Excellent service. LOVE the results! We've had two projects done by The Fenceman. We were so pleased with the first project that we didn't hesitate to call them back for the second job. Both times we found them easy to contact, they adhered to the schedule and quoted price, and they collaborated well with us (listening to our ideas and offering their professional expertise). The projects were completed on time, the area cleaned up, and they left a finished product we are very proud of.

These guys are all awesome. They worked with me while I dealt with the neighbors rental company (tmg was a nightmare) and was able to answer all the questions I had. They came out when they had told us the crew knocked out the work in a short time and the fence looks better then we could of dreamed of. Then to top of off when the job was done they told me my measurements where a little off ( thanks to the tmg guy that took those measurements) and my bill was gonna be cheaper than quoted.

Great news for us when they could of just taken the extra money and we would of never known otherwise. These guys are a stand up company and will be using them again on the next house

I have used The Fenceman twice (after using a more expensive competitor, Rick's once) and am going to remain a Fenceman customer for all my future fencing needs. Had spoke with Tim a few years back about replacing a fence and never pulled the trigger. Fast forward, sent him the original bid and he came out and updated the price and got me scheduled. His crew showed up and removed the old and set the posts the first day then were back the next week and now I've got a fantastic new fence that will last. Very happy with the service and final product. They were very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Top notch, would recommend for sure.

I've used Fenceman twice, the job they do is beyond outstanding. The pricing is straightforward, the communication is everything you could ask for. They have a bit of a wait but it's well worth it. The crew was very professional & courteous, on-time, asked for feedback on decisions, and very pleasant to work with. They worked around multiple flower beds and were very careful to preserve plants. The quality of the materials was great, the fence stands straight and lines up perfectly. The custom made gates were absolutely amazing, I was so impressed with the finished product that resulted from the quality supplies they used.

I called around for estimates, I believe I ended up with 4 different quotes, including The Fenceman, which ended up being the cheapest for the quality they were offering. I got a real rough estimate from them over the phone (obviously nothing confirmed/in writing), then we scheduled an estimate for them to come out to my place about a week after I called. Tim (the owner as I understand it) came out to do the estimate, and was polite, very down to earth and to the point.

I explained what I was trying to do, certain things I wanted, and had a handful of questions that he easily had the answers to. He gave suggestions without pushing his opinions too much to factor on my decision-making. It was a nice two-way discussion, rather than feeling like I was just taking part in a sales call. From then, we scheduled the install for about 6 weeks out (this is the beginning of Summer when we had it done, so they were starting to get booked since everyone wants to do their fence in the summer!).

As proposed, during the week before they came out, they had all the necessary people come to spray/locate all the sewer/power/gas lines underneath where we were going to have the new portions of the fence put in, and all the posts dug out. I think they even had to call a private locator because the city was really backed up for part of it, but nevertheless, they made sure it was done before the team came out to install.

The Friday they came out for the first appointment, they came out, tore the old fence down, dug, and set all the new steel posts for where the fence and gates were going. During this, there were some frustrations/complications with my neighbor (even though I notified them), but the team of 4 that was out for the installation were all really cool, and the guy (I forget their names) that appeared to be the team lead was above and beyond, giving me tips on certain things to help my situation.

All the guys that came out were extremely nice, and were even patient with my 4-year old boy who kept wanting to follow them around and ask questions about what they were doing every step of the way! They wrapped up the first day, and let the posts set in the concrete for a week to come back the following Friday and finish the fence. They came back as promised in their window and went straight to work, again being patient with my 4-year old, wrapped up, answered any questions I had through the whole process, and went on their way. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It was the best price I found, everyone at the company I've talked to has been super nice and respectful, and the work was quality construction that appears as it will last quite a while. The ONLY downside was the amount of time it took to get an install date (about 6 weeks from the estimate), but that comes with the territory of a small family-owned company who offers such good quality for that low of prices!

I just had 220 linear feet of fencing installed. I am more than happy with The Fenceman. The entire crew was great. They are on time and clean. The fence looks awesome! I highly recommend The Fenceman. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Fenceman!

After doing my homework and several bids I found most of the pricing very similar. I choose the Fenceman 1st because of the personal and prompt attention. 2nd I felt the structural design to be of better quality then others.

Had a great experience. The bid for the tear-out, removal, and install of our wood fence was reasonable. Tim was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. David and Austin, the ones that did the tear-out and install, were very polite, courteous, and professional.

Tim and his crew were wonderful. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Tim was helpful and knowledgable; was at our place within a day of calling for an estimate and very approachable. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, always checking for accuracy and very polite and professional.

My husband and I can't say enough nice things about our experience with The Fenceman. We so appreciated the communication throughout all steps of the process. The quality of the lumber is outstanding.
