Lifetime Remodeling Systems

My experience with Lifetime Remodeling Systems was absolutely exemplary, and I whole-heartedly recommend them. The specific project was to re-side a 102 year old Craftsman that was in dire need of the work, and had also accumulated a long list of other small side projects. Gino was prompt in returning my call for a bid, and was on-site within a few days to assess the project and compose the bid.

It felt tremendous to have this kind of attention from the company's president. Throughout the project Gino has been a great communicator and has demonstrated great leadership for his team. My crew was terrific. Mark was the overall PM. Victor and Marcos did the shiplap removal, then all the work to reside the home. Jose and Harrison did the painting.

And Mike and Colton brought the project home with the final punch list items. Every person was terrific - Mark was an incredibly responsive PM and a great conduit for all the work and the myriad moving parts in a project like this. I was so very taken care of. Victor and Marco were absolutely incredible with efficiently removing the shiplap siding, then rebuilding all the window and door trim, redoing all the siding, rebuilding the understructure of the front porch (which was so much dry rot!

I suspect this is what happens with a 102 year old front porch. Not part of the original bid, and so needed to be redone), creating a stunning front porch ambiance, and crafting beautiful solutions all around. Jose and Harrison did a spectacular job with painting and making sure everything was precise. Last Mike and Colton were studious and thorough and addressing final punch list items, making sure that when the project was complete, it was truly complete. Deep gratitude for the entire LRS team.

Quick note: Google didn't add the captions, blue is the finished color. We worked with Scott Herndon on replacing our failing siding and windows, as well as repainting. He helped us come up with a design to update the look of the house without trying to upsell us on expensive options. The crew (Jose and Jesus) was great. The quality of their work was outstanding, they took great care to protect our yard and plants, and did lots of little improvements that were above and beyond what was specified because they wanted us to be happy with the results. Scott checked in frequently to make sure we were happy with the work and progress. The LRS team did a fantastic job for us, and we would highly recommend them.

After researching siding contractors, we hired LRS to help us update the look of our home. Scott was our first contact with the company. He listened to our thoughts, answered questions, and suggested design changes to help us achieve the look we wanted. The crew assigned to our home, Juan and Jesus, were fantastic! They arrived on time and worked diligently even during some the hottest weather on record.

If they had design questions, they were quick to ask our opinion to make sure things would look the way we wanted. If materials they received were not up to the standard they were expecting, they would arrange for the replacement. They even hand picked the cedar we had installed over our front door! They were able to address some challenging places on the house and come up with designs that would meet our expectations. Scott, Juan, and Jesus were personable, friendly, and felt like family by the time the project was done. Overall, the service we received from LRS was excellent and we are very pleased with the end results. We highly recommend them and will use them again for any remodeling projects.

Working with this company was an excellent experience. From the beginning, Scott was so easy to work with and you can tell he really believes in the company's abilities and quality of work. This was a big exterior project - removal of all the old wood siding, building out new window trim and sills, fixing up some fascia boards, new Hardie siding all around, painting the entire house, and also cedar accents on the porch. Chris and Diego were here early every day (weather permitting) and are really nice and courteous guys.

They treat your home like it's their home, and you see it in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They won't cut corners, and always do things the right way. I can hardly speak highly enough of this company and would 100% recommend them if they are a fit for your project.

We have used Lifetime Remodeling for two major house projects so far, and we highly recommend them. Most recently, we had them replace our roof. We gathered multiple bids first. They weren't the cheapest, but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". That is truly the case with Lifetime Remodeling. They use high quality materials and they care about craftsmanship. Scott, our project manager, is the most genuine down-to-earth contractor I've ever worked with.

His communication is honest, he cares about the customer, and he always keeps his word. Tim, the project manager in training, was also very professional and had great communication skills. The crew for our roof was Leo and Jose, and those guys were pros! They showed up every morning at 8am sharp. They worked extremely diligently, completely tearing off our old roof and putting on the new one in just 2 days!

They covered all our windows and plants to protect them before they began, and they cleaned up all the debris before they left. Our new roof looks fantastic. Lifetime Remodeling also did our siding project a few years ago (and we still get compliments on it all the time). While they were here working on our roof, they took care of a warranty issue on our siding as well for no charge. Parts, labor, everything was taken care of just like Scott promised us years ago if we ever had an issue.

That's great customer service. Long story short, I know how stressful it can be to pick a contractor for a major home project. If you pick Lifetime Remodeling you will not be disappointed.

We don't have a giant house, but we had LRS do a project that for us was a big deal - we replaced our soon-to-fail roof and hideous faded green dented aluminum siding with a nice GAF roofing system and James Hardie fiber cement boards. From the beginning LRS was amazing. Gino came out and explained everything they would do in great detail. Gave a detailed estimate so I was absolutely clear on what work would be done, and with what materials.

Then Jaime's crew came out and got to work. Not really relevant to the project, but still awesome - Jaime is such a funny guy, he had me in stitches whenever we spoke. What is definitely relevant though is that his crew was the nicest, most professional group of contractors I have ever come across. A small example - at one point, they were working on the side of the house that is extremely close to my neighbor's.

Our houses on that side are practically touching. The neighbors have a toddler, and at one point, came out and asked the crew if they would mind working on the other side of the house for an hour or so, just so the baby could get some sleep. And it was no problem, the crew accommodated the request. I only heard about it after the fact - but was really touched.

