DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No company should ever ask for your log in credentials to your personal accounts. Huge red flags. They have been reported to APS. Update: APS confirmed this practice is suspicious and dangerous. Solar Manager Bree said no customer should EVER give away their log in credentials to a third party. This company is dangerous. Other solar vendors we have spoke to have not asked for this our log in credentials.

I am very pleased with Harmon Solar who made the installation of our solar system seamless. I interviewed 3 solar companies that were on SRP's list of preferred solar installers, and I chose Harmon Solar (who I also spoke with at one of the Home Shows in the winter of 2021). They were transparent with their pricing, payment options, and details for the optimal system for our house.

Also importantly, there were no pressure sell tactics (which is a turn off for me). Harmon Solar provided a detailed timeline of the project schedule and they handled EVERYTHING from filing paperwork with my HOA, the city, the power company (SRP in my case), and scheduling the installation of the system. Harmon Solar assigned a dedicated project manager who kept me informed every step of the way and answered every question I had in a timely manner.

I thought I would feel stressed with the process of getting solar because there are so many steps involved (inspections, permits, etc.), but I never felt stressed at all because they handled every step. I couldn't be happier to be contributing to a greener environment, thanks to the great team at Harmon Solar!

Harmon has provided AMAZING service for us. I can't believe how easy and stress free our process has been. I've never had solar before so I was nervous about this process but they have amazing communication and everyone that's been to our house has been so kind. If I could rate Harmon a 10, I would. This company was so great to work with I cant believe. From the sales end to the install. Every time a crew was set up to come and do something they were there right on time. I would first get a notice from my POC and it happened just like they said. And if by chance they got held up in traffic or something they called to let me know.

My point of contact person Breana was awesome. She kept me informed of every little detail and if I had questions she got me the answers right away. And if she did not know the answer then she got to someone that did. I was always kept in the know of the project. The one main thing I liked is there is no middle person or company in the way Harmon does it all and are responsible for it all if something should go wrong. No fighting with 3rd party contractors and such. The install looks neatt and clean. Excellent experience wish more companies were this way.

Outstanding customer service. Panels were up and running in 9 weeks. Bird block was added yesterday. Total for completion was 13 weeks. Thank you Breana for being my rep and answering questions quickly and thoroughly.

I contracted my solar project with Harmon Solar after getting 4 competitive quotes. My son had a very positive experience with Harmon on his installation and after reading ratings on the other companies, I felt confident that Harmon would treat me right. The project successfully followed the timetable that Harmon gave me and I'm very happy with the end results. Everyone at Harmon were great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

The Harmon team exceed all my expectations when installing my system. They were always providing information to questions I had. Easily would recommend them to any family or friends interested in solar!

Just had an installation completed, I guess time will tell if it was worth it and of the best quality. Not too happy with the communication between several of there employees the lying and lame excuses for a long installation when told it would take one maybe two days. I guess it's my fault for not listening to the ex employees that came over accusing them of lying and cheating there customers.

But I stuck with them after all that thinking it was good business for them yes but not for me. Also never received that $1000 check they(Garrett) I was going to collect immediately right after installation. Bummer

I never said your panels caused my roof damage. $2000 savings compared to an extra $10000 more that I have to pay due to your greed is not generous. You said yourself as long as the roof is strong enough to cover the warranty for 5 years. Your roof inspector knew the approx age but it's whatever. You guys won't admit. I went with your company because I had great reviews on you from actual customers. Privately owned, great team, best deals, integrity, turns out your just the same typical sales people that would say anything to make a sale

Outstanding company. We interviewed several suppliers. Harmon presentation was far and away the best while offering the lowest price. Our project manager was also exceptional. I filled out a company survey giving sales and project management the highest possible grades. I gave the installation crew a little lower grade since we had a very minor problem.

So the head of the department calls me up and comes to the house to personally fix a problem that many clients would have passed over. In short. Harmon Solar is one of the best companies I have ever hired.

2 stars for a good rate on my solar. But when asked about roof inspection prior to install all I got was "good to go". I asked roofers if they're able to tell the approximate age of the roof and they all said yes. Harmon could've at least notified me that roof is aging. I wasn't aware that my roof is over 20yrs old. Who in the right mind would install 20 yr solar panel on a roof that would need to be replaced in a few years?

Sure enough couple years later leaks every where. Now they won't return my call and sunrun who leased the panels want to charge me $5700! Update: Well they finally called and tried there best. Only deducted couple grand. But get this, they're just your typical sales people. As long as your roof can hold the panels for 5 years to cover the warranty, that's all they care.

They won't mention anything negative about the roof. After 5 years it's on you. So much for saving money on energy. Now with the inflated cost and labor to remove and reinstall panels it's an extra $10000. Thanks Harmon

So all you can comment on is the timeline and a very generic statement that you design each setup differently? What about putting panels on the north side, is that ok? What about quoting me a system with 100% offset? Is that ok too? Again you don't care about your customers or their concerns and your employee (Dennis) is rude to Harmon customers. That's ok too?

They left a lug loose and burnt up one of the disconnect switches. Also, re-labeled my panel breakers wrong

Still trying to figure out how paying $400/mo to Harmon offsets the $98 solar credit from APS.

We had a few surprises during set up, one was failed roof inspection, added $13,000.00 to bill. Shingle order was short, had to wait 2 days for that. A few other small items with roof finishing that were quickly fixed, overall, a very good job, system is up and working great, very clean install, great sales and project manager who had to work around bad weather!

Harmon Solar performed an excellent installation at our residence. I highly recommend their services.

