a small kitchen project involving removing a section of countertop so my new range would fit better. He did a great job of explaining how he would do the project and what potential risks there might be to my existing tile. He showed up on time and finished the project far more quickly than expected, then stayed to help reinstall and level the new range. He definitely has an eye for detail, as he made sure the range was as well-fitted as possible. I will definitely consider him for a future remodeling project!

This is my first experience with remodeling our kitchen. Lloyd of C&K came to my home way out in Hillsboro, OR exactly on the appointed time and listened very carefully to my project needs. The project was a total master bathroom remodel. The experience with C&K was very professional in all respects. We recently completed a remodel of our main bathroom in the house. After searching and interviewing contractors, we decided to work with C&K. We were very glad we made the right choice.
