Pretty close to perfect experience. Estimator arrived on time, inspected the broken skylight and gave a fair quote on the spot. No upsell. Signed a contract via Doc-u-sign. After the expected 3 weeks for parts delivery, received a phone call to schedule installation. Installer arrived on time, did the work and left. Received and paid the invoice the next day.

Love these people! I am in charge of organizing all the escrow and inspections for my elderly parents and they are in the process of buying a house that is a little out of their budget. Top Line met my needs. Many thanks to Wayne for his efficiency, reasonable prices, and follow-through. I was offered 5 price options, presented in a readily understandable comparison grid: types of shingles, vents, warranties, etc. Every detail was spelled out, every question answered. I even went on GAF's website and studied the products Wayne planned to use.

I used Wayne and his staff to install a new roof on a house I was selling. They did such an amazing job that they were the ones I called when my home had a roof leak. Wayne came out, assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable bid. I was especially impressed with Memo who took the time to explain the repairs that were being done and the reason for doing them.
