After our sewer line failed and sewage backed up in our finished basement, our insurance adjuster recommended several companies including NuBilt for restoration. From the onset with NuBilt we felt confident that we were dealing with a dependable company. The team assigned under the supervision of John proved we had made the correct choice. They were prompt, courteous, assuring, and conscientious at every step of their renovation. The guys at Nubilt are amazing! We were devastated when we had water damage in our recently flipped/remodeled first home. As inexperienced homeowners we were overwhelmed with the process of demo, drying, and rebuilding. Nubilt came highly recommended to us by our water restoration serviceman and we can see why. When our basement flooded earlier this year, NuBilt came to our rescue! Our hallway, bathroom, and bedroom had to be completely remodeled. After a kitchen fire damaged my condo and I filed an insurance claim, NuBilt completely remodeled it. They sealed the walls to keep the smoke in and demo'd the damaged kitchen. They had excellent recommendations for a vendor to guide me in selecting new flooring, carpets, paint, cabinets, tile, and countertops. I am pleased with the results! I am most appreciative for NuBilt following through on all the details and small items of the job. Nothing fell through the cracks.

A claim of any sort is a tremendous inconvenience, but when it's a water damage claim that destroys your hardwood floor and your entire ground floor, well.that's a massive headache. Nubilt came highly recommended to us by our mitigation company and boy, did they deliver! 1st we met Peter who came to assess the damage and prepare a quotation for our insurance claims adjuster, and it was sufficiently detailed that everything that he included was approved.

We were then introduced to Omar who was the project manager and coordinated the restoration of our property with understanding and care. We were really hoping to have our house restored in time for the holidays, and Omar did whatever he could to make this a possibility. He coordinated Sammy, who was extremely pleasant and skilled in his craftsmanship as he rebuilt our cabinets.

Every day, he showed up on time, and also worked quickly as he did the major cutting of our boxes overnight and came back and installed them the very next day. Alma and her crew came and, with the utmost care, removed our existing stone countertop and reinstalled it with nary a chip or break, and looks just as good as before we were flooded out. Troy was the plumber who came and diagnosed the existing problems with our pipes that contributed to our water leakage issues, and reconnected our new dishwasher, correcting the plumbing issues as well. Alex and his team came in and covered our dusty sub floors with brand new laminate, capping it with lovely trim and Alfonso and his team came and did the painting of our repaired drywall, trim and restored doors all within 4 hours!

And the best part was, this was all completed 2 days before Christmas! It was a rough time, but through Omar's coordination with the various teams and workmen, all was restored and we were able to enjoy our Christmas in our home!

I loved working with NuBilt! My husband and I bought our very first home and two weeks later our whole basement flooded. Another company completed the mitigation, and NuBilt came in and did all the finishing touches and remodel work. We spent MONTHS in the process with insurance and when NuBilt came out to work our basement was done three days later, and it looks FANTASTIC.

It looks even better than it did when we bought the home! The company, but especially our project manager John, did such a great job with the project, and the construction team did such great work completing the construction work. We couldn't be more pleased! It was such a drag having an "under-construction" basement from September-December, only due to insurance delays, and thanks to NuBilt we love the space we have. You will not be disappointed by hiring them!

NuBilt construction is a fantastic company! I had a flood in my home, and they were with me the entire way through the remodel process. Omar and his team were amazing at organizing and communicating with me. They had a fast paced schedule, and their employees were all very courteous and respectful. I have never had such timely workers. They were on schedule and let me know ahead of time what the week ahead looked like.

That helped me plan what needed to be moved or packed. I don't give many 5 star reviews, and I'll honestly say NuBilt Construction deserves more than 5 stars. My home was in good hands. I never needed to worry. Their work is quality and they will do anything to make the experience even better. Not many companies out there like NuBilt. I'm so happy and extremely satisfied that I chose them to restore my home.

Omar A was excellent to work with. He was professional, responsive and worked hard for my family. We asked if the work could be expedited due to family coming to town for thanksgiving. He said he would try his best, and he came through for us! We definitely appreciate the efforts put in to make it happen. All of the workers that came into my home were also professional, courteous, and VERY good at their jobs.

NuBilt was outstanding. Unlike most contractors we've used, they were very responsive, hard-working and run by good people. We had a lot of work done to our home from removing/adding/staining hardwood floors, new carpet installation, painting, drywall, mold remediation, total bathroom remodel (shower/floor tile, shower, vanity/sink). Omar and his team were outstanding as they took care of every detail or issue we found and will definitely use them again for our future home remodel/repair anytime. Cannot recommend them strongly enough for anyone who needs remodeling restoration done - even in a contractor's market.

