I am so pleased with my new roof and the workmanship involved. Danny Tarich was so helpful with giving me advice and Darryl Smith explained what and how everything would be done. Called for a quote to fix facia on my house. The representative said my roof was in good condition and didn't need replacing. Gave me a price which I agreed to and was told they would call me to schedule an appointment. This was in July. It was the middle of September before I heard from them again. When they came out they said that after inspecting my roof it needed replacement.

The price doubled! They worked quickly, but the work on the facia was very disappointing. They were mainly interested in doing the roof while I was concerned about the facia. They cut all the main beams to the house without advising me.

We were extremely happy with Preman roofing! The staff was courteous and diligent in completing the job. One employee even came on his day off on Sunday to make sure our roof was covered due to rain. They were very clean, laying tarps, sweeping and hiding down every day! We highly recommend this company

Preman roofing has not even started our project yet, but it's already been an obstacle trying to get someone to communicate with us in regards to specifics with our roofing and solar. We have called everyday for information, and to try to finalize a start date for the project, and after multiple phone calls no one has reached out to us. The receptionist continues to say "I'll have my manager reach out to you" but that NEVER happens.

We end up having to call the next day and repeat the whole conversation again. It's frustrating how when signing contracts and placing a deposit, they are all so attentive. But after that phase is done, it's like you fall to the bottom of their priority list. I sure hope I don't regret doing business with them

This company was impressive from the moment they came out with the quote. Great presentation, no pressure and great price. They said it would take 3 days and it did. First day was tearing off the old roof. They showed exactly when they said I would and finished demo within 3 hours. The next team showed up to inspect for any damage so they could get the supplies in time to have them first thing in the morning.

The next phase took a day and a half and went very smoothly. They replaced some plywood and a facial board I asked them to fix. Step by step they respected my and my neighbors property. When it was complete, the roof looks amazing and seriously, I have only found two VERY small pieces of old roof in some of my bushes. They were very respectful, clean, safe and did an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend Preman Roofing and Solar.

These guys are good. As a recently new homeowner I needed to find a company that I could trust to inspect my roof for any damages leading into the rainy season. Preman came recommended by my real estate agent so I went with them. They were fairly priced and shot me straight - I'm assuming at least - since the repairs they recommended were minimal.

I was not a large project for them, but they treated me like an important customer nonetheless. Very satisfied with my experience with Preman Roofing, thank you Danny and team!

Company does Outstanding work. Had the whole roof redone approximately 2000 SQFT. Work was completed in 5 working days. Crew that performed work were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the shift and made sure that their was no nails or debris left that damage tires of our cars. We truly pleased with the work and company as whole. Jim knight

Honestly, I have gone back and forth about writing a review. I decided to because I do not want this particular situation to happen to someone less informed. To start from the beginning, my roof is OWNED by my HOA, not myself. My HOA approved me replacing a portion of my roof in order to install solar, so long as I use a licensed and insured roofing contractor, and obtain ALL REQUIRED PERMITS. Danny Tarich, the Project Manager for my job, scheduled my re-roof WITHOUT getting the REQUIRED PERMIT, stating "Was not pulling a permit for this project.

It is a partial small section." He did not consult me, as the contracting party, my HOA as the owner of the roof, and unilaterally decided getting a permit for a small job was inconsequential. WRONG. WRONG. WRONG. This delayed my roof by over 4 weeks and could have gotten me sued by my HOA or cost me if I decided to sell my house. I contacted my City directly to confirm it WAS REQUIRED, but had I not, they would have done my re-roof without a permit and without even telling me the permit was required.

My brother-in-law recommended Preman Roofing for our roof replacement and my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. We got three bids for the job and one of them was so ridiculously high, it's unbelievable! Robert Aviles was honest and gave us an estimate that was fair. The ladies from the office (Angelica and Esmeralda) were so helpful and so nice whenever I call for a question. Fabian and Kevin, the roofers, were so fast and efficient that they finished the job ahead of schedule in time for the rain the following day. They left the house premise clean that no nails were found upon inspection by Daryl. We highly recommend Preman Roofing for your roofing jobs from start to finish.

Called Preman for roof repairs at my house, these guys were really good. They were professional and did a great job. I really appreciated them for cleaning up at the end of the day and not leaving a mess. The roofers were knowledgeable and came up with a good solution to my leaky roof. My experience with Preman roofing -solar was the best from begging to end. A women by the name of Angelica answered the phone and was friendly and wonderful. She called a few times after making sure we were being taken care of. Robert came out and did my estimate and he was also just as friendly. The communication was great and I am definitely hiring them to put on my new roof.

To Whom it may Concern: My experience with Preman Roofing was nothing short of fantastic. I had Preman Roofing out for an estimate to install new roofing. While waiting for approval from our corporate, I had a leak on the existing roof. I called Drake and he came to our property within the hour to access the damage.

Preman Roofing recently did a tear-off roofing job at one of our properties. They were extremely professional, communication regarding any Work Orders was excellent, they completed the job in a timely manner and because of the exemplary service and competitve pricing, were awarded three other roofing jobs. Installed my entire roof in 2002, half red tile, the other half flat. Helped me manage schedule with other sub contractors I had at my house as well. The one time I had an issue with a drainage issue on the flat roof (2007) I called them and they had 2 guys out here the following day.

We work with Preman Roofing whenever we have a roof leak and I am always impressed by their excellent service.