Harmon was a great company to work with. Explained the benefits of solar well and helped us throughout the installation to get setup right with our electrical provider. I highly recommend this company to help you decide if solar is right for you.

They are slow to send someone out to check the system-I think we waited at least a month. Someone finally came out today and the system hasn't worked for at least a month. They have to order a part which will take ten days to get. Who knows when they will be back. We paid a lot of money and are getting nothing in return. We requested compensation for a down system and they passed the buck to the the company who provides the system. The sales person swore they had great customer service and I've yet to see it. DO NOT use this company!

This company is reliable. I recommend them for any solar issue even if they didn't install the system.

Yet another desperate company that refuses to respect peoples property and those of us who take the time to post "NO SOLICITATION" & "NO TRESPASSING" signs. No I did not do business with this company because they they insist on breaking the law tells me enough to stay away from Harmon. They put a flyer on my property that is clearly stated both no soliciting and no trespassing.

I am sure they will come back with some lame excuse like "sorry we hired a marketing company" which I don't care. If that is the fact I don't care because you are responsible for the company you pay to market your advertising and there behavior with your flyers. Only companies I see do this are nothing but desperate and I wouldn't trust a company like this to watch my grass grow let alone do expensive work like solar installation.

Just like the other reviews bad customer service. Phone Tag is an understatement not only can you never get a hold of anyone but the Quote sent was wrong and did not address the items and size of solar I wanted. After repeated calls and a few emails I am done trying to work with this company. If someone is going to spend 20K plus you should have great customer service. (look at car salesman even though we all hate them for 20k you are never ignored.)

NRG Solar put in my work order ticket. I am always worried when a contractor comes to do work that I am not paying for (ie: work under warranty), because there's no sales opportunity in it for them. However, the gentleman who came from Harmon was very courteous, helpful, and informative. He made the modifications needed after an electrical surge caused by a lightening strike shorted my telemetry system for my solar.

He was so helpful and polite, what a breath of fresh air. I would absolutely recommend Harmon Solar's technicians, and I hope NRG uses them again if I require warranty work.

Very pleased with Harmon Elec/Solar. Customer Serv. in my honest opinion is top notch. Jessica was amazing! Technical component very good. Initially, there was a minor glitch in the system which, no fault of the installer but a product defect on inverter. Harmon immediately responded and got the system on tract. Enjoying the savings on utility bills which would have been sky high if we stayed same with just APS. A wise decision to go solar and most importantly went with a reputable company like Harmon They were highly recommended. Thank you!

Wow! So pleased with my solar installation. There are lots of companies that sling panels on your roof and, boom, you have solar. Harmon was amazing to work with from start to finish. Here is why: They were informative through the whole process. Their installers were super professional. They were safe, courteous, communicative, and just plain nice.

Their work is top notch. I've seen lots of panels with Co duit running all over the place. Harmon makes it look like mtly panels are the only thing on the roof. Every connection was installed in the attic so it looks much cleaner. Value. I've gotten got great results from my panels and the price I paid was more than fair. Service. They have been responsive to all my needs, even months AFTER I paid them and they were done. Couldn't be happier.

JUST IGNORED. Went through their sales pitch, inspection, cutting holes in two places in my ceilings, patching ceiling holes, changing my APS plan from a savings plan to a regular plan---and months later, no installation, no calls, only several ENORMOUS BILLS from APS, Thought I was kissing hugh electric bills goodby.not with Harmon. Received the largest fall electric bills ever!

So much for following their instructions to drop my savings plan. Called, asked what happened to my installation. After employee looked around on her computer, she apologized and promised someone would call me shortly with an update on my installation. No call. Called back the next day, couldn't reach the person handling my account. Well, it was 10 to noon, guess she sneaked out early for lunch. Avoid these folks.

Everyone at Harmon, from sales to our Project Manager to the installation crew have been professional, accessible and genuinely nice to talk to. They have instilled confidence that all of the details were being kept track of every step of the way. Even the permitting applications (APS and City of Phx) were taken care of, then communicated to us upon their acceptance. If you are considering Solar for your home, you owe it to yourself to talk to the good people at Harmon Solar.

We contacted Harmon solar and they came out and gave us multiple quotes with different configurations for our needs. They provided great customer service and personally addressed any issues we had immediately. The best part about Harmon solar is they don't increase your rates every year like the other companies do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save money.

I recently went under contract to purchase a home which featured a solar system. This was my first exposure to solar, so based on a positive reputation I hired Harmon Solar to inspect the solar equipment prior to close. The technician was thorough and after inspecting he took time to explain to me everything I should know about the system. As a result I feel much more educated about solar and would certainly go back to Harmon if I ever have a future solar need.

Harmon Solar does an incredible job from contract to installation to go-live. Great project management. I love the monthly savings and we have no out of pocket money.leased the system. Works great and I just watch the solar production on the Sunpower app on my phone.

After contracting with another company and getting bad vibes we decided to cancel and start looking for another solar company. After interviewing several we decided on Harmon. Never once did I question the integrity or honesty of the company or their employees.

Had Harmon do the solar for my house in 2012 and couldn't be more satisfied. Installation was completed as promised and performance is excellent. I actually get money back at years end. We run two AC units in the summer and keep warm in winter.

We had Harmon Solar install our solar energy system one year ago. We are so happy that we did this. Our electric bills have been very low. We paid $40 for August. Harmon was great to deal with. They took care of everything.

I researched several solar companies before deciding to go with Harmon Solar. Glen was very informative. He gave me several options so I could decide which would work best for me. I received updates by email every step of the way.