He was able to arrange getting the work done on our place as quick as possible, with having multiple people working at the same time (Flooring, Drywall, Painting, dismantling and resetting our water heater A/C and furnace) I am grateful of his expertise in suggesting a flooring that would fit our family/lifestyle. The other company was extremely combative with our insurer (with whom WE hope to still have coverage) and generally had an us vs them mentality. They were slow to get started with rebuilding, so we called Nubilt. Nubilt saved the day! Omar's friendly, direct, and sincere communication style helped get things moving promptly and in a manner that helped our family recover more quickly.

Our basement actually looks better than it did before the damage! Omar is a thoroughly honest man, and was up front with us about the impacts to budget and timeline on our many last-minute scope changes (which he handled with grace!). He also worked hard to repair the damage done by the other company to the relationship with our insurer. We ended up selling our home, and it was under contract less than a week after Nubilt finished the rebuild.

We put significant pressure on Nubilt to get the job done (sorry!), and they really delivered for us! I highly, highly recommend Nubilt for your reconstruction or remodeling projects.

Our house flooded in March (all three levels of our house including bathrooms, carpet, wood flooring on the entire main level, trim, paint, drywall, and plumbing were affected) and at the time we were using a different company for the remediation portion of the project, and switched to NuBilt to complete the restoration part of the project. We are extremely happy our insurance company use them as their preferred vendor and made the switch! Omar was our project manager and he was EXTREMELY helpful and professional throughout the whole process.

I had multiple questions and he was very prompt in his responses, which was greatly appreciated. Start to finish they were very accommodating. Omar and Jizyel were amazing. I feel very fortunate that I found them! And they do it all! Plumbing, drywall, floors. Very easy to get our project done!

NuBilt transformed our 25+-year-old home into a million-dollar showcase. Literally. Work began with repairing water damage from wind-driven rain and roof replacement due to hail damage. We were so pleased with the workmanship and attentiveness, we enlarged the project to a complete remodel--including adding valuable square footage to our home by reclaiming attic space and turning it into the spectacular walk-in closet of my dreams!

The project manager became a friend along the way, offering insightful recommendations and careful management of the work crew. We shared lots of laughter and fun conversation with him as well as the individual workers over the course of the project. In the demo process, we discovered mold from old leaks. NuBilt immediately brought in the mitigation big guns to extract any remaining mold spores, taking precautions to protect our family and NuBilt's workers.

The owner was especially responsive. We appreciated Omar visiting our worksite on occasion and responding quickly to our texts/phone calls. He went above and beyond to ensure our home qualified for inspection when it came time to sell. Every penny worth it.

I can't believe I am going to say this, but my frozen pipes, flooding, and significant water damage caused to the majority of my walkout basement (with four bedrooms, an entertainment room, and a bathroom) ended up being a GOOD thing! Ryan from Liberty Mutual and Omar and his team from NuBilt (Geraldo, Alex, Hector, and Alessandro) moved swiftly to bring my claim to an excellent resolution I could not be happier about.

I was not only made whole again, but better than whole thanks to the work ethic of this entire team. Every person that worked on my home was efficient, timely, and kind--to my kids, to my dogs, and to me. Geraldo even shoveled my walkway after a good dump of snow! Omar informed me of every step of the process and the timing of the work. I knew exactly what to expect. They went above and beyond, and were generous in ensuring that I would be satisfied with the product. I would give them more stars if I could, truly.

NuBuilt worked on our upstairs bathroom and bedroom that had water damage from our swamp cool malfunctioning. Omar was great to work with! He communicated to us regularly, was responsive, and worked quickly through any problems there were (hardly any). We were very pleased with our finished bedroom and bathroom. It is better then it was before the remodel.

If we did not have a contract with the company we are using for the basement remodel, we would have probably used NuBuilt. If you are on the fence about using them, do not think twice.

Omar and his team were excellent, extremely professional, quality work, and great customer services. The sub-contractors they used were great as well. The whole NuBilt team was great at communicating and following through with goals on the project.

NuBilt was suggested to me when my main water line busted one night. Although it took a little while for scheduling, we got snuck in and the work took about a week. No issues with communication as AJ would stop by or call me daily with updates or respond to my texts/calls quickly. Rosendo did an amazing job with the floors and was very trustworthy.

