Absolute Pest Management

We've been using Absolute Pest Management for a while and have had zero problems w/ their team. From every phone call, to their response time, and everything in between, they are the best at what they do! Johnny comes out, explains what he's doing, why he's doing it, and what I should expect. He's very clear and explains everything in a way that I can understand it! Johnny even takes precautions for my baby and my dog! We will never use another company. If you are looking for a pest control company, this is your sign to go with absolute!

Rick Sanchez is always so helpful! He knows so much and is always on time and willing to answer any questions Marquis Barton Trails has for him. Absolute is an excellent company and provides top customer service!

From my first phone call to the first service call nothing but clear, concise, communication. Spoke with the owner Tony on Fri. Explained my frustrations with my previous, at that time l, current pest control contract/company. After listening intently, Tony said let me have someone come out and do an inspection tomorrow, Sat. Jacob came out next day between 8a-10a called 15 min. before he arrived. Showed up shook hands asked permission to survey the outside of the house then the inside.

I walked him around explaining what we were seeing, and he was well equipped to inspect wax area of concern while explaining in full detail about the particular pest I am seeing. After the inspection we sat down in a comfortable setting in my house discussed what separates Absolute Pest from other pest companies. Explaining their process in a way that's easy enough to understand my 5 year old was even on board by the end of it.

We setup the service and scheduled someone to come out for a customized and catered to my home/family/schedule call. I highly recommend this company. They really took the time to understand the issue, inspect themselves in detail, and then simply make recommendations based off that facts. 10/10 would recommend!

Corey was AWESOME! So friendly, informative and professional- this is our first home and the first time we are learning about pest services. Corey made sure to thoroughly go through all of our options in depth so that we were well informed. Will be using them for our quarterly services.

Jonathan came out last Thursday to remove a squirrel from my chimney. He was a life saver! The problem was accurately diagnosed, he was able to come to my home that same afternoon when his colleague called about the problem. He is professional, very good at his job and kind to the critter he caught, trapped and let go in the wild. I would highly recommend his services.

We've just recently moved into a brand new home in a developing subdivision-so plenty of bugs and critters getting kicked up by construction. After looking through both Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews, we put queries out to several Pest Management firms in the area-Absolute Pest Management was the QUICKEST response and one of only two responses we did receive.

Since that initial great impression, their entire team have been wonderful to work with. They're prompt, communicative, and personal. We get a very kind note and follow-up with every team member who comes to service the home. We're VERY HAPPY with Absolute Pest Management and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I live in a mobile home and recently started hearing whining and hissing noises in the wall behind my refrigerator in my kitchen. As well as seeing raccoons via my security camera at night. Vince came out and put a live trap & real time cameras under my house. Next they will seal the entry point under my house & reattach the insulation. Vince was very thorough, professional & knowledgeable.

I've been a customer of Absolute Pest Management for atleast 4 or more years;they perform quarterly preventative insect service as well. I highly recommend Absolute Pest Management & give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

Absolute pest management are quick to respond. They are professional and ask questions while listening. They respond to our needs even beyond the normal pest management. They call before they come to let you know how soon they will be here. I have used them for almost 2 years and have nothing but the highest marks for them. Grateful to have found them. The cost is great in comparison to others I had checked with.

Rick came out on time and did a very thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable so during the inspection I learned a few things like how to identify different animals droppings and what kind of roof structures are more vulnerable to rodent damages, etc. In summary, I am 100% happy with his service and would use and recommend Absolute pest management

Connor did a good job on my quarterly pest control treatment. He wore his mask when interacting with me which I appreciated. He brushed down cobwebs and other indication of bug nests on the outside siding as he was doing the treatments. He was aware of the layout of the property so he could be sure to address all areas. He called to let me know when he was finished so I could lock up all private areas which I appreciated. Thank you Connor.