It was just really considerate of them. Everything was also all cleaned up and put away every day too. It's never easy living in a construction zone, and my husband and I were working from home during the project, and LRS really did make it as easy and stress free as possible. And we couldn't be happier with the end result. The new roof and siding look fantastic.

It's like we have a whole new house! Our project was not cheap, but our goal was to have it done once and have it done right. And that is exactly what we got. We probably could have hired another company for slightly less, but the risk (and potential cost) of having to fix things later if the work wasn't up to par wasn't worth it. There's a reason this company gets such good reviews.

They are legit and do a great job. I highly recommend them! [P.S. In the photos, please Ignore the redactions - that's just the house number and political yard signs I've covered up. Also, the porthole window doesn't look great in the "after" picture, but that's not any fault of LRS. That window had been covered by the aluminum siding and we're still waiting for the custom replacement window to be installed by a different contractor.]

I have used Lifetime Remodeling Systems on 4 occasions over the past 20 years including whole house window replacement, partial house siding replacement and a renovation. Lifetime's work is consistently of high quality. But there are other reasons to recommend Lifetime. First, Gino Streano can actually COMMUNICATE! And is RESPONSIVE! Anyone who has been involved in a residential construction project should be laughing at this point.

I will say no more. Gino also has the ability to see a project from the customer's point of view rather than the contractor's. With any construction project there are always inevitable problems that appear, especially in an existing house. It is nice to have the contractor looking at it from your point of view rather than his when such issues occur. Finally, I have also had occasion, years later, to call Gino with a problem on work that his company had done.

His workers were back on site correcting the situation without me having to spend hours on the telephone arguing and cajoling. The lifetime guarantee is real. These are unique and rarely found qualities in an individual and a company.

I can't speak more highly of Scott and Chris for our siding project. We have a relatively small house but Scott came prepared to do a thorough walk through to discuss what we were looking for and had a comprehensive presentation of the quality products he uses. His quote was very reasonable compared to other companies that gave astronomical quotes for our simple project but yet the work they did was outstanding.

We even had a quote that was less expensive but Scott's knowledge about the product gave us assurance the job would be done right and we're so happy we went with him. They were efficient in getting the job done and did it right. We had another contractor doing an interior remodel job and as Scott and Chris finished up the siding, our interior contractor told us what a good job had been done for our siding with an attention for detail.

And he asked for Scott's contact info for his future jobs. To me that says a lot when another contractor recognizes quality work and asked for Scott's info. Overall, Scott and Chris were knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and we're very happy with the final product.

We planned for an exterior remodel for years before finally pulling the trigger. It was a huge project for us and we are extremely happy with the end result (see before & after pics). Gino and his Lifetime Crew were amazing to work with. To say i am "picky" and "detail oriented" is an understatement :) Yet they accommodated all my requests with lots of patience, hard work, care and craftsmanship. They were 100% committed to making sure we were happy - that's not easy to find these days! Our house looks great and we are so happy we chose to work with Gino and LRS.

TL;DR Choose Lifetime Remodeling Systems for your siding and/or window replacement. Project: We had a complete tear off of existing siding (rotting masonite) from home and detached garage, replacing with Hardie board, replacing 1980s aluminum frame windows with new vinyl windows and paint. We asked for estimates from many different companies, met half of them and received 4 actual quotes.

After much discussion with all the info we had, we chose Lifetime Remodeling Systems. Ralph, the co owner, gave us the initial presentation and he also gave us the basics and history of the company too (Gino took over later). Gino went over the materials and on how everything would be done, etc. He gave us his estimate quote and there wasn't any pressure to accept on the spot which we appreciated. Pushy companies made us uncomfortable.

The quote wasn't the least expensive nor was it the most expensive, but it's still pricey work. The one thing that Gino emphasized was that they have crews that have been with them for a long time. I was skeptical, but this turned out to be the absolute truth. We were also given a complimentary service for color consultation that helped us decide what paint to go with on the house.

That worked out well and we appreciated it very much. The dumpster was delivered on the 5th of Sept. and later the "honey bucket" for the convenience of their workers, Juan and Jose who arrived on the 6th of Sept., and they kept delivering great work ethic and kept at it till the final touches on the 25th of Sept. They are incredible workers. Jaime was the lead and his vast experience was very important to us.

We relied on him heavily and trusted his judgement. We gratefully followed his advice. They are men of high integrity and they are very skilled in their work. I found them to be highly trustworthy. They started work as soon as they could and were always on time and when they thought that they could use a Saturday to finish their project, they did just that.

They always cleaned up at the end of the day. The window replacement was the most invasive part of this. But this was completed in 2 days and they made sure that dust was completely contained to the exterior (the new Milgard Tuscany windows are deeper than the old aluminum ones and the finished sill needed to be cut back all the way around). Other then moving furniture around, there was no impact to us.

They know that water is the enemy and they did all the right things to make sure that water does not penetrate the exterior. They have been in business for a long time and they warranty their work for as long as we own the house. So in a nutshell we are happy with the company's performance and their medium range cost. They delivered and our house has a beautiful new exterior.

My worries were completely unfounded. LRS did a spectacular job, an opinion borne out by the dozens of compliments I've gotten from passers-by since the job has been completed. In every aspect, I found LRS to be stellar

We had Hardieplank siding installed and I could not be happier with the results. I would like to commend you for your professional presentation at the time you made your bid, and for the outstanding work put forth by your crew.

It is unusual these days to work with a company that stands by the bid price and goes out of their way to stick with it. Thanks again for a job well done!