We had hail damage to the roof and house exterior in June. Nubilt sent their project manager AJ who said he would arrange for the repairs and get back to me. That was August. After over 6 weeks with no communication from them, I called and talked to a rep. but got no response. Two weeks later, I called again. No response. After I called the insurance company who contacted Nubilt, I spoke with Michelle on October 23, 2018, who belligerently said they would do no work for me, because they had "called me 14 times" with no response. Really! 14 times? This company is not only impossible to work with, they are also dishonest. I wouldn't trust them to do any work for me whatsoever.

After a traumatic experience, I was referred to NuBilt. When Gary came to my home to discuss what needed to be done, I felt like he came in and took over the situation. I was upset and not thinking clearly, and he used this to his advantage. He never followed through when information was requested by myself or my insurance company. It took many weeks to accomplish a relative small task. The employees were professional and pleasant. The project manager needs to be retrained. My insurance company was surprised at how expensive his labor costs were.

Best company in Denver. The most talented roofers and painters working on my home that we have had in our home in the 23 years we have lived in Aurora. I can't believe how well they kept everything so neat and tidy. To be honest, no one wishes for catastrophic circumstances such as hail damage, but if this happens to your home please call Nubilt and make sure Tyler is your project manager, he is great at communicating with you and getting the job done.

Ernie Goodman provided us with expert general contractor survive after we had water damage. He was a remarkable manager. The companies's relationship with professional and competent subs who quickly and painlessly mitigated and restored our home.

In the spring a nightmare came true. Our basement flooded. I had been working with NuBilt on another renovation project that would have to be tabled. I was so glad I had the owner Issa on speed dial.

On New Years Day we came home to a burst hose in our powder room and standing water throughout our laundry room and into our family room. The company that we called for remediation was not Nubilt, however I wish it had been.

After a long process of remediation, asbestos testing (which came back positive), & asbestos abatement of the flood zone, we were finally ready to rebuild the walls and get the house back to original condition.

I used Thumbtack to locate local contractors which is how Nubilt came to us. They bid for our job and came out to give an estimate in a very timely manner. We received 3 bids from different companies and Nubilt's bid was the middle ground. We opted to use them and I'm very glad that we did. I only wish I had known that they do remediation and asbestos abatement so we could have used Nubilt for the whole job!

It took a little longer than I would have liked to get the work started. However, Adam, our project manager, told me he wanted a specific person to do the work on our job and he happened to be on vacation. The work was done very well. The rebuild took 2 days, which was very fast in my opinion. We had some carpet work that needed to be done and that scheduling took a little more time because they hire an outside contractor for carpet work.

Everyone at Nubilt that we have dealt with has been extremely professional and courteous. Our final invoice was very fair. We would certainly consider using Nubilt Restoration & Construction in the future.

Though I was very frustrated with the situation, Issa, the manager/owner of the business made sure to address and correct any and all issues with the claim and board.

He went to the start of the work performed and communicated with every person on up to ensure that the insurance companies (multiple), his staff, my staff, and all associated persons understood the entire picture. At the end of the day, I know I have someone I can rely on that stands behind their reputation without question. And that's really what matters most. Though I hope to not need restoration services again, I know whom to turn to if I do. Issa, thank you for your help and your time.

Our insurance company referred us to Nubilt. They provided us with a prompt response when we had water damage in a basement bedroom. The team we worked with - project managers and construction crew were very friendly and helpful. They worked with us and with our insurance to keep the construction costs down, while reconstructing the room back to an aesthetic, functioning area.

The staff are polite, respectful of property, clean and do what they say they are going to do. They also communicate with the homeowner and follow through. We were satisfied with their work and did not have to call them back for anything. I would recommend this contractor.

I was flooded in August. It took NuBilt until November to start the job that was paid for. When the worker showed up he did 20 minutes worth of work in 2 days and left. I was told the rest of the work was going to be finished in a few days. Pathetic! Call Servpro if you have a flood!

I live in California, but own a condo in Denver and have had to deal with multiple water damage incidents over the past few years. The NuBilt team has been exceptional in repairing the damage and managing the incidents, since I live so far away. The entire team was outstanding in their communication, follow-up, and responsiveness to all of the issues I had.

Although I hope I never have to use them again, I know that they will be the first place I call if I have any kind of repair work that needs to be done. A friend of mine recommended NuBilt to me after they worked on water damage for them and I'm so glad I worked with this company.