If you are reading this review, I hope you read carefully my review. I had to call the office several times to make a reservation. I asked for an extra service, but they didn't accept it. I signed a one-year contract and offered the service every month, but it didn't come for two months. Then, it is simply passed as a system problem. Appeals as a local company but not at all and worst service. It was a schedule service day, but it did not come again. Please listen to me and do not use this company for me. Nothing has changed at all.

Brennan is very professional. I get a notification from him before he arrives each month and he leaves me a notice that he has been here when he is done. APM has kept my home rodent free for many years now and they have always been great to work with!

Technician was such a nice guy! Spent a long time making sure all of the problem areas were secured from rodents. Friendly and knowledgeable! Arrived on time, great communication with company!

I'm new to Texas and know nothing about roaches, and the new apartment I moved into had more of them than I'd like. My complex uses Absolute Pest and I worked with them for a period of a month or two to ensure the roaches left. I had nothing but amazing experiences with Absolute, from their office staff to their technicians, in particular, Johnny. Johnny is so knowledgeable about his craft and took the time to educate me on the behaviors of these bugs.

He also kept in consistent contact - called and asked how things were going and set up follow up visits if necessary. I can't tell you how nice it was to work with someone that didn't look at me like I was crazy, but took the time to listen and reassure me.

They were able to resolve my issue fast and took all the covid precautions.

We have always received prompt and attentive service from Absolute. Their technicians are thorough, kind, and respectful of our home. They have resolved some tricky pest issues for us and restored our love for our home. Their quarterly service prices are great and they stand by their guarantees. We've called them back out for a few follow-ups over the years and they responded quickly each time. I can't think of another home service that we've happily used for almost 20 years!

Jason is basically a godsend. Working with the office was a bit rough, but Jason made up for the poor experiences with them. He was professional, kind, reassuring--probably the reason I will continue to work with this company. We tried to get clarification on a few things from the office, and the responses that we received were pretty rude/still vague/not very helpful.

That said, Jason has gone above and beyond to make sure that we understand what's going on and what we need to do. He also moved his schedule around to make sure that we could get our treatment done in a way that made sense for us. Super appreciative of him.

I have been using absolutely pest management for over a decade. I have always had wonderful service. Cory is a wonderful technician. Very pleasant. He is thorough and very professional. Respects my home and property. He's a great young man.

I've had great responses and dialogue with Absolute Pets Management. The folks they send over are always polite and professional and get after it. Looking through the other reviews I feel badly for the company and it's owners, this is Texas folks. We get critters, especially when it gets hot. So in response to other reviews in here let me share this thought: I know it's upsetting to have a bug problem but you have to read between the lines in these reviews folks.

I don't know anyone at this company personally, and I'm not related to anyone that works there etc. I just know hard working honest dealers when I see them and I can't imagine a customer who's coming in good faith being anything less than happy with their service from this company.

Our technician, Chris, was professional, on time, and provided efficient communication of work through out the whole process. We are so pleased with service are extending to quarterly visits.

Absolute, absolutely fucking sucks! They are the horrible company that Falconhead Apartments, among numerous others, hired and they've absolutely failed on multiple occasions. They absolutely half-ass their jobs and absolutely do low-quality work. They absolutely don't care about the work they do or the people they serve and they have inexperienced technicians that also absolutely don't care about the work they do. If you're thinking about hiring Absolute, you're making an absolute mistake!

Our service technician is Steve. He provides great service for me here at Riata. Anytime we have a request or service need, he is very quick to determine the issue and provide excellent knowledge to me and my staff.

Charles has been doing our regular pest control for years now. Our residents know him and trust him. Charles always tells us the quickest steps we can take to get rid of our bugs and pests as soon as possible.

David was great. He asked if we had seen any new pest activity and tried to pinpoint the location of said bugs. He treated locations inside the house in a safe manner due to the young kids and dogs we have.

Charles has been our Pest Control Technician since we were built in 2013. He has been amazing since day 1. This guy will even turn around and come back if we have a resident call right after he has left the property.

Over the last year we have had the Pleasure of having Albert as our pest control guy. We are a large commercial building so we have him out once a week just to check on things and occasionally treat an issue.
