I called this morning off of a recommendation. Our main water line broke this morning and we needed a plumber to come fix it since we have no water. The lady the answered the phone told me she had no one to send for a week. I then asked if she had any recommendations of who could help me sooner than a week and she said no. I have never had to call a plumber and will not call this company again. This made me sad because I had 2 people tell me they were really good.

I wish all plumbers are has honest and price friendly as H&R. H&R finds and repairs the problem and not fake problems. I've seen them in action many times. Examples: what I thought was an expensive water heater fix, they resolved for their standard house call fee and didn't charge me for the part (he said he had a spare). Leaking water feed under the sink: replaced the hose, repaired the pipe - no charge for incidental the hose and fitting (which would be about $15-20 at Lowes). I like!

We had a great experience. We called right when they opened and they had someone there the same morning and had everything fixed in 1.5 hrs. Another company came out today and quoted us over $1,000 for some plumbing repairs (plus $80 for the house call), and they weren't able to do the repairs today. So, I called H&R right after they left. They had someone at our house 15 minutes later! They charged us only $250 for the exact same repairs! Plus, they got started and finished the job within a couple hours. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them from now on for all our plumbing needs!
